Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein neuartiges Verfahren zum Herstellen von Bodenplatten (1) aus zementgebundenem Material bzw. Beton mit einem die Oberseite der jeweiligen Bodenplatte (1) bildenden Vorsatz (2) aus Fein- oder Vorsatzbeton und mit einem die Unterseite der jeweiligen Bodenplatte bildenden Kern (3) aus einem Kernbeton, durch Formpressen in jeweils einem Formraum (10) einer Pressform (8), wobei der Formraum (10) an seinem Umfang durch einen Form- und Verschleißrahmen (9) und an seiner Unterseite durch ein Formunterteil (11) begrenzt ist, und wobei für die Herstellung der Bodenplatten (1) in den jeweiligen Formraum (10) zunächst der den Vorsatz (2) bildenden Vorsatzbeton und anschließend der den Kern (3) bildenden Kernbeton eingebracht werden und zumindest nach dem Einbringen des Kernbetons ein Verpressen mit einem Pressstempel (9.1) erfolgt.
