Definitions

  • the invention relates to a roof window roller shutter for outdoor installation over a roof window according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such shutters are mounted from the outside via a roof window and are located after installation in a predetermined by the inclination of the roof, inclined to the horizontal position. If the roof window is to be opened, the roller shutter must be mounted so that a window wing of the roof window can be swung outward.
  • Venetian blinds for mounting on house facades or for vertical building openings are widely used today. However, these are not suitable for shading a roof window and / or local assembly.
  • a roller shutter which operates according to the following principle: A pull chain is pivotally connected to the mutually loose lamellae or armor bars of the roller blind, wherein each lamella on the other hand connected to a Verstellkette whose members relative to the Glaskettengliedern moves in the normal direction to the surface of the shutter curtain or can be swung out, for example, by the fact that the adjustment chain is stopped while the pull chain is still running in the feed or extension direction of the shutter hanging.
  • the pull chain is articulated on the other side on the slats on the slat pivot axis.
  • the pivot levers each have an outwardly projecting crank section, which is guided in a normal direction to the roller shutter surface movable guide rail.
  • a hand lever is provided, which is pivotally connected to the guide rail and thus allows an adjustment of the position of the guide rail in the normal direction to the roller shutter surface and thus the Jalousier ein the slats.
  • the movable guide rail and the hand lever mechanism are housed in a side frame of the shutter.
  • Venetian blind is in the European patent application EP 0 687 793 A1 shown.
  • the slats to be shuttered shutter blinds frontal approaches, which extend vertically in the closed position of the shutter curtain and are guided in a guide slot in the side frame of the shutter.
  • the guide slot extends from top to bottom along the side frame by fixedly arranged blocks and rotatably arranged rotors therethrough.
  • the rotors are arranged so that the lugs on the lamellae are at the level of the rotors when the shutter curtain reaches its lowest position. In this position, the lamellae can now be twisted over their lateral extensions and the rotors.
  • the rotors are each connected via a rotary lever with a common actuating rod. Again, the operating rod must necessarily be arranged on the same side of the window as the roller shutter.
  • EP 1 130 212 A2 shows a plug-in part which can be inserted laterally into a slat profile and which can be connected on the outside with a pull chain via a bore and with an adjusting chain on the inside via another bore.
  • the roller shutter curtain is guided over the pull chain in vertical guide rails.
  • One of the Verstellkettenglieder has in the normal direction to the roller shutter hanging surface an outwardly projecting hook which is gripped by a counter-hook when shutting down the shutter hanging, which are pivotally mounted on the side guide rail, whereby the shutter is effected.
  • the EP 0 382 172 B1 shows a jalousable shutter, wherein the shutter movement is coupled to the feed movement of the shutter curtain.
  • an attached to an adjusting chain link hooks on a deflectable over a pivot lever stationary, but pivotally arranged counter hook arrangement passes.
  • a Venetian blind takes place only after the adjusting chain link hooks with the hook after a renewed startup and lowering of the shutter curtain in the Martinezhakenanordung.
  • a roller shutter curtain with loose slats which are connected via a laterally arranged by the slats pull chain.
  • the pull chain swivel lever are rotatably inserted and one end rotatably connected to the slats and the other end in a guide rail movable guided, which is adjustable via an adjusting mechanism in the normal direction to the roller shutter curtain.
  • the adjusting mechanism in this case comprises an actuating strip arranged in the guide rail, which is displaceable in the guide rail via corresponding cams in the normal direction to the roller shutter curtain.
  • a hand lever is proposed for actuating the adjusting mechanism;
  • a coupling of the adjusting mechanism with the unwinding of the winding shaft of the shutter is shown: a lever arrangement is actuated via a arranged on the winding shaft switching arbor, when the winding shaft has performed a revolution and the switching mandrel runs past the lever assembly.
  • a Bowden cable is mounted, which is in communication with the adjustment mechanism for the guide rail. In this case, the adjusting mechanism is triggered during the first revolution of the winding shaft.
  • a damper which dampens after the slats of the slats against refolding of the slats.
  • it is difficult to adjust the winding shaft diameter on the building opening that in a building opening completely covering the position of the shutter curtain also a louver is possible and not only in an arbitrary, determined by the winding shaft diameter position.
  • a lock against refolding or a latch can be provided, which engages as soon as the guide rail or actuating bar is in the Jalousier ein. Then, however, to release the latching connection, which is to prevent the continuous opening and closing, a renewed booting the Rolladenbehangs necessary, ie if no louvering is desired or the jalousing should be repealed.
  • the structure proposed here is relatively complex and even due to the taking place via a Bowden coupling of the winding shaft movement with the Venetian blind slats susceptible to maintenance, due to the adjustment of the actuating bar already during the first revolution of the winding shaft rattling when releasing the shutter curtain not to is avoid.
  • the shutter hook is guided when lowering the shutter on an inclined plane of a switch blade in a slotted guide with a catch channel.
  • the shutter hook hook hooks with a catch hook above the catch channel, whereby the pivoted lever connected to the shutter hooks via the adjusting chain are deflected and thus all the slats to be shuttered are swung up.
  • the switch blade conceals the inlet to the catch channel of the slide guide.
  • a control jaw arranged in a stationary manner in both side frames of the roller shutter is provided in order to effect the shuttering of the shutter.
  • the slats of the roller shutter curtain are guided over a pull chain, through which a pivot lever is performed, the outer crank portion is rotatably guided in an adjustment chain.
  • the adjustment chain At the top, to be slotted lamella of the pivot pin of the pivoting lift through the adjustment chain passes further out into the side frame of the shutter inside, in which is located next to the Verstellkette the control jaws.
  • the EP 0 189 091 B1 also shows a louvered shutter for facade window, which is shuttered during unwinding of the shutter curtain, wherein the shutter completely covers the opening to be shaded at the beginning of the louvering and is substantially fully extended at the end of the louvering.
  • the louvering works by deflecting the gravity generated by the weight of the vertically arranged roller blind hanging.
  • the shutter has a Ausstellkette, which is connected to a base support, which in turn is pivotally mounted in a base profile (bottom shutter blade) around a pin, the pin in a slot out - and can glide.
  • a third chain is provided with slit chain links, wherein on the slit chain links slide curves are provided and on the slats the sliding curves facing sliding surfaces.
  • EP 1 286 016 A2 discloses a louvered skylight roller shutter.
  • the louvres of the slats of the roller blinds hang here over several control skids in a gate piece.
  • the link piece is mounted horizontally movable by steel springs in the side guide rail and can be moved horizontally by means of a motor which drives an eccentric. In the initial position, therefore, the ends of the pivot lever are not engaged with the cam grooves of the gate piece. If the roller shutter is further lowered, the ends are at the level of the control channel grooves.
  • the gate piece is pressed by means of the motor horizontally towards the slats and the ends of the pivot lever engage with the control channel grooves and are pivoted in a further draining according to the course of Steuerkanalnuten.

  • roller shutter according to the invention thus not only succeeds shadowing a skylight opening from the outside, but it can also be a manual operation and the necessary hand lever or the like can be avoided, which require either an inside mounting or operation from the outside.
  • roller shutter is formed so that the shutter curtain completely covers the opening to be shaded at the beginning of the louvering and is fully extended at the end of the louvering substantially.
  • the skylight roller shutter thus requires only an easy-to-implement control, so that it is well suited for a motor drive of winding and unwinding of the roller shutter curtain.
  • the control of the engine can be very simple: It is sufficient to allow the operator to turn on the engine and turning off the engine in any desired position of the shutter curtain and provide an automatic shutdown of the engine upon reaching the position of the shutter curtain. Intermediate trains need not be stored in the engine control.
  • the pivoting action arrangement can be realized, for example, via electromagnets or electromagnetically actuated piston valves which pivot the pivotable lamellae in the normal direction to the roller shutter surface when a predetermined point of the roller shutter curtain with a corresponding signal generator over a predetermined position during the extension of the roller shutter curtain or retraction of the roller shutter curtain reached.

  • the pivoting action arrangement is arranged so that when unwinding the blinds hanging a pivoting power for the louvering and winding a pivoting power for the louvers is generated and transmitted, which increases with extending in the extension direction roller shutter curtain. Because due to mechanical or structural conditions, such as rubbing fürschwenkenden slats or the like. There is an initial resistance against the louvered, which is easier overcome if the pivoting power begins only gently and only increases with time, especially if it rises steadily. As a result of the increase, an exponential course of the increase in the pivoting power has proven to be favorable. The pivoting power is generated and transmitted as long as there is a predetermined point of the shutter curtain in a predetermined, extending in the extension direction of the shutter curtain blind section.

  • the locking portion is preceded by a flow section in which the roller shutter curtain occupies the starting position with mutually loose slats in which no pivoting position is generated and transmitted.
  • the shutter curtain can be drained first with mutually loose slats, so that the slats during winding and unwinding of the winding shaft are mutually movable and even during the extension of the blinds no unnecessary oppositely directed tensions are built, due to the permanent load to premature wear of the Blinds hanging would lead.
  • the slats are then swung successively to the end of the barrier section and thus braced against each other. In a situation in which the shutter curtain completely covers the opening to be shaded, thus a mutually strained and thus burglar-proof position of the slats is achieved.
  • the locking portion corresponding portion may be provided in the Steuerkanalnut, which has a normal direction to the roller blind hanging surface, the Sperrzuschwenkterrorism corresponding directional component in the normal direction and the jalousier portion corresponding section upstream, wherein the Steuerkanalnut seen on the side of the winding shaft of the shutter at a height in the normal direction to the roller shutter hanging surface begins, which corresponds to the above-mentioned starting position.
