Claims (9)
- Procédé pour la production d'huiles naturelles à partir de constituants végétaux par extraction à l'aide d'hydrocarbures en C2-C4 comprimés, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise comme matériau de départ des résidus de la transformation de noyaux de fruits et de baies et que l'extraction est réalisée à des pressions < 50 MPa et des températures ≤ 70°C.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise des résidus provenant de la préparation de jus.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les résidus proviennent de la transformation de pommes, de poires, d'agrumes, tels que les mandarines, les oranges ou les citrons, de melons, de citrouilles, de framboises, de mûres, de sureau et/ou de groseilles.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise comme agent d'extraction de l'éthane, du propane et du butane ainsi que leurs mélanges.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la pression est réglée à 0,5 jusqu'à 10 MPa et la température à 20 jusqu'à 35°C.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'on ajoute, au mélange comprimé d'hydrocarbures, des agents d'entraînement tels que le diméthyléther et des alcools, de préférence en des proportions de 0,5 à 50% en poids.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'extraction est réalisée avec un débit d'agent d'extraction de 4 à 20 kg/kg de matériau de départ et de préférence de 5 à 10 kg/kg.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il est réalisé par lots.
- Utilisation d'une huile obtenue selon le procédé selon les revendications 1 à 8 dans des préparations cosmétiques, en particulier comme parfum et pour le soin de la peau et ses appendices.
