Definitions
- the invention relates to an intended for fitting in a floor structure combination of a hard foam carrier body and arranged above it, preferably rigidly connected to the rigid foam body plate body, in particular as part of a shower system, wherein the plate body is a sanitary plate such as a natural stone, plastic or mineral material plate is, and wherein further circumferentially parallel to the plate body, a sealing tape is arranged, for sealing association with the surrounding floor structure in the installed state.
- Combinations of the type in question are known, for example in the form of floor-level shower trays.
- a sealing tape In order to securely seal the transition from such a combination placed on a raw floor to the surrounding floor structure, such combinations are already provided at the factory with a sealing tape.
- solutions are known in which such a sealing tape is arranged resting on the support body immediately below the plate body.
- From the AT 006 453 U1 is a combination intended for adaptation in a floor structure of a rigid foam support body and arranged above, rigidly connected to the rigid foam body body, as part of a shower system, known in which arrangement, the plate body is a sanitary plate and further circulating parallel to the plate body Sealing tape is arranged, for sealing connection with the surrounding floor structure in the installed state.
- the invention has the object to provide an advantageous arrangement and integration of the sealing tape in the combination in view of the combinations in question.
- the upper side of a Under the plate body arranged fixed part covered sealing tape is provided by the circumferential, usually vertical face of the rigid foam body expansively.
- the sealing tape can be fixed solely to the rigid foam body.
- this opens up the possibility of finishing the rigid foam body with sealing tape at the factory without a carrier part already being applied.
- a combination of support member and plate body can be provided at the factory and the sealing tape can be safely introduced subsequently. If necessary, it can therefore only be introduced locally if required, ie on the construction site before placing the combination on the unfinished floor.
- the solid part may be an integral part of the rigid foam body.
- the sealing strip is embedded in the circumferential end face of the rigid foam carrier body, it runs at a significant distance to the parting plane between the carrier body and the plate body.
- the distance can in particular in the range of a finger thickness, so for example 5 mm or more, in particular 10, 15 or 30 mm to move.
- this of course also includes a sealing composite with upstanding walls.

- the vertical circumferential end face of the rigid foam body is not slotted or grooved for receiving the sealing strip, but rather a circumferential Eckaus originallyung, a grading provided, in which recess the sealing tape can be inserted and which recess hereafter closed by a corresponding fitting piece, the fixed part becomes.
- a separate edge part may be provided on the hard foam body, between which edge part and the extent graduated edge of the remaining rigid foam body, the sealing tape is enclosed.
- the edge part can in this case be designed in several parts, for example in four parts. There is also the possibility of a frame-like, corresponding circumferentially integral edge part.
- the sealing tape is already used at the factory and set to thereafter first set up the edge part and finally to cover the already provided with the sealing strip rigid foam body with the plate body.
- the edge part can in this case be glued to the remaining edge of the rigid foam body, so on, for example, the entire surface. In this regard, it is preferred to choose a bond which is an insoluble compound between edge part and hard foam body provides.

- the edge part is formed as a mineral material part.
- the edge part may be a metal part. It is further preferred that the edge part terminates flush with the rigid foam part on the upper side, insofar as forms a flat bearing surface for the plate body together with the rigid foam part. If the sealing tape is inserted into a circumferential groove and clamped there, this clamping body can be designed as a cross-sectionally clip-like profile. The latter can also be a plastic profile or a metal profile.
- This clip-like profile is determined together with the sealing tape in the groove of the rigid foam body by gluing or by embedding in a glue bed.
- the clamping body may also be a plastic profile, so on, for example, with wedge-shaped or rectangular cross-section. Also, a round or oval cross-section of the clamping body is conceivable.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an intended for fitting in a floor structure combination of a hard foam carrier body and arranged above it, preferably rigidly connected to the rigid foam body plate body, in particular as part of a shower system, wherein the plate body is a sanitary plate such as a natural stone, plastic or mineral material plate is, and wherein further circumferentially parallel to the plate body, a sealing tape is arranged, for sealing association with the surrounding floor structure in the installed state.
Combinations of the type in question are known, for example in the form of floor-level shower trays. In order to securely seal the transition from such a combination placed on a raw floor to the surrounding floor structure, such combinations are already provided at the factory with a sealing tape. In this regard, solutions are known in which such a sealing tape is arranged resting on the support body immediately below the plate body. When assembling the combination u.U. Mistakes result that lead to leaks. Especially in the case of thinner sanitary surfaces, it is necessary, in the installed state, to lay the sealing tape facing downwards, with a corresponding bend. This leads in particular in corner areas to difficulties.
Based on the above-described prior art, the invention has the object to provide an advantageous arrangement and integration of the sealing tape in the combination in view of the combinations in question.
This object is achieved first and foremost in the subject matter of
As far as above and below the sealing composite is addressed with the surrounding floor structure, this of course also includes a sealing composite with upstanding walls. For example, when installing a shower tray in a room corner, the seal must be made on two sides with an ascending wall.
It is preferably provided that the sealing tape is embedded in the rigid foam body. This, for example, by a slot-like recess, circumferentially in the front. Further, it is preferably provided that the sealing tape in the Hard foam body is adhesive. As far as a receiving slot is provided, this is preferably prepared in the factory in the rigid foam body. Alternatively, it is also possible to form this slot only on site immediately before the onset of the sealing strip. The slot cross-section is preferably adapted to the sealing strip cross-section, wherein further a final determination of the sealing strip is achieved by introducing an adhesive into the slot. Further alternatively, in the rigid foam body, a circumferential, the end face of the rigid foam body opening groove may be formed, in which the sealing tape is adhesive and / or clamped. This circumferential groove is further preferred cross-section compared to the sealing strip. In a proposed clamp holder of the sealing strip in the groove latter is formed correspondingly large in cross-section. There is also the possibility that the hard foam body is formed in two parts in the edge region and that the sealing tape between the parts is taken. Accordingly, the vertical circumferential end face of the rigid foam body is not slotted or grooved for receiving the sealing strip, but rather a circumferential Eckausnehmung, a grading provided, in which recess the sealing tape can be inserted and which recess hereafter closed by a corresponding fitting piece, the fixed part becomes. Thus, a separate edge part may be provided on the hard foam body, between which edge part and the extent graduated edge of the remaining rigid foam body, the sealing tape is enclosed. The edge part can in this case be designed in several parts, for example in four parts. There is also the possibility of a frame-like, corresponding circumferentially integral edge part. In such a solution, the sealing tape is already used at the factory and set to thereafter first set up the edge part and finally to cover the already provided with the sealing strip rigid foam body with the plate body. The edge part can in this case be glued to the remaining edge of the rigid foam body, so on, for example, the entire surface. In this regard, it is preferred to choose a bond which is an insoluble compound between edge part and hard foam body provides. The edge part may be the same as the rigid foam body also formed as a rigid foam part, so on in the simplest way by free cutting of the edge part of the foam body block. Alternatively, the edge part may also be formed as a plastic part, for example injection-molded plastic part, such as solid plastic part, according to which an edge reinforcement of the rigid foam body is reached. There is also the possibility that the edge part is formed as a mineral material part. Also, the edge part may be a metal part. This clip-like profile is determined together with the sealing tape in the groove of the rigid foam body by gluing or by embedding in a glue bed. Alternatively, the clamping body may also be a plastic profile, so on, for example, with wedge-shaped or rectangular cross-section. Also, a round or oval cross-section of the clamping body is conceivable. Also, the clamping body may be a rigid foam profile. Next alternatively, it is also possible to manufacture the clamping body of a mineral material or natural stone profile. These clamp bodies are glued in the groove under the clamp of the sealing tape. It also proves to be advantageous if the sealing tape in the receiving groove and / or the receiving slot by means of a potting compound, such as a concrete-like potting compound is arrested. Such a potting compound initially serves to seal the rigid foam surface. For this purpose, the surface is covered with the potting compound, which then also enters the receiving groove or in the receiving slot. Immediately thereafter, the sealing tape is then inserted into the slot or in the groove. The curing potting sets according to the sealing tape to the rigid foam body.
In a further embodiment, it is also preferable to provide the sealing tape in the supporting body resting on a permanently elastic adhesive layer. In principle, it may also be a butyl layer or a butyl-based adhesive layer. It is also preferred that the sealing strip is covered as an alternative or in addition by such a permanently elastic adhesive layer. Insofar as the aforementioned permanently elastic adhesive layer is provided on the upper and lower sides, it is further preferred that they lie directly adjacent to one another on the inside of the carrier body, thus forming a kind of pocket in cross-section, opened to the outside, in which the sealing tape rests.
Instead of an upper and lower-side permanently elastic adhesive layer may in principle be provided for the aforementioned formation of pockets, an arrangement in which the underside and / or top side a double-sided adhesive tape is arranged. Depending on the quality, however, problems with respect to the sealing may arise here, so that, if necessary, an additional sealing means, for example arranged outwardly to the adhesive tape, must be provided. On the upper side and / or underside, it is also possible for adhesive beads, for example made of MS polymer, to be provided with respect to the enclosure of the sealing strip in the covering area relative to the supporting body.
It is also advantageous to provide the arrangement of said adhesive layers and / or the fixed part in such a way that a certain distance, ie a circumferential groove, remains in the horizontal direction relative to the inner region of the support body, which rises stepwise over the sealing strip. This groove is then covered in the assembled state only by the sanitary plate.
The support body, in particular if it consists of particle foam, preferably has a density in the range of about 40 to 110 kg / m 3 . Here, in particular at very high densities, ie 60 kg / m 3 or more, in particular 80 kg / m 3 or more, even a directly resulting water resistance of the support body is reached. In particular, in support bodies of particle foam such high density, then can be dispensed with any other bonding layer between the support body and the other elements.
The adhesive layers, as also explained with reference to the following embodiments, are then directly on the support body.

For sealing composite of the
With regard to the circumferential sealing strip, this can initially consist of individual strips in the usual way, which are then arranged overlapping in the corner regions and are also glued separately in the overlap (so that they are then glued together over the entire width). However, it may also be an integrally formed sealing strip 10 'according to FIG. In this case, this sealing strip can be made from a correspondingly wide band as a whole by punching. It can also be made of individual strips, which are glued or welded together in the corner areas, for example along a diagonal.
Next, the sealing

It can be a foam part, but it is preferably a solid plastic part, for example a polystyrene part. It may be an extrusion or injection molded plastic part. It can also be a made of blackboard cut or punched out part act. However, solid plastic part should not mean that the part can not be chambered, for example.
Above the
