Claims (4)
- Procédé pour la mise en service d'une machine de découpe et de gaufrage de feuilles (100) avec un margeur (1), au moins un poste de traitement (2, 3, 4) et un système de transport de feuilles (7) comprenant les étapes suivantes :a) la feuille (6) est séparée de la pile de feuilles par le margeur (1),b) la feuille (6) défile sur la table d'alimentation (16)c) la feuille (6) est pré-alignée sur son bord avant et latérald) la feuille (6) est appréhendée par un système de pinces auxiliaires,e) l'image d'impression de la feuille (6) est mesurée, optiquement par le système de mesure (20),f) l'image imprimée est comparée avec la position théorique,g) des valeurs de correction pour des feuilles en biais, le repérage latéral et périphérique sont calculés,h) orientation du repérage latéral de la feuille (6) par le système à entraînement linéaire du système de transport de feuille (7),j) remise de la feuille (6) au chariot de pinces (8) du système de transport de feuilles (7),j) transport de feuille au poste de traitement (2, 3, 4), positionnement au milieu du poste de traitement (2, 3, 4) indépendamment du format de feuille,k) orientation du réglage périphérique et latéral de feuilles par des entraînements linéaires,i) fonctionnement des postes de traitement (2, 3, 4), les étapes j), k) et i) se répétant pour une feuille (6) dans un poste de traitement respectif (2, 3, 4) avec les étapes suivantes supplémentaires en mode de réglage,m) contrôle d'une feuille échantillon,n) correction pour le repérage périphérique et de biais dans les différents postes de traitement (2, 3, 4) par saisie de valeurs de correction dans la commande de machine
- Machine de découpe et de gaufrage de feuilles (100)
caractérisée en ce que
la machine de découpe et de gaufrage de feuilles (100) pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1 avec un margeur (1) comprenant un système de margeur pour l'alignement latéral des feuilles (6), au moins un poste de découpe (2), au moins un autre poste de traitement (3, 4), une commande de machine (15) avec une interface pour la saisie de valeurs correctrices pour le repérage de biais et périphérique dans les postes de traitement respectifs (2, 3, 4) et un système de transport de feuilles (7) qui présente un chariot de pince circulaire (8) avec des ponts de pinces, sur le pont de pinces d'un chariot de pinces (8), des pinces étant fixées qui saisissent les feuilles (6) et qui sont mobiles en traversant la machine (100) et les ponts de pinces circulaires du chariot de pinces (8) étant entraînés sur leur extrémité externe respective par au moins un entraînement linéaire et les feuilles (6) étant orientées dans leur positions de maintien de feuille dans au moins un poste de découpe (2) et au moins un poste de traitement (3, 4) respectivement dans leur direction périphérique et leur position en biais par le déplacement généré par les entraînements linéaires, la machine de découpe et de gaufrage de feuille (100) présentant au moins en amont du premier poste de traitement (2) un système de mesure optique (20) pour la mesure des feuilles (6) et en ce que les données sont échangeables entre le système de mesure (20), la commande de machine (15) et le système de transport de feuille (7). - Machine de découpe et de gaufrage de feuilles selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la machine de découpe et de gaufrage de feuille (100) possède un dispositif pour la détermination de la position d'un chariot de pinces, qui comprend des indicateurs de signaux (31) fixés sur le chariot respectif de pinces et des capteurs (30) fixés sur le bâti de machine.
- Machine de découpe et de gaufrage de feuille selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les chariots de pince (8) sont mobiles en déplacement avant et arrière par les entraînements linéaires.
