- Building blocks for such a wall system is from the EP-0 490 168 B1 known.
- the building blocks consist of hollow block-like elements, which have a frame-like elevation on the surface, so that a joint results when laying over blocks arranged above it.
- the blocks have through openings into which concrete can be filled, possibly reinforced by steel bars, to achieve higher strength of the wall system.
- These building blocks have one or two visible surfaces which correspond to the concrete structure or have to be worked on to create a special structure. If these building blocks are colored, then a color impression is created, but the costs are relatively high, because the building blocks must be produced throughout with the decorative mixture.
- the US-A-4,372,091 discloses, inter alia, a wall element for a wall system in which the spacers are bolted to the plates.
- the spacers have on recessed reinforcing iron molded plates that fit into surveys with holes.
- the elevations are formed on the plates, so that after respective completions of the plates and spacers, these are screwed together.
- the cost of producing such a wall element is large and the cost is considerable, so that this type of attachment is not suitable for production in large quantities.
- the FR-A-953 340 describes wall elements which consist of plates, wherein spacer bodies are provided between the plates, which are glued together.
- the spacers are rod-shaped elements, wherein the adhesive connection takes place via the end faces of the spacer rods.
- the fixation of the plates against each other is problematic because the end faces of the spacer bars are forcibly small area. Obviously, the inventor himself has determined this and tried to remedy this problem in the following subsequent application.
- the FR-A-57709 describes wall elements, which consist of plates, wherein the plates are fastened by means of spacers to each other.
- the spacers are rod-shaped elements.
- the connection between the spacer bars and the plates is effected by a dovetailed hooking, wherein in the plates dovetailed grooves are provided, into which the spacer rods are inserted.
- the ends of the spacer bars are glued to the grooves.
- the fixation of the plates against each other is problematic despite the determination of the dovetailed connection between the plates and the spacer bars, because the spacer bars have only head-like end pieces on which the plates can not be supported areally. The determination is made only via the groove connection. This can not be carried out sufficiently stable and accurate angle, especially since the production of dovetail grooves in the plates is complicated and costly.
- Object of the present invention is therefore to provide a wall system with wall elements available that is fully variable, easy in construction, low in manufacturing and visually adapted to a variety of circumstances.
- the object of the invention is achieved in that the spacers are aligned substantially perpendicular to the wall system and at an angle to the two plates and also parallel to each other. They have a cross section that is rectangular, square or oval.
- the spacers take over the actual supporting function of the wall system, resulting from the distance between the spacers with each other and to the edges of the plates, cavities that can be filled to increase the strength of the wall system also with concrete, possibly with reinforced concrete ,
- the adhesives and / or binders or adhesives and / or binders are, inter alia, fast-curing or slow-curing materials on the one hand, and also thin-bodied and / or viscous substances on the other hand. In question, for example, come adhesive, mortar and foam, such as plastic foam.
- the plates and / or the spacer body in the region of their contact surfaces grooves or projections have to improve the alignment with each other and the adhesion of the adhesive and / or binder or the adhesive and / or binding compound.
- the agent or the mass can also expand.
- the plates and / or the spacers may also have the width of the contact surfaces between the plates and the spacer body substantially corresponding recesses, which are preferably designed trough-shaped. This gives the / the spacers and the plates against each other before attaching an alignment and leadership.
- the recesses can be made according to the cross-sectional shape of the spacers and the plates and form rectangular or oval sections seen in cross-section.
- troughs can be provided, in which a slower curing agent or compound is filled, while in adjacent surfaces, a fast-curing agent or compound is applied, where the fixation between spacers and plates.
- the plates and spacers can also be held in the form of a device against each other until the slower curing agent or the mass takes over the connection.
- surveys connect On the adjacent surfaces may be on one or both sides surveys connect, which serve for the alignment of the body and plates. It may be individual surveys, z. B two at a distance behind each other, or act to strip-like surveys.
- the different fast curing agents or masses are not bound to the previously described embodiment of the plates with wells, areas and elevations, but can be used in all embodiments of plates and spacers.
- the one or more spacers are arranged projecting over at least one edge of the plates. This results in the superimposition of corresponding wall elements a distance of the plates to each other, so that a visual / shadow gap arises because the spacers can set the distance between the plates with each other.
- the end faces of the spacers can be positively secured, as described above to the plates and spacers, or also non-positively according to the explained means and / or masses to each other, whereby a filling of the cavities can be omitted with concrete.
- the projections of the spacers may be mounted on both sides or only one side to the plate edges. Depending on the projection of the spacers and the plates can be used to guide the spacers. This can be used both in a wall system with and without visible / shadow gaps for guidance.
- At least one seal is provided, which is formed strip-shaped and between the edges of two plates, preferably adjacent to the projection of the spacer or the body is arranged. This will ensure that during filling no concrete or concrete liquid can escape into the field of vision.
- two corresponding seals are provided, which are arranged on both sides of the or the spacer body between the edges of the plates.
- the seal can also be designed annular or square, rest on the edges of the plates, and embrace the spacer or the body.
- vertically aligned seals can be provided between the end edges of the plates, as well as concrete is filled between the spacer bodies of two wall elements.
- the seal may be secured to a plate prior to or during assembly of the wall system.
- the horizontal and vertical seals can be assembled in L, T or U shape. It can also be provided derived multiple forms or ring shapes.
- Such molds may also be glued or glued together on a case by case basis during installation of the wall system. Since the spacers are visually invisible after completion of the wall system, they can be made of concrete or of a very simple cost-effective concrete mix.

In Frage kommen z.B.
Object of the present invention is therefore to provide a wall system with wall elements available that is fully variable, easy in construction, low in manufacturing and visually adapted to a variety of circumstances.
The object of the invention is achieved in that the spacers are aligned substantially perpendicular to the wall system and at an angle to the two plates and also parallel to each other. They have a cross section that is rectangular, square or oval. With this configuration, preferably the spacers take over the actual supporting function of the wall system, resulting from the distance between the spacers with each other and to the edges of the plates, cavities that can be filled to increase the strength of the wall system also with concrete, possibly with reinforced concrete ,
The adhesives and / or binders or adhesives and / or binders are, inter alia, fast-curing or slow-curing materials on the one hand, and also thin-bodied and / or viscous substances on the other hand. In question, for example, come adhesive, mortar and foam, such as plastic foam.
In this case, the plates and / or the spacer body in the region of their contact surfaces grooves or projections have to improve the alignment with each other and the adhesion of the adhesive and / or binder or the adhesive and / or binding compound. In the grooves, the agent or the mass can also expand.
However, the plates and / or the spacers may also have the width of the contact surfaces between the plates and the spacer body substantially corresponding recesses, which are preferably designed trough-shaped. This gives the / the spacers and the plates against each other before attaching an alignment and leadership. The recesses can be made according to the cross-sectional shape of the spacers and the plates and form rectangular or oval sections seen in cross-section.
In the plates and / or spacers but also troughs can be provided, in which a slower curing agent or compound is filled, while in adjacent surfaces, a fast-curing agent or compound is applied, where the fixation between spacers and plates. Instead of the fixation by means of the fast-curing agent or the mass, the plates and spacers can also be held in the form of a device against each other until the slower curing agent or the mass takes over the connection. On the adjacent surfaces may be on one or both sides surveys connect, which serve for the alignment of the body and plates. It may be individual surveys, z. B two at a distance behind each other, or act to strip-like surveys.
The different fast curing agents or masses are not bound to the previously described embodiment of the plates with wells, areas and elevations, but can be used in all embodiments of plates and spacers.
In order to achieve a visual joint in the wall system between the wall elements, it is proposed that the one or more spacers are arranged projecting over at least one edge of the plates. This results in the superimposition of corresponding wall elements a distance of the plates to each other, so that a visual / shadow gap arises because the spacers can set the distance between the plates with each other. The end faces of the spacers can be positively secured, as described above to the plates and spacers, or also non-positively according to the explained means and / or masses to each other, whereby a filling of the cavities can be omitted with concrete.
The projections of the spacers may be mounted on both sides or only one side to the plate edges. Depending on the projection of the spacers and the plates can be used to guide the spacers. This can be used both in a wall system with and without visible / shadow gaps for guidance.
In order to prevent leakage and / or blooming of the filled into the cavities concrete, at least one seal is provided, which is formed strip-shaped and between the edges of two plates, preferably adjacent to the projection of the spacer or the body is arranged. This will ensure that during filling no concrete or concrete liquid can escape into the field of vision.
Depending on the configuration of the wall system, for example in a freestanding wall, it is expedient that two corresponding seals are provided, which are arranged on both sides of the or the spacer body between the edges of the plates. The seal can also be designed annular or square, rest on the edges of the plates, and embrace the spacer or the body.
Also vertically aligned seals can be provided between the end edges of the plates, as well as concrete is filled between the spacer bodies of two wall elements. The seal may be secured to a plate prior to or during assembly of the wall system. To make it easier to fix or install the seals, the horizontal and vertical seals can be assembled in L, T or U shape. It can also be provided derived multiple forms or ring shapes. Such molds may also be glued or glued together on a case by case basis during installation of the wall system.
Since the spacers are visually invisible after completion of the wall system, they can be made of concrete or of a very simple cost-effective concrete mix. The plates or one of the plates can be made of simple inexpensive concrete, especially if these plates are no longer visible after completion of the wall system.
However, the plates can also be colored differently on the visible surfaces or processed differently or provided with different surface layers and have a facing concrete layer. This facing concrete layer can be processed or visually designed so that it corresponds to the desired impression of the wall system. It can be structured differently or They may be colored differently, they may also by different color and structural measures have patterns and the like. They can be made by grinding, blasting, brushing and wiping while still wet or when cured. The facing concrete layer may have a surface finish as protection against moisture, reduction or prevention of dirt pickup and color intensification and to improve the color fastness and as protection against erosion and weathering, for. B. by means of acrylate, varnish or the like. Containing finishing agent having. The finishing agent also serves the better or easier cleaning of the surfaces.
It should be expressly understood that the plates may also be made of natural stone, the surfaces of which may be suitably tempered and / or finished.

Since the wall elements have two plates, adhesive and / or binder and / or adhesive and / or binding compound is applied accordingly to the surface facing away from the first plate of the spacer or on the inside of the second plate and the second plate added.
In particular, to produce very dimensionally accurate wall elements, the second plate can be pressed against the first plate until the adhesive effect of the adhesive and / or binder and / or the adhesive and / or binder is reached. Depending on the size of the plates and spacers, their weight may be sufficient as pressure load. The printing mechanism can, for example by stops, ensure a precise distance of the plates to each other. However, it is also possible, as already described, to use fast-curing or slow-curing agent or compound, with the fast curing agent assuming the fixation, so that the plates can very quickly leave the device for production.
The device for the method can also, especially when the spacer or the body is not positively fit against the plates, struts or strips that ensure an exact guidance of the or the spacer body relative to the or the plates and against each other.
The method described above can also be carried out by means of a device in which the plates and spacers are not arranged one above the other, but in which the plates and spacers are rotated by 90 degrees and parallel to each other. They are then fastened horizontally to each other. In this case, in particular the slower curing agents and / or masses, perpendicular to the recesses, grooves or the like. Be filled.
