Definitions
- the invention relates to a folded package for storing flowable goods, comprising a plurality of boundary surfaces, namely a front side surface, a rear side surface and two side surfaces, a lid part and a base part, wherein the folded package has at least at the edges of the boundary surfaces first fold lines, based on which set up the Faltpackung is.
- Folding packages for the storage of flowable goods have been known for a long time. Especially familiar are the so-called tetra packs, which can be purchased in many outlets.
- a Faltpackung for storing flowable goods which has a plurality of boundary surfaces and has the first fold lines, by means of which the Faltpackung can be placed.
- the majority of the boundary surfaces which are formed as a tube in one closed special device, wherein the cover part and the base part of the boundary surfaces are formed and pressed to give the Faltpackung a cuboid or cube-shaped basic shape.
- a problem with the folding packages of the prior art is that they are indeed optimized in terms of a simple unfolding or Aufstellens to allow a fast manufacturing process and safe training of the lid and bottom part.
- considerable force has to be expended in order to perform a flat and space-saving folding of the folded package.
- the invention is characterized in that the folded package has at least one second fold line on at least one boundary surface on at least one of its boundary surfaces, beyond the first cases, which after removal of the folded package has a space-saving effect. enabling the folding package to fold along the first and second folding lines, wherein during the folding process at least one boundary surface, in particular the lid and / or the surface part along at least one second fold line of the folded package are foldable in such a way that they can be folded in the direction of at least one side surface, so that the base part and / or cover part is foldable on the front or rear side surface.
- a guided and simplified folding of the deflated folding pack can be achieved by the formation of second folding lines, which serve the folding and folding process. Due to the second folding lines, the deflated folding package can be folded so particularly space-saving, so that it takes up less space in household waste.
- the surface part in the direction of the side surfaces e.g. in the direction of the front or back surface, so that e.g. the underside of the base part for the collapsing person enters the field of view.
- the folding can be further simplified, it is advantageous to arrange the second fold lines symmetrically on opposite boundary surfaces.
- the arrangement of the second fold lines on the opposite boundary surfaces is congruent and the folding process is further simplified.
- a plurality of second folding lines can be arranged on the side surfaces. It is advantageous if the second folding lines meet on the sides in at least one point of intersection, so as to prevent the folding of the surface or cover surface.
- three or four fold lines may meet on a side surface at an intersection point S, with two fold lines converging with a fold line running in the middle of the side face at an angle of preferably 45 °.
- the folding of the side surfaces can be further simplified.
- the second folding lines meet on a side surface in two points of intersection.
- horizontally extending second folding lines can be arranged on the front and / or rear side surface of the folded package.
- folding lines also the folding process can be further simplified.
- an advertising message or other imprint on the floor space can be applied. It is also possible to provide an advertising message or other imprint on the cover part.
- the base part or the cover part which changes color as the temperature changes.
- the coating can be activated in such a way that an advertising message or a winning code becomes visible due to the thermally induced color change. So that the folding process is as simple as possible, it is advantageous if a distance d of the horizontal or parallel to one or more first folding line extending second fold lines on the front or back side surface of the lower, adjacent to the surface part, the first fold lines of the front - or back surface corresponds to the half depth t_der side surfaces.
- the second horizontally extending fold lines on the front or rear side surface and the one or more points of intersection of the second fold lines on the side surfaces are at the same height. In this way, the folding process can be further simplified.
- the folded package can have a square cross-section.
- the folded package In order for the folded package to remain in the folded state after the folding process, the folded package can be closed by a lid, which is usually arranged on folding packages for closing the folded package, in order to prevent air from flowing into the folded folded package and around the folded package to hold in the flat folded state.

- the folded package 1 has a plurality of boundary surfaces, in particular a back side surface 2, a front side surface 3 Cover part 4, the base part 5 and two side surfaces 6 and 7.
- first fold lines 10, 11, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 are provided, by means of which the folding pack 1 is placed.
- On the front side surface 3 a horizontally or parallel to a first fold line 18 extending second fold line 21 is provided.
- second fold lines 20, 22, 23, 24, 25, 28, 29 and 30 are provided on the side surfaces 6 and 7.
- the deflated folding pack 1 can simply be folded together by means of a folding operation based on the second folding lines 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 28, 29 and 30, so that the folded folding pack 1 is very flat and particularly can be disposed of in household waste to save space. Thereafter, the bottom part 5 along the second fold line 21 can be easily folded in the direction of the side surface 3, so that the bottom of the base part 5 is visible to the folding person. So that a simple folding operation is possible, the distance d from the second fold line 21 to the first fold line 18 is selected such that it corresponds to half the depth t of the folded pack 1.
- the folding pack of the Fig. 1 still has a lid, which is not shown in Fig. 1, however.
- FIG. 2 shows the frontal view of a folded package 1 according to the invention, which is designed as a milk carton for fresh milk with a pointed lid part 4.
- the folded package 1 has a front side surface 3 and a base part 5.
- the folding package 1 can be closed by way of a cover 40, which can be designed in particular as a resealable rotary closure.
- FIG. 2 also shows first folding lines 10, 11, 12, 13 and 18, by means of which folding folder 1 is set up.
- a second fold line 21 runs parallel at a distance d to a first fold line 18, which is arranged on the base part 5 of the folded package 1. Based on the second fold line 21, the base part 5 of the folded package 1 in the direction of the side surface 3 with deflated packaging 1: and 40 open lid foldable.
- the lid 40 is screwed back onto the folding package 1 and so the folded package 1 hermetically sealed. This has the consequence that the folding pack 1 remains in its folded state and does not straighten up again. In this way, a particularly space-saving folding of the folding package 1 can be made possible.
- Fig. 3 shows the folded package 1 in a side view of the side surface 6.
- first fold lines 10, 1 1.1, 13, 14 and 15 are arranged on the folding package 1 .

- the second fold line 20 extends over the entire depth t of the side surface 6.
- the distance d of the intersection S1 from the base part 5 or the first fold line 14 corresponds to the distance d of the second fold line 21 from the bottom part 5 and the first fold line 18 from FIG. 1.
- the distance d is selected so that it is half the depth t of the Side surface 6 corresponds to allow easy folding of the folding package 1.
- FIG. 4 shows the plan view of a folded folded package 1, which has been closed after the folding process with a cover 40.
- the base part 5 is folded up in the direction of the front side surface 3, so that the bottom of the base part is visible.
- an advertising message may be printed, which enters the eye of the folding during the folding process of the folding package 1.
- a thermoactive coating is applied, which causes a color change in the thermoactive coating on contact with the Caribbeanfaltenden due to the body temperature, so that a previously hidden message, for example.
- the folding package 1 has the first fold lines already described in FIGS. 1 to 3, of which only the fold lines 10, 11, 12, 13 and 18 are shown here.
