Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a hand tool with a sanding plate with holes for dust extraction according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the thereby formed in the center region of the sanding pad grinding dust in the form of a Schleifstaubpolsters is blown away by means of pressure at a central hole and is to be sucked through the holes arranged radially outside, since the Schleifstaubpolster disturbs the contact of the abrasive sheet with the workpiece to be ground and tends to result To melt warming and stick to the sanding sheet and to prevent efficient sanding.
  • a support plate for tools for surface finishing such as grinding or polishing known, wherein in the support plate, a central, central opening is introduced, which serves to receive a fastening means.
  • the central, central opening penetrates the sanding pad axially.
  • further suction openings are provided, which are at a radial distance are arranged to the central opening and also extend axially through the support plate therethrough.
  • the central opening and the suction openings are connected to each other via a transversely extending, parallel to the underside of the support plate extending connecting channel.
  • the connecting channel extends between diametrically opposite edge regions of the support plate, on which additional, partially overlapped by a plate suction openings are formed.
  • the invention with the features of claim 1 has the advantage that with simple means both in the region of the radial holes under the sanding pad in the region of the outer edge as well as the center accumulating thereunder sanding dust can be continuously sucked so thoroughly and quickly that no central sanding dust pad can form more and no sanding dust is whirled up.
  • the grinding effect is improved and the life of the abrasive sheet is increased because sticking of grinding dust is prevented.
  • the connecting channel is arranged as a downwardly open slot in the bottom of the sanding pad, which is covered by the hook and loop fastener, a central suction in the sanding pad with good adhesion of the sanding sheet can be realized in a simple, cost-effective manner.
  • the sanding pad consists of a skeletal, supporting abrasive plate which carries a cushion of soft elastic material, on the underside of a Velcro layer sits, with a metal ring disc centered in the central opening and axially between the grinding plate and the pad is set, in particular injected, a particularly robust sanding pad construction has been selected.
  • the sanding pad is particularly simple design, connected to an effective, large-scale and central exhaust.
  • the abrasive sheet has a central hole corresponding to the central opening of the sanding disk, the sanding dust can be extracted from the center region of the sanding disk in a particularly effective manner.
  • FIG. 1 shows a side view of the hand tool 10 according to the invention, which is designed as an eccentric grinder.
  • This has a cylindrical housing 12, the handle 14 extends rearwardly and on the underside of a switch button 16 is arranged, which switches a switch 18 on or off by finger pressure of the operator.
  • the circuit of a seated in the housing 12 motor 20 is controlled.
  • the motor shaft 24 rotates with a dust blower 26, an eccentric 28 and a sanding pad 30.
  • the motor 20 is connected by means of electric cable 22 to a voltage source, not shown.
  • the rotating dust blower 26 generates in conjunction with other conventional, not mentioned means on the upper side 46 of the grinding plate 30, a negative pressure and thus at the hole 32, 33 of the sanding pad 30 a suction effect.
  • sanding dust formed on the underside 48 of the sanding pad 30 or under a sanding sheet 52 is sucked in at the lower hole 33 and sucked up to the upper hole 32.
  • this negative pressure leads simultaneously at the center hole 34 in the central region of the bottom 48 of the sanding pad 30 to a targeted extraction, where there accumulating sanding dust together with the above the sanding pad 30 formed Absaugluftstrom 40 through connection channels 58 radially outward to the holes 32, 33 and up there to the blower 42 and the dust container 44 is performed.
  • the sanding pad 30 consists of a sanding plate 36 of flexurally elastic, relatively hard plastic and connected to the sanding plate 36, possibly cast sanding pad 38 made of soft elastic, foamed plastic, which carries a layer of Velcro fabric 50 on its underside 48 for attaching a sanding sheet 52 with velor Backing 53.
  • the abrasive sheet 52 has a center hole 55 and radially closer to the outer edge a plurality of evenly spaced dust holes 54 which coincide with the lower holes 33 and lie on a same pitch circle 56.

  • annular disc 68 is potted, whose annular hole 79 is aligned with the central hole 34 and a bolt 29 (FIGS. Fig. 1 ) centers and guides and the clamping force transmission when coupling the sanding pad 30 to the power tool 10 secures.
  • FIG. 4 shows a plan view of a usable with the invention abrasive sheet 52 having a plurality of radial dust holes 54 on a common pitch circle 56 and a center hole 55 for the center suction.
  • One of the two flat sides of the sanding sheet 52 carries an abrasive layer, not shown, and the backside a suede layer for bonding to the Velcro layer 50 of the sanding pad 30 for operationally tightening or fixing the sanding sheet 52.
