2. Description of the Related Art In order to manufacture a PC (precast concrete) product, for example, a hollow product such as a concrete pipe or a building PC column formwork, the molding necessary for shaping the inner shape and outer shape of the product. An inner mold and an outer mold having surfaces are used. Both formwork are arranged substantially concentrically, concrete is poured into the concrete placing space between the formwork, and the concrete is released when the concrete hardens.

[0003] In recent years, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 1-15361, in order to improve the production efficiency of the PC product, a mold for molding is filled with zero slump concrete, and the concrete is placed on a shaking table. Means have been proposed to accelerate the hardening of concrete by pressing and enable immediate demolding.

However, in such a conventional PC product forming mold, when the PC product is released from the mold, the inner mold frame and the outer mold frame are pulled out in the cylinder axis direction of the PC product as described above. Therefore, it was not possible to manufacture a PC product having an uneven portion on the inner surface or the outer surface. For example, when molding a PC column formwork as a PC product, it is not possible to protrude an uneven portion (shear cotter) inside the PC column formwork, and therefore, it is cast into the PC column formwork on site. However, there has been a problem that the bonding property with the post-cast concrete is lowered, and it is impossible to further increase the strength of the concrete column.

[0005] In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a method of removing a PC product in a direction parallel to the inner mold frame and the outer mold frame (along the molding surfaces of both molds). It is an object of the present invention to provide a method of manufacturing a PC product capable of forming irregularities on the surface of a PC, and a movable irregularity forming member used therefor.

Means for solving the problems According to the first aspect of the present invention, an inner mold and an outer mold are arranged substantially concentrically. A movable uneven forming member movable in a direction parallel to the outer mold and in a direction intersecting with the outer mold and having irregularities formed on one side is directed to the molding surface of the inner mold with the irregularities forming surface facing the outer mold. Concrete is poured into a concrete casting space formed between the inner and outer molds, and after the cast concrete is solidified, the movable uneven forming member, the solidified concrete, and the outside. Moving the mold in a direction parallel to the inner mold and removing it from the inner mold, and then moving the movable uneven forming member in the centripetal direction that intersects with the outer mold to separate it from the solidified concrete. According to the second aspect, the hollow inner mold and the outer mold are arranged substantially concentrically. A direction parallel to the mold and the outer mold, and a movable asperity forming member that is movable and bendable in the direction intersecting is disposed on the molding surface of the hollow inner mold, and the inner mold and the outer mold are provided. Concrete is poured into the concrete casting space formed between the concrete form, and after the cast concrete is solidified, the solidified concrete and the outer form are moved in a direction parallel to the hollow inner form to form the inner form. 4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the movable concave / convex forming member is sequentially housed in the hollow inner mold from the upper portion of the hollow inner mold while removing the mold from the hollow inner mold. In the fourth aspect, a substrate having a substantially equilateral angle steel shape and a short length in plan view and a flexible interval holding piece are alternately connected by a flexible connecting strip. That is to do.

A basic manufacturing means common to the first and second aspects of the present invention is that an inner mold 1 and an outer mold 2 are substantially concentrically fitted and arranged as shown in FIG. Concrete c is cast from the hopper 15 into the concrete casting space 4 formed therebetween. Vibration is applied to the outer mold frame 2 by a vibrator, and the cast concrete c is compacted by the vibration of the vibrator. By compacting the cast concrete c by such a vibrator and lowering the pressurizing machine 16 to press the cast concrete c, the cast concrete c is pressurized to be compacted, and the concrete is solidified. Promoted. And when the cast concrete c is solidified,
The outer mold frame 2 is raised and removed.

The movable concavo-convex forming member 3 is separate from the inner mold frame 1, and forms a large number of concavities and convexities 5 in a row and alternately on one side surface (outer surface) of a vertically long substrate 6 formed in a substantially L-shape in a front view. It is composed. The opposing movable concavo-convex forming member 3 is opposed to brackets 9, 9 having different heights protruding from the tops of the corners.
Each pair is reciprocally movable by a reciprocating operation device (turn buckle) 10 and detachable from the inner mold 1.

When the cast concrete c is solidified, the outer mold 2 is lifted in a direction parallel to the inner mold 1 and the outer mold 2 and is removed from the inner mold 1 (see FIG. 5). . When the outer frame is removed, the movable unevenness forming member 3 and the solidified concrete c rise together and are removed from the inner frame 1 (see FIGS. 5 and 6). When the above-mentioned mold release is completed, the inside of the movable concave / convex forming member 3 becomes empty. Therefore, the reciprocating operation device 10 is operated to move the opposing movable concave / convex operating member 3 in a direction crossing the outer mold frame 2 respectively. In the centripetal direction, and the irregularities 5 are separated from the solidified concrete c (FIGS. 7, 8a,

According to the movable unevenness forming member disclosed in the third and fourth aspects, the PC product is demolded in a direction parallel to the inner mold frame and the outer mold frame (direction along the molding surfaces of both mold frames). In this case, it is possible to form the unevenness in the cast concrete in a tandem and reliable manner, and to easily separate the cast concrete from the solidified concrete.

1. An inner mold frame and an outer mold frame are disposed substantially concentrically, and are movable in a direction parallel to and crossing the inner mold frame and the outer mold frame, and have irregularities on one side surface. The movable concave / convex forming member is disposed on the molding surface of the inner mold with the concave / convex forming surface facing the outer mold, and concrete is placed in the concrete casting space formed between the inner mold and the outer mold. After the cast concrete is solidified, the movable uneven forming member, the solidified concrete, and the outer mold are moved in a direction parallel to the inner mold to remove the mold from the inner mold. A method for manufacturing a PC product, in which a forming member is moved in a centripetal direction in a direction intersecting with an outer mold form and separated from solidified concrete.

2. A movable concavo-convex which is arranged so that a hollow inner mold frame and an outer mold frame are substantially concentric, and is movable in a direction parallel to the inner mold frame and the outer mold frame and in a direction crossing the inner mold frame and the outer mold frame. The forming member is disposed on the molding surface of the hollow inner formwork, concrete is poured into a concrete casting space formed between the inner formwork and the outer formwork, and after the cast concrete solidifies, While moving the solidified concrete and the outer mold in a direction parallel to the hollow inner mold and removing the mold from the inner mold, the movable uneven forming members are sequentially housed in the hollow inner mold from the upper portion of the hollow inner mold.
