Claims (8)

  1. Meule à rectifier avec un support (1) avec un moyeu de connexion central d'un côté de la meule à rectifier et une surface de rectification de l'autre côté de la meule à rectifier, et avec des segments de meule (2) contenants du diamant, lesdits segments étant disposés sur l'enveloppe du support et dépassant du support au moins du côté opposé au moyeu de connexion, lesdits segments de meule étant plus larges dans la direction circonférentielle de la meule à rectifier que dans la direction radiale, caractérisée en ce qu'on prévoit un anneau abrasif (3), contigu aux segments de meule (2), relié au côté du support (1) opposé au moyeu (12), ledit anneau abrasif étant réalisé en matière synthétique moussée avec des charges et équipé de sections (4) faisant saillie entre les segments de meule (2) disposés à distance les uns des autres.
  2. Meule à rectifier selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la matière synthétique de l'anneau abrasif (3) est du polyuréthanne et que les charges consistent au moins partiellement en carbure de silicium.
  3. Meule à rectifier selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que le support (1) est muni d'un rebord cylindrique (6), ledit rebord étant entouré par l'anneau abrasif (3).
  4. Meule à rectifier selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'anneau abrasif (3) est réalisé de manière conique à l'intérieur, ledit anneau abrasif (3) étant le plus large de face du côté de la rectification.
  5. Meule à rectifier selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'anneau abrasif (3), et le cas échéant le rebord (6) du support (1), est percé (sont percés) par des canaux de passage (5) pour un liquide de refroidissement, lesdits canaux étant disposés au moins à peu près radialement.
  6. Meule à rectifier selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le support (1) dispose dans le secteur du moyeu d'un canal d'arrivée central (8) pour le liquide de refroidissement, et en ce que ledit canal d'arrivée (8) est réalisé en trou borgne se terminant du côté de la rectification par un épaulement cylindrique (9), ledit épaulement étant muni d'au moins un trou de sortie radial (10) pour le liquide de refroidissement.
  7. Meule à rectifier selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que l'épaulement cylindrique (9) est muni à son extrémité libre d'un anneau de déviation (11) pour le liquide de refroidissement.
  8. Meule à rectifier selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les segments de rectification (2) dépassent du support (1) des deux côtés.
