Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a heating appliance according to the Preamble of claim 1.
For thermal insulation of ovens are used in practice currently fiber insulating materials such. B. ceramic fiber mats ver with which the oven muffle including any external heating elements is surrounded. Such fibrous Thermal insulation materials are becoming increasingly hazardous to health viewed. According to a known proposal (DE-PS 25 59 834) is used for oven insulation instead of fibrous iso liermaterial an insulating film z. B. made of aluminum in one or several layers around the wall surfaces of the furnace muffle wrapped, with air by means of spacer strips on the edge chambers between the wall surfaces of the oven muffle and the Insulating film or between the individual layers of insulation foil can be created. As material for the spacer strips Asbestos foam is proposed, which is high heat constantly, but again not hygienically unproblematic is table.
The present invention is based on the object a heating appliance in and / or in the vicinity of this Ge advises targeted thermal insulation not only of the furnace chamber but also other sensitive points or areas, e.g. B. also in the area of open air ducts, under complete Avoiding air hygiene problems.
This object is achieved according to the invention by the Claim 1 measures mentioned.
With the invention, the previously usual way is left, namely essentially only the furnace or treatment room to insulate thermally and for the rest would be especially sensitive parts such as electronic components To provide forced cooling with cooling fans.
By using fiber-free thermal insulation material now also job or room areas z. B. within the outer housing are thermally insulated with the environment of the domestic heating appliance in connection, al are so open. The measure according to the invention is applicable for partial shielding of components or the like inside the outer device housing and / or for lining extension of the aforementioned housing or from adjacent Items such as built-in furniture and the like.
According to a preferred embodiment, there is an egg Essentially interacting exhaust air duct with a cooling air blower made of fiber-free thermal insulation material. Usually in such an exhaust duct the more or less strong heated air outside of the furnace chamber and usually very strongly heated vapors are collected from the furnace chamber and sent to Front of the device and blown off there sen. The measure according to the invention results in Lich the exhaust air duct a low heat capacity uniform temperature behavior and accordingly a low one Blow-out temperature and associated low loss Performance of the heating device, whereby no air hygiene Problems such as fiber discharge or the like are to be feared are.
The invention is illustrated in the drawing Embodiments explained below.

A thermal barrier coating 19 a of the type described above is shown in Fig. 5 in a sectional view. The figure shows in a larger scale part of a film layer, consisting of four aluminum foils a, b, c and d, which are combined to form the aforementioned film layer. Here, the foils a and d represent the outer cover foils, while the inner foils b and c are essentially meandering and are arranged crosswise to one another, ie the meandering and elongated embossing points 22 are perpendicular to one another and touch each other point by point. These inner foils b and c represent spacing elements which hold the foils a to d apart by a predetermined amount. In the area of their film edges, the films are placed directly on top of one another and at least approximately airtightly sealed by compression or welding (film edge 23 ). As shown in Fig. 5, several film layers with the film edges 23 can hang together in one piece.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, part of a film layer 19 b is illustrated, the individual films, for. B. a, b and c are profiled in a honeycomb pattern. The inner foils b, c are provided in a regular pattern with cup-shaped spacing elements 24 designed as embossing points, which are mutually supported, these multi-profiled foils being assigned to one another or placed on top of one another in such a way that the spacing elements 24 are mutually supportive meet. Here, heat-insulating intermediate layers 25 are arranged between the support surfaces. Again, cover foils, for. B. a is provided, again the edges of all foils are folded and connected to each other.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 7, the film layer 19 c consists of three films a, b and c, the inner film b being shaped in a meandering manner and by means of mutually overlapping cutouts or openings 26 having a low mass and being poorly heat-conducting. Here, the cover films a and c can also be made of a dimensionally stable material such as sheet steel or the like, which are kept at a distance by the inner film b.
