le premier élément de fixation comprend une vis (30) ou un boulon, en particulier en coopération avec au moins un écrou (32) en tant que second élément de fixation. - Elément de chauffage des appareils de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le second élément de fixation (32, 38) constitue un moyen de serrage et/ou un moyen de pression, en particulier sous la forme d'un écrou (32), d'une rondelle métallique (38) de forme annulaire et/ou d'un ressort à disque, la rondelle métallique (38) étant de préférence agencée sur la rondelle isolante (36), et/ou le ressort à disque étant agencé sur la rondelle métallique (38) et/ou l'écrou (32) étant agencé sur le ressort à disque afin de presser.
- Elément de chauffage des appareils de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la surface de contact (20) entoure le premier élément de fixation (30) de manière annulaire, de préférence concentrique.
- Elément de chauffage des appareils de cuisson selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que
l'écart entre la surface de contact (20) et le premier élément de fixation (30) est au moins 3 mm. - Elément de chauffage des appareils de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la surface de contact (20) est formée d'une surface d'argent ou d'un alliage d'argent, en particulier d'argent-palladium, et/ou constitue un relief, en particulier s'élève au-dessus, de la surface de l'élément de chauffage (10) des appareils de cuisson.
- Elément de chauffage des appareils de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la première section (44) de l'élément formant contact (34) entoure le premier élément de fixation (30) de manière annulaire, de préférence concentrique.
- Elément de chauffage des appareils de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le premier élément de fixation (30) peut être traversé par un trou (18) de l'élément de chauffage (10) des appareils de cuisson.
- Elément de chauffage des appareils de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la rondelle isolante (36) comprend une première section (46) annulaire et une seconde section (48) annulaire, à bords, agencée au niveau d'une arête intérieure de la première section (46), la seconde section (48) faisant saillie de la première section (46) au moins par section, de préférence complètement, en direction de l'élément de chauffage des appareils de cuisson.
- Elément de chauffage des appareils de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la rondelle isolante (36) est formée de céramique, de mica, de Kapton®, de Kerdi® et/ou d'une matière plastique résistante à la température.
- Elément de chauffage des appareils de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la surface de contact (20) peut être reliée de manière amovible à un élément formant contact (34).
- Elément de chauffage des appareils de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une première plaque, en particulier sous la forme d'une première plaque d'acier inoxydable, une couche diélectrique constituée d'un diélectrique, en particulier en céramique, une couche de résistance avec une pluralité de résistances chauffantes (12), qui sont en particulier agencées en bandes (14), de préférence de différentes largeurs, et une couche de verre.
- Elément de chauffage des appareils de cuisson selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que
une couche thermiquement et/ou électriquement isolante, de préférence sous la forme d'une plaque de mica (26), et/ou une seconde plaque ou rondelle, en particulier sous la forme d'une seconde plaque d'acier inoxydable (28), est/sont agencée(s) sur l'élément de chauffage (10) des appareils de cuisson, de préférence pour former une plaque chauffante (22), dans laquelle les résistances chauffantes (12) sont agencées entre deux plaques d'acier inoxydable (28). - Elément de chauffage des appareils de cuisson selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que
la plaque de mica (26), la couche de verre et/ou la seconde plaque (28) présente/présentent un évidement (40, 42) pour le dispositif (24) en vue de la mise en contact électrique de la surface de contact (20). - Appareil de cuisson avec au moins un élément de chauffage des appareils de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
l'appareil de cuisson comprend une casserole, une plaque à rôtir et/ou une plaque à griller, de préférence avec une pluralité d'éléments de chauffage (10) des appareils de cuisson au niveau d'au moins une paroi extérieure de casserole, en particulier au niveau d'un fond de casserole. - Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que une couche thermiquement et/ou électriquement isolante, de préférence sous la forme d'une plaque de mica (26), est placée au niveau d'une casserole sur l'élément de chauffage (10) des appareils de cuisson, à des fins de fixation de chaque élément de chauffage (10) des appareils de cuisson,
au moins un boulon de fixation fixé au niveau de la casserole est passé à travers au moins un trou (16) ou un évidement dans l'élément de chauffage (10) des appareils de cuisson et dans la couche isolante, et
la couche isolante est pressée au niveau d'une paroi extérieure de casserole ou d'un fond de casserole, en commun avec l'élément de chauffage (10) des appareils de cuisson, par l'intermédiaire d'un, en particulier un autre, moyen de serrage et/ou moyen de pression, en particulier comprenant une plaque ou une rondelle pouvant être placée sur la couche isolante, en particulier une rondelle de pression (70). - Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que la rondelle de pression (70) comprend deux sections discoïdales concentriques, la section intérieure (74) possédant un trou central (72) et la section extérieure (76) étant décalée dans une direction axiale parallèlement à la section intérieure (74).
- Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 17 ou 18, caractérisé en ce que
le premier élément de fixation, en particulier la vis (30), est passé à travers un trou (18') dans l'élément de chauffage (10) des appareils de cuisson, de préférence dans l'agencement de couches comprenant la première plaque, la couche diélectrique et la couche de résistance, et
la géométrie du trou (18') est adaptée à la géométrie du premier élément de fixation, en particulier de la tête de vis de la vis (30), un appui de la tête de vis ne se produisant, de préférence pendant et après le serrage de la vis (30), qu'au niveau d'une première section (60) de la bordure du trou (18') à hauteur de la première plaque, et un appui de la tête de vis au niveau d'une seconde section (62) de la bordure du trou (18') à hauteur de la couche diélectrique étant évité. - Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que le trou (18') et la tête de vis convergent de manière conique au moins par section en direction de l'élément formant contact (34, 44), l'angle inclus dans la surface de cône du trou (18') et l'axe central de la vis (30) étant inférieur à l'angle inclus dans la surface conique de la tête de vis et l'axe central de la vis (30).
