Claims (11)

  1. Faltbares Gerüst für Arbeiten im Freivorbau umfassend:
    - eine Plattform (3),
    - mindestens einen Pfosten (5), der um eine im Wesentlichen parallel zur Plattform liegenden Gelenkachse an einem Ende der Plattform (3) zwischen einer zusammengeklappten Position und einer ausgeklappten Nutzungsposition, in der er orthogonal zur Plattform ist, angelenkt ist,
    - mindestens einen faltbaren Träger (7), der die Plattform (3) und den Pfosten (5) miteinander verbindet und der zwei rohrförmige Stützen (11, 12) umfasst, die miteinander gelenkig verbunden sind, und
    - freigebbare Arretierungsmittel (30, 34) für den Träger (7) in entfalteter Position,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Ansatz (6) zur Auflage auf den Boden umfasst, der mit dem Pfosten (5) an seinem freien Ende, entgegengesetzt zum Gelenkende, verbunden ist, wobei der Ansatz von dem freien Ende des Pfosten (5) hervorspringt und in der entfalteten Position des Pfostens in Bezug auf eine zur Plattform (3) orthogonale Ebene, die durch die Gelenkachse (4) hindurchgeht, versetzt ist und die versetzte Position des Ansatzes (6) in Bezug auf die orthogonale Ebene so angepasst ist, dass die Auflage des Ansatzes (6) auf dem Boden einen Zug auf die Stützen (11, 12) hervorruft, der dazu strebt, sie zu spreizen und das Falten der Träger einzuleiten, ohne dass eine bedeutsame Kraft von der Bedienperson geliefert werden muss.
  2. Gerüst nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ansatz (6) an dem Pfosten (5) derart angeordnet ist, dass sich das Gelenk (13) zwischen den zwei Stützen (11, 12) und der Ansatz (6) sich in der entfalteten Position des Pfostens (5) beidseitig der Ebene befinden.
  3. Gerüst nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gelenk (13) zwischen den zwei rohrförmigen Stützen (11, 12) einen mit einer der Stützen (12) verbundenen Zapfen (21) und einen abgewinkelten Schlitz (27) aufweist, der in einem mit der anderen Stütze (11) verbundenen Teil (25) gebildet ist, wobei der Zapfen (21) in den Schlitz derart eingreift, dass er schwenken und gleiten kann.
  4. Gerüst nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützen (11, 12) jeweils einen Stift (23) und eine komplementäre Anschlagauskerbung (28) umfassen, die die entfaltete Position des Trägers (7) sowie eine Position des Anschlags für das Gleiten des Zapfens (21) in dem abgewinkelten Schlitze (27) definieren.
  5. Gerüst nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die freigebbaren Mittel zur Arretierung (30, 34) umfassen:
    - eine Stange (30), die gleitend in einer erste Stütze (11) angeordnet ist und so in die zweite Stütze (12) selektiv eingreifen oder aus dieser herausgenommen werden kann, um jeweils das Gelenk (13) zwischen den zwei Stützen (11, 12) zu blockieren oder es freizugeben und
    - ein mit der Stange (30) verbundenes Betätigungselement (34), das von der ersten Stütze (11) in der Nähe des Pfostens (5) herausragt, um eine Betätigung der Stange (30) bezüglich des Gleitens zu ermöglichen.
  6. Gerüst nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Stütze (11) einen Längsschlitz (41) umfasst, der sich gemäß der Gleitrichtung der Stange (30) erstreckt und von dem das Betätigungselement (34) herausragt.
  7. Gerüst nach Anspruch 5 oder Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die freiggebbaren Arretierungsmittel (30, 34) Anschlagmittel (35, 39, 43A, 43B, 50) für die Stange (30) in einer Arretierungsstellung und einer Freisetzungsstellung umfasst, die in komplementärer Weise an dem Betätigungselement (34) und an der ersten Stütze (11) angeordnet sind.
  8. Gerüst nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungselement (34) schwenkbar an der Stange (30) zwischen einer Position, in der es mit der ersten rohrförmigen Stütze (11) zusammenarbeitet, um das Gleiten der Stange (30) zu blockieren, und einer Position zur Entriegelung befestigt ist, in der es das Gleiten der Stange (30) zwischen der Blockierposition und der Freisetzungsposition zulässt.
  9. Gerüst nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 5 in Kombination, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stift (23) an der zweiten Stütze (12) angeordnet ist und die Stange (30) in ihrem zu der zweiten Stütze (12) gerichteten freien Ende eine Auskerbung (33) aufweist, die vorgesehen ist, um mit dem Stift (23) in der Blockierposition der Stange (30) in Eingriff zu treten.
  10. Gerüst nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gelenk (13) zwischen den Stützen (11, 12) einerseits einen Zapfen (21), der mit einer der Stützen (12) verbunden ist, und eine Schwenkachse einer Stütze (12) in Bezug auf die andere (11) realisiert, und einen Anschlag- oder Keilungsstift (23), der in Bezug auf den Zapfen (21) in der Faltebene versetzt ist, umfasst.
  11. Gerüst nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gelenk (13) andererseits einen mit der anderen Stütze (11) verbundenen Bügel (25) umfasst, der zwischen seinen Schenkeln das korrespondiere Ende der einen der Stützen (12) aufnimmt, wobei der Bügel (25) außerdem mit zwei komplementär zum Stift (23) ausgebildeten Anschlagvertiefungen (28, 29) gebildet ist, die vorgesehen sind, diesen letzteren aufzunehmen.
