Claims (16)

  1. Structure textile plane utilisable en tant que qu'entredoublure dans l'industrie textile, avec un support à base d'un non-tissé, d'un tissu, d'un tricot ou analogue, caractérisée en ce que le support est muni d'un agencement de mailles qui comprend des mailles mono- et/ou bidimensionnelles d'un matériau conducteur électrique interconnectées ou reliées les unes aux autres, le support qui peut être fabriqué lors d'une première étape de procédé étant muni de l'agencement de mailles lors d'une étape de procédé suivante.
  2. Structure textile plane selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le matériau conducteur électrique comprend un fil conducteur électrique ou une combinaisons de fils contenant des fils conducteurs électriques.
  3. Structure textile plane selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le fil conducteur électrique comprend des filaments métalliques, des matériaux contenant des filaments métalliques, des filaments munis d'un revêtement métallique ou leurs combinaisons, ainsi que des mélanges de fils conducteurs avec des fils textiles torsadés, entremêlés ou entrelacés.
  4. Structure textile plane selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le support est muni d'un revêtement d'un matériau adhésif sur au moins un côté.
  5. Structure textile plane selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le matériau adhésif n'est appliqué que dans des sous-domaines, notamment sous la forme de points de matériau adhésif, sur le support.
  6. Structure textile plane selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le matériau de mailles conducteur électrique se trouve principalement sur le côté du matériau adhésif de la structure textile plane fixable.
  7. Structure textile plane selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le matériau de mailles conducteur électrique se trouve principalement sur le côté opposé au côté du matériau adhésif de la structure textile plane fixable.
  8. Procédé de fabrication d'une structure textile plane utilisable de préférence en tant que qu'entredoublure textile selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par les étapes de procédés successives suivantes :
    a) fabrication d'un support à base d'un non-tissé, d'un tissu, d'un tricot ou analogue ;
    b) garnissage du support avec un agencement de mailles qui comprend des mailles mono- et/ou bidimensionnelles d'un matériau conducteur électrique interconnectées ou reliées les unes aux autres.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'agencement de mailles est utilisé sous la forme d'une construction tricotée par une technique de tricot, de préférence une technique de tricot chaîne.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'une frange de chaîne avec une trame ou une frange de chaîne avec une trame horizontale est utilisée en tant que construction tricotée.
  11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'un matériau adhésif est appliqué sur au moins un côté du support.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le matériau adhésif est appliqué sur le support avant l'application de l'agencement de mailles en matériau conducteur électrique.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que le matériau adhésif n'est appliqué que dans des sous-domaines, notamment sous la forme de points de matériau adhésif, sur le support.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le matériau adhésif est appliqué par le procédé à point double.
  15. Utilisation d'une structure textile plane selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14 en tant que surface textile chauffante, notamment sous la forme d'une entredoublure textile fixable chauffante dans l'industrie des vêtements.
  16. Utilisation d'une structure textile plane selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14 en tant que bande de conduction textile.
