Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Rüttelmaschine zum Rütteln und Verdichten von verdichtbaren Materialien, insbesondere von in Betonformen für Betonformteile eingefülltem Rohbeton, insbesondere erdfeuchtem Rohbeton, wobei die Rüttelmaschine aus einem Maschinengrundgestell (1), einem Schwingungserzeuger (6) und einem vom Schwingungserzeuger (6) in Schwingungen versetztbaren Rütteltisch (4) besteht, auf den eine Betonform (16) für die Betonformteile setzbar ist, wobei Mittel vorgesehen sind, die die Betonform (16) und den Rütteltisch (4) zur Verminderung von Geräuschen miteinander verkuppeln Das Mittel zum Verkuppeln besteht aus einer Vakuumkupplung (13), die den Rütteltisch (4) und die Betonform (16) während des Rüttelvorganges mittels Vakuums kraftschlüssig gegeneinander zieht. Die Vakuumkupplung besteht vorzugsweise aus dem Rütteltisch (4), der Unterseite () der Betonform (16), einem Hohlraum (17) zwischen dem Rütteltisch (4) und der Unterseite der Betonform (16) sowie einer den Hohlraum (17) umschließenden Vakuumdichtung (15) besteht.
