Abstract
Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine hydraulische Betätigungsanordnung, die beispielsweise zum Betreiben eines Fahrzeugverdecks eingesetzt wird.
- Bei komplizierteren Betätigungsaufgaben, wie sie beispielsweise beim Ein- und Ausfahren und Verriegeln eines Faltverdecks eines Fahrzeugs anfallen, sind verschiedene hydraulische Antriebseinheiten in vorbestimmter Weise zu betreiben. Dazu sind hydraulische Betätigungseinheiten wie beispielsweise Hydraulikzylinder oder hydraulisch betriebene Verriegelungen zeitlich aufeinander abgestimmt zu betätigen. In solch einer hydraulischen Steuerung bzw. Hydraulikantrieb ist üblicherweise eine Hydraulikpumpe vorhanden, die alle Hydraulikkreise mit dem Druckmedium versorgt. Je Hydraulikkreis sind mehrere Wegeventile vorhanden.
- So ist aus der
DE 199 59 560 C2 eine hydraulische Betätigungsanordnung bekannt, die mehrere Hydraulikkreise aufweist, von denen jeder zumindest eine hydraulische Betätigungseinheit, hier Hydraulikzylinder, umfasst. Die Hydraulikzylinder werden über eine gemeinsame Hydraulikpumpe mit dem Druckmedium versorgt. - Die
DE 100 51 154 A1 offenbart ebenfalls eine Schaltung mit mehreren Hydraulikkreisen, die über eine gemeinsame Hydraulikpumpe mit Druckmedium versorgt werden. Je Hydraulikkreis sind zwei Wegeventile vorgesehen, mit denen die Betätigungsrichtung umkehrbar ist. Eine Abstimmung erfolgt über eine Drossel in Kombination mit einem Rückschlagventil. - In der
DE 196 29 065 A1 ist eine hydraulische Betätigungsanordnung für ein Fahrzeugverdeck offenbart, bei der wiederum mehrere Hydraulikkreise mit jeweiligen hydraulischen Antriebseinheiten über eine gemeinsame Hydraulikpumpe mit Druck beaufschlagt werden. Die Hydraulikzylinder können in diesem Fall nicht drucklos geschaltet werden. - Schließlich zeigt auch die
DE 198 00 985 A1 eine hydraulische Anlage für ein Fahrzeug mit aufklappbarem Verdeck, deren verschiedene hydraulische Antriebseinheiten jeweiliger Hydraulikkreise über eine gemeinsame Hydraulikpumpe mit Druck beaufschlagt werden. Durch Hydraulikventile, die einen wahlweisen Betrieb der Verdecksteuerung oder der weiteren Steuereinrichtungen ermöglichen, soll eine besonders konstruktiv einfache Anlage ermöglicht werden. - Diesen bekannten hydraulischen Betätigungsanordnungen ist gemein, dass eine Reduzierung der in den verschiedenen Hydraulikkreisen vorhandenen Wegeventile und damit eine Kostensenkung nur möglich ist, wenn die Ansteuerung der verschiedenen Hydraulikkreise logisch verknüpft wird. In diesem Fall ist dann aber keine unabhängige Abstimmung der Hydraulik für die einzelnen Hydraulikkreisläufe möglich, was aber wünschenswert wäre.
- Die
US 3,977,100 A , von der im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 ausgegangen wird, beschreibt ein hydraulisches Steuersystem für einen selektiven unabhängigen Betrieb von Komponenten eines Schürfkübelbaggers. Das System weist vier Hydraulikpumpen auf, die zum Betrieb der Komponenten Fluid in jeweilige Hydraulikkreise fördern. Ein Verbrennungsmotor, der die Pumpen antreibt und die Pumpen selbst drehen nur in eine Richtung. Mittels Regelventilen in den jeweiligen Hydraulikkreisen können die Komponenten in eine gewünschte Richtung bewegt bzw. angetrieben werden. In einer Neutralstellung des jeweiligen Regelventils wird das durch die Pumpe geförderte Fluid in einen Tank direkt zurückgeführt. Über ein Doppelrückschlagventil sind zwei Hydraulikkreise miteinander verbunden. - Die
EP 0 277 602 beschreibt eine Hydraulikanlage zur Betätigung von Arbeitsgeräten, die von einem Fahrzeug mitgeführt sind, und zwei, je von einer Pumpe gespeiste Hydraulikstromkreise aufweisen. Die Hydraulikanlage ist derart gestaltet, dass jeder der beiden Hydraulikstromkreise wahlweise mit Fluid von der ersten Pumpe, von der zweiten Pumpe oder von beiden Pumpen gespeist wird. - Aus der
US 2005/0087065 A1 ist ein hydraulisches System für eine Arbeitsmaschine mit zwei Pumpen, die unabhängig betrieben werden können, bekannt. Verschiedene hydraulische Betätigungseinheiten sind entweder mit der ersten Pumpe, der zweiten Pumpe oder mit beiden Pumpen verbunden. Eine Vielzahl von Dosier- und Regelventilen sind vorgesehen, um das von den Pumpen in einer Richtung geförderte Fluid den hydraulischen Betätigungseinheiten in der Weise zuzuführen, dass sie in zwei Richtungen betätigt werden können. - Die
FR 2194590 - Aus der
US 4,033,127 ist hydraulisches System für ein mobiles Gerät bekannt, wobei Räder des mobilen Geräts durch ein hydraulisches Übertragungssystem angetrieben werden und ein hydraulisches Zubehör mittels eines hydraulischen Zubehörsystems angetrieben wird, das über ein Steuerventil mit dem hydraulischen Übertragungssystem verbunden ist. - Die
US 3,678,684 beschreibt eine Hydraulikanlage für eine Maschine mit mehreren hydraulisch angetriebenen Zylinderkolben, die je mittels einer Reglervorrichtung regelbar und umsteuerbar sind, und mit je einer von einem gemeinsamen Antriebsmotor angetriebenen Pumpeneinheit versehen sind. Mittels eines jeweiligen Servoantriebs, kann die jeweilige Pumpe zur Abgabe von maximaler positiver Volumenleistung bis zur Abgabe maximaler negativer Volumenleistung kontinuierlich eingestellt werden. Die Hydraulikkreise der jeweiligen Pumpen sind unabhängig voneinander gestaltet. - Die
US 6,122,913 beschreibt einen Antrieb für ein fahrbares Arbeitsgerät, das ein Antriebsaggregat, hydraulische Verstellpumpen für einen hydraulischen Fahrantrieb mit Hydromotoren und hydraulische Verstellpumpen für die Versorgung der Arbeitshydraulik aufweist. Der Hydraulikkreis für den hydraulischen Fahrantrieb weist zwei Hydromotoren, die in ihrer Drehrichtung umkehrbar sind, und zwei Verstellpumpen, die je nach Drehrichtung der Hydromotoren verstellt werden können, auf. Zwei weitere Hydraulikkreise weisen jeweils eine Verstellpumpe und eine hydraulische Betätigungseinheit auf. Die Verstellpumpen werden gemeinsam von einem hydraulischen Konstantmotor angetrieben, der über zwei Vier-Wege-Ventile an dem Hydraulikkreis des hydraulischen Fahrantriebs angeschlossen ist. - Die
EP 1 223 345 A2 weist eine Betätigungsanordnung für um eine Drehachse schwenkbare Teile an Fahrzeugen auf mit zumindest einer mit dem schwenkbaren Teil gekoppelten gleichgängigen Arbeitszylinder-Anordnung für beide Schwenkrichtungen, einem die Arbeitszylinder-Anordnung versorgenden Arbeitsfluid-System mit Versorgungsleitungen zu jedem Arbeitsraum der Arbeitszylinder-Anordnung, welche Versorgungsleitungen die Arbeitszylinder-Anordnung auch sperrbar mit einem Reservoir für das Arbeitsmedium verbinden und einem auf das Arbeitsfluid-System einwirkenden Steuergerät. Die Betätigungsanordnung weist ferner eine reversierbare Pumpe auf, die einerseits über ein Wechselventil mit dem Reservoir verbunden ist, und andererseits von der jeweils entgegengesetzten Seite über Leitungen mit dem Arbeitszylinder verbunden ist. Das Steuergerät steuert insbesondere die reversierbare Pumpe und alle notwendigen Ventile und sonstige Bauteile. - Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, eine hydraulische Betätigungsanordnung für Fahrzeuge mit Faltverdecken bereit zu stellen, mit der bei einfachem Aufbau eine unabhängige Abstimmung der einzelnen Hydraulikkreise möglich ist.
- Diese Aufgabe wird mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
- Die Unteransprüche kennzeichnen vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen der erfindungsgemäßen Betätigungsanordnung.
- Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Faltverdeck mit einer hydraulischen Betätigungsanordnung ist ein reversierbarer Antriebsmotor vorgesehen. Des Weiteren betreibt mindestens ein Hydraulikkreis einen Betätigungsmechanismus zum Ein- und Ausfahren eines Faltverdecks eines Fahrzeugs und mindestens ein Hydraulikkreis einen Verriegelungsmechanismus des Faltverdecks. Durch die umkehrbare Drehrichtung des für alle Hydraulikkreise gemeinsamen Motors ist es in einfacher Weise möglich, die Förderrichtung der einzelnen Hydraulikpumpen umzukehren, wodurch die entsprechenden hierdurch betriebenen hydraulischen Betätigungseinheiten zum Ein- und Ausfahren und zum Verriegeln des Faltverdecks in beide Richtungen betreibbar sind. Die einzelnen Hydraulikkreise können unabhängig voneinander abgestimmt werden. Weiter wird die Anzahl der notwendigen Wegeventile minimiert.
- Im Folgenden ist zur weiteren Erläuterung und zum besseren Verständnis ein Ausführungsbeispiel der vorliegenden Erfindung unter Bezugnahme auf die beigefügte Zeichnung näher beschrieben. Es zeigt:

- ein schematisches Schaltbild einer erfindungsgemäßen hydraulischen Betätigungsanordnung mit mehreren Hydraulikkreisen.
- Die in der
Fig. 1 gezeigte erfindungsgemäße hydraulische Betätigungsanordnung umfasst drei Hydraulikkreise 1, 2 und 3, Jeder Hydraulikkreis 1, 2 und 3 besitzt eine eigene Hydraulikpumpe 5, 6 und 7. Im vorliegenden Fall sind die Hydraulikpumpen 5, 6 und 7 in ihrer Drehrichtung umkehrbar, so dass deren Förderrichtung umgekehrt werden kann. Wie ersichtlich, werden alle Hydraulikpumpen 5, 6 und 7 durch eine gemeinsamen Elektromotor 4 angetrieben. Hierzu ist die Antriebswelle 4a des Elektromotors 4 mit allen Hydraulikpumpen 5, 6 und 7 verbunden. Durch Umkehren der Antriebsrichtung des Elektromotors 4 werden entsprechend auch die Förderrichtungen der Hydraulikpumpen 5, 6 und 7 umgekehrt. - Es wird nun zuerst der Hydraulikkreis 1 der erfindungsgemäßen hydraulischen Betätigungsanordnung näher beschrieben. Danach wird der gegenüber dem ersten Hydraulikkreis 1 abgewandelte zweite Hydraulikkreis 2 näher beschrieben.
- Der Hydraulikkreis 1 umfasst die Hydraulikpumpe 5, die eine Leitung 10 und eine Leitung 11 umfasst. Die Leitung 10 ist mit einer Leitung 12 verbunden, die zu einem doppeltwirkenden Hydraulikzylinder 8 führt. Die Leitung 11 ist mit einer Leitung 13 verbunden, die wiederum mit dem Hydraulikzylinder 8 verbunden ist. Von der Leitung 12 zweigt eine Leitung 14 ab, die mit einem Druckbegrenzungsventil 16 verbunden ist. Dieses Druckbegrenzungsventil 16 erlaubt bei Überschreiten des voreingestellten Drucks ein Ablauf des Druckmediums in einen Tank 17. Die Leitungen 10 und 11 sind je nach Drehrichtung der Hydraulikpumpe 5 Zu- oder Rücklaufleitungen.
- Auch die Leitung 13 ist über eine Leitung 15 mit einem weiteren Druckbegrenzungsventil 18 verbunden. Dieses Druckbegrenzungsventil 18 erlaubt ein Abfließen eines Druckmediums in einen Tank 19. Selbstverständlich ist es möglich, dass die Tanks 17 und 19 durch einen gemeinsamen Tank (nicht gezeigt) gebildet sind.
- Zwischen den Leitungen 12 und 13 des Hydraulikkreises 1 ist ein elektromagnetisch betätigtes 2/2-Wegeventil 21 über Leitungen 22, 23 verbunden. Das hier gezeigte 2/2-Wegeventil erlaubt das Ein- und Ausschalten des Hydraulikkreises 1.
- Schließlich ist noch anzumerken, dass von den Leitungen 12 und 13 am Zu- bzw. Ablauf der Leitungen 10 und 11 Leitungen 24, 25 abzweigen, die in ein Ansaugwechselventil 27 münden. Dieses Ansaugwechselventil 27 ist mit einem Tank 26 verbunden. Falls das 2/2-Wegeventil 21 nicht betätigt ist, also der Hydraulikkreis 1 drucklos geschaltet ist, herrscht in den Leitungen 24 und 25 der gleiche Druck und die Hydraulikpumpe 5 fördert das Druckmedium in den Tank 26. Bei betätigtem 2/2-Wegeventil 21 sperrt das Ansaugwechselventil 27, da in diesem Fall in den Leitungen 24, 25 nicht der gleiche Druck herrscht. Entsprechend wird in der Leitung 12 Druck aufgebaut und der Hydraulikzylinder 8 eingefahren. Bei umgekehrter Drehrichtung des Elektromotors 4 und damit auch der Hydraulikpumpe 5 kann bei betätigtem 2/2-Wegeventile 21 der Hydraulikzylinder wieder ausgefahren werden.
- Der zweite Hydraulikkreis 2 der erfindungsgemäßen hydraulischen Betätigungsanordnung ist sehr ähnlich dem Hydraulikkreis 1 aufgebaut. Allerdings sind hier anstatt zwei Druckbegrenzungsventile mehrere Rückschlagventile kombiniert mit einem einzigen Druckbegrenzungsventil vorgesehen. Die Antriebswelle 4a des Elektromotors 4 ist mit einer Hydraulikpumpe 6 gekoppelt. Die Hydraulikpumpe 6 ist wie die Hydraulikpumpe 5 des Hydraulikkreises 1 in ihrer Drehrichtung reversierbar. Die Hydraulikpumpe 6 ist über eine Zulaufleitung 30 mit einer Leitung 32 verbunden, die zu einem Hydraulikzylinder 9 führt. In der Leitung 32 ist ein Rückschlagventil 34 eingebaut. Eine Rücklaufleitung 31, die zur Hydraulikpumpe 6 führt, ist über eine Leitung 33 wiederum mit dem Hydraulikzylinder 9 verbunden. Auch in der Leitung 33 ist ein Rückschlagventil 35 vorhanden.
- Das in der Leitung 32 befindliche Rückschlagventil 34 ist über eine hydraulische Steuerleitung 36 mit der Leitung 33 verbunden, in der sich das andere Rückschlagventil 35 befindet. Das Rückschlagventil 35 wiederum ist über eine Steuerleitung 37 mit der Leitung 32 verbunden, in der das Rückschlagventil 34 angeordnet ist. Durch diese Ausgestaltung der Rückschlagventile 34, 35 ist eine entsperrbare Rückschlagventilanordnung mit Haltefunktion geschaffen. Wenn beispielsweise am Rückschlagventil 35 ein Druck anliegt, wird durch die Steuerleitungen 37 sichergestellt, dass das Rückschlagventil 34 entsperrt ist. Gleiches gilt auch umgekehrt, d.h. wenn bei dem Rückschlagventil 34 Druck vorhanden ist, wird durch die Steuerleitungsanordnung sichergestellt, dass das Rückschlagventil 35 entsperrt ist.
- Die Leitungen 32, 33 sind über zwei Rückschlagventile 38, 39, die entgegengesetzt geschaltet sind, und eine zwischen den beiden Rückschlagventilen 38, 39 vorhandene Verbindungsleitung 40 miteinander verbunden. Alternativ zu den beiden Rückschlagventilen 38, 39 kann auch ein Wechselventil eingesetzt werden. In die Verbindungsleitung 40 mündet eine Leitung 41, an deren Ende ein elektromagnetisch betätigtes 2/2-Wegeventil 42 angeordnet ist. Dieses 2/2-Wegeventil 42 ist mit einem Tank 46 verbunden.
- In die Leitung 41, die das 2/2-Wegeventil 42 mit der Leitung 40 zwischen den zwei Rückschlagventilen 38, 39 verbindet, mündet eine Leitung 43, an deren Ende ein Druckbegrenzungsventil 44 angeordnet ist. Dieses Druckbegrenzungsventil 44 ist mit einem Tank 45 verbunden.
- Der Hydraulikkreis 2 weist wie der Hydraulikkreis 1 ein Ansaugwechselventil 50 auf, das mit einem Tank 51 verbunden ist. Das Ansaugwechselventil 50 ist über Leitungen 52 bzw. 53 mit den zu den Rückschlagventilen 34, 35 führenden Leitungen verbunden. Die Funktion dieses Ansaugwechselventils 50 ist mit der des Zweidruckventils 27 des ersten Hydraulikkreises 1 identisch, so dass hinsichtlich der Funktionsweise auf die obigen Ausführungen verwiesen wird.
- Eine erfindungsgemäße Hydraulikanordnung mit Hydraulikkreisen 1 und 2, wie in der
Fig. 1 gezeigt, kann, muss aber nicht einen weiteren Hydraulikkreis 3 oder noch mehr Hydraulikkreise umfassen. Der in derFigur 1 angedeutete dritte Hydraulikkreis 3 kann wie der Hydraulikkreis 1 oder der Hydraulikkreis 2 aufgebaut sein. In derFigur 1 ist dieser nur schematisch dargestellt und umfasst eine weitere Hydraulikpumpe 7, die über Leitungen 60, 61 mit Leitungen 62, 63 verbunden sind, die zu einem hier nicht gezeigten Hydraulikzylinder (oder einer anderen hydraulischen Betätigungseinheit) bzw. von diesem zurückführen. Auch der in derFigur 1 gezeigte weitere Hydraulikkreis 3 ist mit einem Ansaugwechselventil 67 verbunden, in gleicher Weise wie die Hydraulikkreise 1 und 2. Entsprechend weist der Hydraulikkreis 3 Leitungen 64, 65 auf, die mit den Leitungen 62 bzw. 63 verbunden sind und zu bzw. von dem Zweidruckventil hin bzw. wegführen. Dieses Zweidruckventil 67 ist ebenfalls mit einem Tank 66 verbunden. - Anzumerken ist, dass die beschriebenen Tanks 17, 19, 26, 45, 46, 51, 66 entweder verschieden oder identisch sein können, so dass für alle Hydraulikkreise der gleiche Tank benutzt wird.
- Es wird nun die Funktionsweise der hydraulischen Betätigungsanordnung gemäß der
Figur 1 beschrieben, wobei hier nur auf die Hydraulikkreise 1 und 2 Bezug genommen wird. - Der Elektromotor 4 treibt über die Antriebswelle 4a in der gewünschten Drehrichtung die Hydraulikpumpen 5 und 6 an. In dem zu betreibenden Hydraulikkreis 1, 2 wird das entsprechende Magnetventil 21 bzw. 42 geschaltet, so dass in dem gewünschten Hydraulikzylinder 8 oder 9 des jeweiligen Hydraulikkreises 1 oder 2 der erforderliche Druckaufbau erfolgt. Der Hydraulikkreis 1 oder 2, der nicht betrieben werden soll, bleibt drucklos. Das gilt auch für alle anderen hier nicht dargestellten weiteren Hydraulikkreise 3 etc. Ist im Fall der
Fig. 1 das Magnetventil 21 so geschaltet, dass der Hydraulikzylinder 8 mit Druck beaufschlagt wird, so ist das Wegeventil 42 so geschaltet, dass der Hydraulikkreis 2 drucklos ist. Dann erfolgt der erforderliche Druckaufbau in dem Hydraulikkreis 1 und der Hydraulikzylinder 8 wird in der gewünschten Weise verschoben. - In dem in diesem Fall drucklos geschalteten Hydraulikkreis 2 kann durch die gezeigte Schaltung der Hydraulikzylinder 9 immer noch durch eine äußere Kraft, z. B. manuell betätigt werden, so dass auch im Notfall der Hydraulikzylinder 9 in der gewünschten Weise verschoben werden kann. Gleiches gilt im umgekehrten Fall, wenn der Hydraulikkreis 2 mit Druck beaufschlagt ist und der Hydraulikkreis 1 drucklos geschaltet ist.
- In dem jeweils drucklos geschalteten Hydraulikkreis 1 bzw. 2 würde dann die jeweilige Hydraulikpumpe 5 bzw. 6 ohne nennenswerten Druck das Hydraulikmedium im Hydraulikkreis über das jeweilige Ansaugwechselventil in den Tank (bzw. Öl-Tank oder Öl-Reservoir) 26 oder 51 fördern.
- Wie bereits Eingangs erläutert, erlaubt der erfindungsgemäße Aufbau einer hydraulischen Betätigungsanordnung eine modulare Erweiterungsmöglichkeit für weitere unabhängig zu betreibende hydraulische Betätigungseinheiten, die auch allgemein als hydraulische Verbraucher bezeichnet werden können.

Claims (15)
- Faltverdeck mit einer hydraulischen Betätigungsanordnung für ein Cabriolet-Fahrzeug umfassend:- einen Antriebsmotor (4),- zwei oder mehr Hydraulikkreise (1, 2, 3), die jeweils eine Hydraulikpumpe (5, 6, 7) und zumindest eine hydraulische Betätigungseinheit (8, 9), die mit der Hydraulikpumpe (5, 6, 7) des jeweiligen Hydraulikkreises (1, 2 ,3) verbundenen ist, beinhalten, wobei alle Hydraulikpumpen (5, 6, 7) der verschiedenen Hydraulikkreise (1, 2, 3) von dem einen gemeinsamen Antriebsmotor (4) angetrieben werden,dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Drehrichtung des Antriebsmotors (4) umkehrbar
ist, und
dass mindestens ein Hydraulikkreis einen Betätigungsmechanismus zum Ein- und Ausfahren des Faltverdecks und mindestens ein Hydraulikkreis einen Verieglungsmechanismus zum Verriegeln des Faltverdecks betreibt. - Faltverdeck nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass eine Steuereinheit vorgesehen ist, die die Hydraulikkreise (1, 2, 3) so steuert, dass immer nur ein Hydraulikkreis (1, 2, 3) mit Druck beaufschlagt ist und die restlichen Hydraulikkreise (1, 2, 3) drucklos geschaltet sind. - Faltvetdeck nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass in jedem Hydraulikkreis (1, 2, 3) zumindest ein Druckbegrenzungsventil (16, 18; 44) vorhanden ist. - Faltverdeck nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass jeder Hydraulikkreis (1, 2, 3) eine Absperreinrichtung (21, 42) umfasst, mit der der jeweilige Hydraulikkreis (1, 2, 3) ein- oder ausgeschaltet werden kann. - Faltverdeck nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Absperreinrichtung (21, 42) eine Ruhestellung und eine Arbeitsstellung einnehmen kann und in der Ruhestellung offen ist. - Faltverdeck nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass als Absperreinrichtung ein Magnetventil (21, 42) vorhanden ist. - Faltverdeck nach einem der Ansprüche 4-6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass in zumindest einem der Hydraulikkreise (1, 2, 3) ein Ansaugwechselventil (27, 50, 67) so eingebaut ist, dass bei ausgeschaltetem Hydraulikkreis (1, 2, 3) die Hydraulikpumpe (5, 6, 7) das Druckmedium in diesem Hydraulikkreis (1, 2, 3)im wesentlichen drucklos in den Tank (26, 51, 66) fördert. - Faltverdeck nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die hydraulischen Betätigungseinheiten in den Hydraulikkreisen (1, 2, 3) Hydraulikzylinder (8, 9) sind. - Faltverdeck nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Hydraulikzylinder (8, 9) in Ruhestellung drucklos sind. - Faltverdeck nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass alle Leitungen in einen gemeinsamen Tank münden. - Faltverdeck nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass ein hydraulischer Drehantrieb betätigt wird. - Faltverdeck nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Rückschlagventile (38, 39) als Wechselventil ausgeführt sind. - Faltverdeck nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass eine Steuereinheit auch mehrere Hydraulikkreise mit Druck beaufschlagt. - Faltverdeck nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass in einem Hydraulikkreis mehrere Hydraulikzylinder betrieben werden. - Faltverdeck nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Einfahren und Ausfahren eines Zylinders von verschiedenen Pumpen ausgeführt wird.
