本发明涉及的是一种工业机械,具体涉及一种节能型模切机。
背景技术
节能型模切机又叫啤机、数控冲压机,主要用于相应的一些非金属材料、不干胶、EVA、双面胶、电子、手机胶垫等的模切(全断、半断)、压痕和烫金作业、贴合、自动排废,节能型模切机利用钢刀、五金模具、钢线(或钢板雕刻成的模版),通过压印版施加一定的压力,将印品或纸板轧切成一定形状。是印后包装加工成型的重要设备。目前市面上的模切压痕机存在生产力低下、操作者劳动强度大、安全性差容易发生工伤事故的弊端,给企业生产带来了很大的不便。
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明目的是在于提供一种节能型模切机,结构简单,操作方便,自动化程度高,大大降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:节能型模切机,包括自动送纸装置、纸张传送装置、冲切装置、排屑收集装置、计数器和出纸堆垛装置,自动送纸装置与纸张传送装置相连,纸张传送装置左侧设置有冲切装置,冲切装置左下方设置有排屑收集装置,排屑收集装置左侧设置有出纸堆垛装置,出纸堆垛装置上方设置有计数器,所述自动送纸装置桑设有纸张计数器。
作为优选,所述的冲切装置上设置有带有凹槽的模切刀基板。
作为优选,所述的纸张传送装置两侧设置有护栏,防止纸张掉落。
作为优选,所述的纸张传送装置上设有频率控制器。
作为优选,所述的冲切装置上设有磨刀石。
作为优选,所述的出纸堆垛装置上设有刻度线
本发明结构简单,操作方便,自动化程度高,大大降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率。
