Derartige als Abstandhalter dienende Ausprägungen sind fertigungstechnisch sehr einfach und mit konstanter Prägetiefe herstellbar und gewährleisten einen konstanten Abstand und damit ein konstant weites thermisch isolierendes Luftpolster bzw. einen konstant weiten Strömungshohlraum zwischen frontseitiger Scheibe und Wärmeleitplatte, so dass einerseits eine best mögliche Wärmeabführung bzw. thermische Isolierung beiderseits der Wärmeleitplatte und andererseits durch Wärmeleitung eine stetige Wärmeabführung aus dem Bereich der frontseitigen Scheibe, der bei der Handhabung am Backofen mit der Hand erreichbar ist, sichergestellt ist.This object is achieved in a oven door of the type mentioned by the features of claim 1. Die Backofentür gemäß den Figuren besteht im wesentlichen aus einer frontseitigen Scheibe 1 aus Glasmaterial, an der im oberen Türbereich ein Paar von metallischen, lang gestreckten Verbindungsholmen 2 z.B. durch Kleben befestigt sind, welche Verbindungsholme 2 sich über nahezu die gesamte Bauhöhe der Backofentür erstrecken (
Die Wärmeleitplatte 8 ebenso wie die einseitig reflektierende Platte 7 besitzt an mehreren Stellen Ausprägungen 9 in Form von warzenartigen, keilförmig zulaufenden Prägestellen 9 mit im wesentlichen punktförmiger Spitze, mit denen sich die Wärmeleitplatte 8 punktuell mit einem Abstand a von beispielsweise 0,5 mm an der benachbarten Oberfläche der Scheibe 1 abstützt, ebenso wie dies bei der Platte 7 der Fall ist, und damit dazwischen einen bevorzugt nach oben und unten offenen Strömungskanal 10 begrenzt. Die ebenfalls aus Aluminium bestehende Platte 7 ist auf der dem Garraum zugewandten Innenseite mit einer Wärmestrahlen reflektierenden Oberfläche versehen. Auf diese Weise wird ein Großteil der vom Garraum herkommenden und durch die innere Scheibe 4 hindurch tretende Wärmestrahlung reflektiert und von der benachbarten Wärmeleitplatte 8 und damit von der frontseitigen Scheibe 1 abgehalten. Die auf die Frontseite der Backofentür noch auftreffende, vom Scheibenpaket 6 nicht gehemmte und von der Oberfläche der Platte 7 nicht reflektierte Wärmestrahlung wird innerhalb der absorbierenden Wärmeleitplatte 8 gleichmäßig verteilt und in periphere Bereiche transportiert, so dass die berührbare Außenfläche der frontseitigen Scheibe 1 auf einem gemäßigten Temperaturniveau gehalten werden kann.The heat-conducting
