Definitions
- the invention relates to a pop-up card.
- Pamphlets are used to convey pictorial and / or textual content to an addressee. They offer the advantage that a special optical effect can be achieved by the use of a positioning element.
- An installation element is understood to be an element that rises when the positioning card is opened in such a way that it no longer lies in the plane of the mounting card.
- a pull-up Aufstell badge which has a pocket and a pull-out element, wherein in a pushed-in position, at least a part of the pull-out element is arranged in the pocket.
- the bag has on one side an opening for pulling the pull-out in an extended position. In this case, an automatic setting up a set-up, which is connected to the pull-out takes place.
- the object of the invention is to provide a pop-up that is suitable for easy shipping. Furthermore, a Aufstell badge should be created that arouses the greatest possible attention among the addressee.
- the extendable Aufstell badge invention has a pocket and an extension.
- a Einschiebeposition is at least a part of the
- Pull-out element arranged in the bag.
- the bag has on one side an opening for pulling the pull-out in an extended position.
- the pull-out element has a set-up element, which automatically transitions into an erected position by pulling the pull-out element into the pull-out position.
- the set-up element is not visibly arranged inside the pocket before pulling out the pull-out element for the user.
- the Aufstell recognition Since the Aufstell registered has its own bag, no separate envelope is necessary for shipping. For example, the opening on the side of the bag can be closed to ensure safe shipping or transportation to ensure the pop-up card without having to use a separate envelope.
- the pull-out element After removal of the optionally provided closure on the side of the bag by the addressee, the pull-out element is pulled out into an extraction position. Due to the fact that the positioning element automatically transitions to the installation position, a special surprise effect can be achieved. Furthermore, content can be presented on the positioning element or by the shape of the positioning element, which requires increased attention of the addressee. The fact that a setting up of the set-up element takes place directly when pulling out of the Aufstell record from the bag, the surprise effect can be increased in comparison to a hinged Aufstell record. With a hinged Aufstell registration it is necessary to remove them first from the envelope, the Aufstellelement is visible only after opening the Aufstell badge.
- the pull-out element is pulled out of the pocket in a longitudinal direction of the set-up card, while the setting-up of the set-up element takes place in a transverse direction.
- the transverse direction extends at an angle not equal to zero to the longitudinal direction and may particularly preferably extend perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
- an increased surprise effect is to be expected, because the viewer is unaware that he has caused by putting off the pull-out the erection of the positioning element. This is because, as described above, the erection of the positioning element takes place in a different direction than the extension of the pull-out.
- Information to the addressee can be transmitted both by printing on the bag and by printing on the pull-out element. Furthermore, pictorial and / or textual information can be stored on the set-up. Furthermore, the positioning element can transmit information by means of a special geometric shape and / or attract the attention of the addressee.
- the bag optically neutral so that the addressee is not informed about the contents of the Aufstell recognition before pulling out the pull-out of the bag.
- the surprise effect can thus be additionally increased by first presenting contents on the pull-out element and at the same time putting the pull-out element out when the pull-out element is pulled out, which likewise causes increased attention of the addressee.
- the positioning element is connected to a lever via a tension element in such a manner that when the lever is actuated, the positioning element is set up.
- Actuation of the lever via a pulling element has the advantage that it is a simple and inexpensive construction, which is less prone to defects or malfunctions and can be realized with a variety of materials. So it is possible, for example, to make the complete Aufstell record including the lever made of cardboard or extra thick paper. Alternatively, however, it is also possible to use another material, for example a plastic.
- the use of a lever further offers the advantage that the user does not notice due to the leverage that he himself by pulling out the pull-out element applies the force for the erection of the set-up. Would a user at Feeling a resistance to putting on the sit-up would potentially diminish the surprise effect. This can be avoided when using a lever, that due to the Leverage set a very low drag on the user, which is noticed by this in most cases.
- an automatic actuation of the lever takes place.
- the lever is actuated, it is possible in particular for the erection element to be acted upon by the pulling element with a tensile force.
- An actuation of the tension element can also be done with other actuators than with a lever.
- Alternative actuators must, as well as the lever, the mounting element or the tension element act on a tensile force.
- the erection of the positioning element does not take place immediately when the pull-out element is pulled out, but that the positioning element only sets up at the last moment when the pull-out element has been almost completely pulled out of the pocket.
- This offers the advantage that the user initially does not notice that the erection element will straighten up, and thus the surprise effect can be increased.
- it is possible to optically arrange the raising element and the pull-out element in such a way that the set-up element is not particularly noticeable, as long as it rests flat on the pull-out element. The positioning element would thus be perceived by the user only when setting up, so that the surprise effect can be further increased.
- the pull-out element has at least one support element against which at least one support end of the set-up element is supported against a tensile force against the tensile force when the positioning element is acted on.
- the tension element can be connected between the first and the second support end with a central part of the positioning element.
- the Mitteilteil the Aufstellelementes can be arranged both exactly in the middle of the positioning and offset from the center of the positioning.
- the set-up element rests flat on the pull-out element in a folded-down position.
- a plan is understood to mean a state in which the positioning element is not bent. In this position, the set-up is when the pull-out is located within the bag. This can for example correspond to the insertion position.
- the erection element is set up in a vertical installation position in that the middle part of the positioning element is bent in a first direction by the tensile force and the supporting force of the supporting elements directed counter to the tensile force.
- This first direction may correspond to the transverse direction of the Aufstell badge.
- the first and second support end remain in this case by the supporting force of the supporting elements in their original position. Bending of the positioning can also be done by a means other than by a lever. It is only important that a tensile force is applied to the middle part of the erection element, which causes a bending of the positioning element.
- Such a bending device is a very simple construction, optimally the properties of the material uses, are usually made of the Aufstell Actually.
- This can be, for example, cardboard, thick paper or a relatively thin plastic.
- These materials have in common the characteristic that they have a relatively high rigidity in their plane, so that bending of the material in this plane is very difficult, while they are flexible in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the material, so that bending the material perpendicular to its plane is easier than bending the material in its plane.
- These properties can be realized in a very simple manner setting up the positioning element.
- the pocket completely surrounds the pull-out element in the insertion position.
- a secure shipping or transport of the Aufstell record be made possible without the use of a separate envelope is necessary.
- the opening of the bag by the user may be reversible as well as irreversible.
- the set-up card When the pull-out element is pushed back into the pocket, the set-up card is transferred from the pull-out position into the pushed-in position such that an automatic folding down of the set-up element takes place. In this way, the setup card can be restored to its original state so that it can be re-presented to other addressees.
- the automatic folding down of the positioning can be done for example by means of gravity.
- the folding down of the positioning element is done manually.
- FIGS. 1a to 1c has an extendable Aufstell badge 11 a pocket 10 and an extension 12.
- the FIGS. 1a to 1c put the transfer of the Aufstell record from the insertion position ( Fig. 1a ) in the pull-out position ( Fig. 1c ) in this FIG. 1a already a part of the pull-out 12 is pulled out of the pocket 10.
- the insertion position at least a part of the pull-out element 12 is arranged in the pocket 10. It is also possible to completely accommodate the pull-out element 12 in the pocket 10 in the insertion position.
- the bag 10 has on one side an opening 14 for pulling the pull-out element 12 in the extended position. Furthermore, the pull-out element 12 has a set-up element 16, which can be set up automatically by pulling the pull-out element 12 into the pull-out position in the direction of the arrow 13. The extraction of the pull-out element 12 from the pocket 10 takes place in the direction of the arrow 15.
- the direction of the arrow 15 corresponds to the longitudinal direction 46 of the Aufstell badge.
- the erection of an erection element takes place in a transverse direction 44, which runs perpendicular to the longitudinal direction 46.
- FIGS. 2a to 2c is the raising element 16 via a tension member 18 so with a lever 20 (see Fig. 3a to 3e ) connected, that upon actuation of the lever 20, an erection of the positioning takes place.
- the lever 20 is automatically actuated when pulling out the pull-12 in the pull-out. In this case, the raising element 16 is acted upon by the pulling element 18 with a tensile force 22.
- the pull-out element 12 has a first 24 and a second 26 supporting element against which a first 28 and second 30 supporting end of the positioning element 16 are supported against the tensile force 22 when the positioning element 16 is acted upon by a pulling force 22.
- the tension member 18 is connected between the first 28 and the second 30 supporting end with a central part 32 of the positioning element 16,
- the positioning element 16 is according to Fig. 2a in a folded down position plan on the pull 12. In this case, the lower edge 31 and the upper edge 27 of the positioning element 16 are straight, that is not bent.
- the middle part 32 of the erection element 16 is bent in a first direction 34 by the tensile force 22 and the supporting force 56, 58 of the supporting elements 24, 26 in such a way that the erection element 16 is set into a vertical set-up position (see FIG Fig. 3 ) he follows.
- the lower edge 31 and the upper edge 27 of the positioning element 16 are no longer straight, but bent.
- the first 24 and the second 26 support member are formed as slot-shaped recesses in the pull-out 12.
- the first 28 and the second 30 supporting the Aufstellelementes 16 are formed as tabs which are inserted into the slot-shaped recesses 24, 26. It is also possible within the meaning of the invention to provide different types of supporting elements and supporting ends. Important in this context is merely that the support elements can apply a support force 56, 58 on the support ends 28, 30 of the positioning element 16. In this case, the first supporting force 56 acts on the first supporting end 28 and the second supporting force 58 on the second supporting end 30.
- the pull-out element 12 has a fastening device 36 to which the lever 20 is pivotally attached.
- the pivoting of the lever 20 takes place during withdrawal of the pull-out element 12 from the pocket 10 in the direction of the arrow 25 (see Fig. 3c ) and when pushing back the pull-12 in the bag 10 in the opposite direction (arrow 23, see Fig. 3d ).
- the extraction of the pull-out element 12 from the pocket 10 takes place in the direction of the arrow 15, while the pushing back takes place in the direction of the arrow 17.
- the pocket 10 has an actuating device 38 for actuating the lever 20.
- the actuator 38 is formed as a longitudinal slot 46 in the pocket 10.
- the lever 20 further includes a boss 40 for confirmation the actuator 38. This approach 40 is slidably disposed in the longitudinal direction 46 extending slot 38.
- the lug 40 When pulling the pull-out element 12 out of the pocket 10, the lug 40 is pressed against the end 42 of the slot 38 in such a way that the lever 20 is actuated in the direction of the arrow 25. Since the end of the lever arm 60 of the lever 20 is connected to the tension member 18, the tension member 18 is in this case subjected to a tensile force 22. The erection of the positioning element 16 takes place in the transverse direction 44.
- the lever 20 has according to Fig. 3c in addition to the first projection 40, a second projection 50, which projects beyond the lower edge 62 of the pull-out element 12 in the pull-out position.
- the second lug 50 is substantially triangular in shape with the apex 52 of the triangle in the extended position within the pocket 10.
- the second lug 50 according to FIG Fig. 3d pushed back by the lower edge 64 of the bag 10 in the direction of the arrow 54 so that it no longer protrudes beyond the lower end 62 of the pull-out 12. This results in an automatic movement of the lever in the direction of arrow 23 whereby an automatic folding down of the positioning element 16 is achieved.
