Claims (18)

  1. Filtre à particules de suie avec incinération de suie à commande variable
    et
    avec effet catalytique pour des moteurs diesel et pour des chauffages au fioul domestique, comportant au moins un boîtier de filtre (3) et un élément filtrant (13, 14), caractérisé en ce que la partie catalytique (13) dans le boîtier (3) comprend des cordons céramiques avec des douilles céramiques (23) dans lesquelles se trouvent des spirales de chauffage (24) en matériaux résistants à la traction et à la pression, les cordons céramiques étant assemblés en un faisceau et étant formés en spirale par une torsion du faisceau de cordons céramiques sur lui-même.
  2. Filtre à particules de suie selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les douilles céramiques (23) sont revêtues avec effet catalytique.
  3. Filtre à particules de suie selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément filtrant est un entremêlement filtrant (14) dans lequel des cordons céramiques et des éléments chauffants de stabilisation comprenant des spirales de chauffage (24) reçues dans lesdits cordons sont vissés en forme de tire-bouchon (16) et/ou vissés sous forme de barreaux (17) et/ou enfichés par une fermeture rapide.
  4. Filtre à particules de suie selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les éléments chauffants de stabilisation sont configurés sous différentes formes (16, 17).
  5. Filtre à particules de suie selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les éléments chauffants de stabilisation sont pourvus de disques de filtre (18) de différents types.
  6. Filtre à particules de suie selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les disques de filtre (18) sur l'élément chauffant de stabilisation sont composés de matériaux de différents types.
  7. Filtre à particules de suie selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que les éléments chauffants de stabilisation munis des disques de filtre (18) sont vissés dans un boîtier (3) et/ou dotés d'une fermeture rapide, et enfichés.
  8. Filtre à particules de suie selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un filtre à effet catalytique et un filtre à particules de suie sont logés dans un boîtier de filtre (3).
  9. Filtre à particules de suie selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des ouvertures (6, 7) pourvues et/ou dépourvues de pas de vis se trouvent dans le boîtier.
  10. Filtre à particules de suie selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que une entrée et une sortie (4, 5) se trouvent sur le boîtier.
  11. Filtre à particules de suie selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des cordons céramiques comportant une spirale de chauffage (24) sont introduits dans un monolithe qui est pourvu d'ouvertures carrées.
  12. Filtre à particules de suie selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier est recouvert de l'extérieur par une housse thermique.
  13. Filtre à particules de suie selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier est revêtu de l'intérieur par un matériau réfractaire (12) par rapport au milieu extérieur.
  14. Filtre à particules de suie selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un relais pour la commande en continu de la phase de chauffage des éléments chauffants individuels.
  15. Filtre à particules de suie selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que sur le boîtier de filtre, à un emplacement approprié, il est prévu une ouverture avec une valve, dans laquelle est introduite une alimentation en oxygène nécessaire.
  16. Filtre à particules de suie selon l'une des revendications précédentes 3 à 15, caractérisé en ce que les éléments chauffants de stabilisation sont munis d'un pas de vis et/ou d'une fermeture rapide.
  17. Filtre à particules de suie selon l'une des revendications 3 à 16, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des possibilités de connexion (15) pour une alimentation électrique sur les éléments chauffants de stabilisation dans la zone extérieure.
  18. Filtre à particules de suie selon l'une des revendications 3 à 17, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des chambres creuses (9, 10, 11) à l'intérieur du boîtier.
