Auch zwischen den StirnrƤndern der Platten kƶnnen vertikal ausgerichtete Dichtungen vorgesehen werden, da auch zwischen den Distanzkƶrpern zweier Mauerelementen ggf. Beton eingefĆ¼llt wird. Die Dichtung kann vor oder wƤhrend der Montage des Mauersystems an einer Platte befestigt werden. Um die Dichtungen leichter befestigen oder verlegen zu kƶnnen, kƶnnen die horizontalen und vertikalen Dichtungen L-, T- oder U-fƶrmig zusammen gebaut werden. Es kƶnnen auch davon abgeleitete Mehrfachformen oder Ringformen vorgesehen werden. Derartige Formen kƶnnen auch bei der Montage des Mauersystems von Fall zu Fall auf die Platten geklebt oder zusammengeklebt werden.
Da die Distanzkƶrper nach Fertigstellen des Mauersystems optisch nicht sichtbar sind, kƶnnen sie aus Beton bzw. aus ganz einfacher kostengĆ¼nstiger Betonmischung hergestellt sein. Die L-Schenkel sind Ć¼ber eine Einkerbung miteinander verbunden, sodass zu Lager-, Transport/Versandzwecken die Schenkel ohne BeschƤdigung gerade zueinander und damit Platz sparend ausgerichtet werden kƶnnen, wie der gestrichelte Schenkel zeigt.

Wall system having wall elements of various sizes and formats on which the wall element(s) arranged thereabove can be laid, wherein the wall elements have two spaced-apart spacer bodies (3 and 4) per wall element and two plates (1 and 2), wherein the spacer bodies (3 and 4) and the plates (1 and 2) are connected together by means of adhesives or binders, characterized in that the spacer bodies (3 and 4) are configured in a cuboidal and plate-like manner and are oriented perpendicularly to the wall system, in that the spacer bodies (3 and 4) are arranged in a manner protruding over at least one edge of the plates (1 and 2) in such a way that the plates (1 or 2) are spaced apart when corresponding wall elements are joined onto one another, and in that at least one seal is provided and is arranged between edges of the plates (1 or 2) that are arranged one above the other and is preferably formed in a strip-like manner.
  2. Wall system having wall elements of various sizes and formats on which the wall element(s) arranged thereabove can be laid, wherein the wall elements have two spaced-apart spacer bodies (3 and 4) per wall element and two plates (1 and 2), wherein the spacer bodies (3 and 4) and the plates (1 and 2) are connected together by means of adhesives or binders, characterized in that the spacer bodies (3 and 4) are configured in a plate-like manner with an oval cross section and are oriented perpendicularly to the wall system, in that the spacer bodies (3 and 4) are arranged in a manner protruding over at least one edge of the plates (1 and 2) in such a way that the plates (1 or 2) are spaced apart when corresponding wall elements are joined onto one another, and in that at least one seal is provided and is arranged between edges of the plates (1 or 2) that are arranged one above the other and is preferably formed in a strip-like manner.
  3. Wall system according to either of Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the adhesives or binders are configured as adhesive compounds or binding compounds.
  4. Wall system according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the adhesive or binder has a means for rapid fixing.
  5. Wall system according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the adhesive or binder has means for permanent fastening.
  6. Wall system according to Claim 1, characterized in that the cross section of the spacer bodies (3 and 4) is configured in a rectangular manner.
  7. Wall system according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the plates (1 and 2) or the spacer bodies (3 and 4) have grooves (5) or protrusions in the region of their contact faces.
  8. Wall system according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the plates (1 and 2) have clearances (6) corresponding to the width of the contact faces between the plates and spacer bodies, said clearances preferably being configured in the form of a trough.
  9. Wall system according to Claim 8, characterized in that the clearances (6) are configured in a manner corresponding to the cross-sectional form of the spacer bodies (3 and 4) and form rectangular or oval portions as seen in cross section.
  10. Wall system according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the plates (1 and 2) have at least one trough (8) and at least one elevation (9) which are arranged in a manner spaced apart from the edge of the trough.
  11. Wall system according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one seal is provided, and is arranged between edges of the plates (1 or 2) that are arranged alongside one another and is preferably formed in a strip-like manner.
  12. Wall system according to one of Claims 1, 2 or 11, characterized in that at least one horizontally oriented seal and one vertically oriented seal are connected to form an L- (10), T-, or U-shaped seal or corresponding polygonal seals or annular seals.
  13. Wall system according to one of Claims 1, 2 or 11 and 12, characterized in that two seals are provided on both sides of the spacer bodies (3 or 4) in the region of the two plates (1 and 2).
  14. Wall system according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one seal (7) is configured in an annular or angular manner, rests on the edges of the plates (1 and 2) and engages around the spacer bodies (3 or 4) at their protrusions.
  15. Wall system according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the spacer bodies (3 and 4) are made of concrete.
  16. Wall system according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the plates (1 and 2) are made of one or more layers of concrete.
  17. Wall system according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the visible faces of the plates (1 or 2) have differently coloured facing concrete layers or facing concrete layers provided with different surface layers or surface treatments.
  18. Wall system according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the plates (1 and 2) are made of natural stone.
  19. Wall system according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the surfaces of the concrete plates (1 or 2) in the fresh or cured state or the surfaces of the natural-stone plates are treated with a finishing agent which contains, for example, acrylates, varnishes, or the like.
  20. Method for producing wall elements of a system according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a plate (1 or 2) is arranged on a substrate, in that adhesives or binders are applied to the plate (1 or 2) or to that face of the spacer bodies (3 and 4) that faces the plate (1 or 2), in that the spacer bodies (3 and 4) are joined to the plate (1 or 2) such that the spacer bodies (3 and 4) are arranged in a manner protruding over at least one edge of the plates (1 and 2), in that adhesive or binder is applied in a corresponding manner to that face of the spacer bodies (3 and 4) that faces away from the first plate (1) or to the inner side of the second plate (2) and in that the second plate (2) is attached.
  21. Method according to Claim 20, characterized in that the plates (1 and 2) and the spacer bodies (3 and 4) are produced in a device rotated through an angle of 90 degrees, i.e. aligned perpendicularly, to form wall elements.
  22. Method according to either of Claims 20 and 21, characterized in that the spacer bodies (3 and 4) on the first plate (1) or the second plate (2) are/is pressed against the first plate (1) by their/its own weight or by means of pressing force until the adhesive effect of the adhesive or binder has been achieved.
  23. Method according to one of Claims 20 to 22, characterized in that a quick-curing adhesive or binder is applied between the spacer bodies (3 and 4) and the first plate (1) and/or the second plate (2) preferably at a plurality of points and in that furthermore slow-curing adhesive, mortar or foam is applied between the spacer bodies and plates.
  24. Method according to one of Claims 20 to 23, characterized in that the spacer bodies (3 and 4), the first plate (1) and the second plate (2) are held in form on one another by means of fast-setting adhesive or binder or a holding means, and in that adhesive, mortar or foam is applied in the grooves or clearances or next to the protrusions or at the transition regions between the plates and spacer bodies.
