Claims (13)

  1. Aufrichtstuhl für Behinderte und Invaliden, umfassend ein Gestell (2), das eine Gelenkstruktur (12) trägt, welche eine Rückenlehne (D), eine Sitzfläche (A), eine Fußstütze (R) trägt und zwischen einer Sitzposition (P1) und einer aufgerichteten Position (P2) beweglich ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gelenkstruktur umfaßt:
    - ein Gelenksystem zum Tragen der Sitzfläche (A) und der Rückenlehne (D), das wenigstens umfaßt:
    - einen oberen Längsträger (14, 15),
    - eine hintere Querstrebe (20), die hinten über ein Drehgelenk (21, 22) an dem oberen Längsträger (14, 15) angelenkt ist und mit einem zum Halt der Rückenlehne (D) beitragenden Holm (24, 25) starr verbunden ist,
    - eine vordere Querstrebe (27), die vorne über ein Drehgelenk (28, 29) an dem oberen Längsträger (14, 15) angelenkt ist und gegenüber dem Gestell (2) bis zu einer maximalen Drehposition, welche durch Wegbegrenzungsmittel (55) definiert ist, drehbeweglich ist, und
    - einen unteren Längsträger (35), der vorne über ein Drehgelenk (36) an der vorderen Querstrebe (27) und hinten über ein Drehgelenk (37) an der hinteren Querstrebe (20) angelenkt ist, wobei der obere Längsträger (14, 15) oder der untere Längsträger (35) zum Halt der Sitzfläche beiträgt und vorne über ein Drehgelenk (16, 17) an dem Gestell (2) angelenkt ist, um zwischen einerseits der Sitzposition (P1), in der er an einem von dem Gestell (2) getragenen Sitzflächenanschlag (52, 53) in Anlage ist, und andererseits der aufgerichteten Position (P2) drehbeweglich zu sein,
    - wobei die Drehachsen (21,22/37/36/28, 29) der Querstreben (20, 27) an den Längsträgern (14, 15, 35) die Spitzen eines verformbaren Vierecks (13) bilden,
    - sowie ein einziges Betätigungsmittel (50), das zwischen dem Gestell (2) und der hinteren Querstrebe oder dem Längsträger, der nicht an dem Gestell angelenkt ist, angeordnet ist und das geeignet ist, den Längsträger, der nicht an dem Gestell angelenkt ist, zu bewegen und einerseits eine Neigungseinstellung des Rückenlehnenholms (24, 25) durch Drehen der Holme (24, 25) um die Drehgelenke (21, 22) sicherzustellen und andererseits die Gelenkstruktur (12) in die Senkrechte zu bringen, wenn die vordere Querstrebe (27) ihre maximale Drehposition erreicht hat.
  2. Aufrichtstuhl nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:
    - der obere Längsträger (14, 15) zum Halt der Sitzfläche (A) beiträgt und vorne über ein Drehgelenk (16, 17) an dem Gestell (2) angelenkt ist, um zwischen einerseits der Sitzposition (P1), in der der obere Längsträger (14, 15) an dem von dem Gestell (2) getragenen Sitzflächenanschlag (52, 53) in Anlage ist, und andererseits der aufgerichteten Position (P2) drehbeweglich zu sein,
    - die vordere Querstrebe (27) gegenüber dem Gestell (2) bis zu einer maximalen Drehposition, die einer maximalen Rückweichposition entspricht und die durch Wegbegrenzungsmittel (55) definiert ist, drehbeweglich ist, und
    - das Betätigungsmittel (50) zwischen dem Gestell (2) und dem unteren Längsträger (35) angeordnet und geeignet ist, durch ein Bewegen des unteren Längsträgers einerseits eine Neigungseinstellung des Rückenlehnenholms (24, 25) sicherzustellen, wenn der obere Längsträger (14, 15) an dem Sitzflächenanschlag (55) in Anlage ist, und andererseits die Gelenkstruktur (12) in die Senkrechte zu bringen, wenn die vordere Querstrebe (27) ihre maximale Dreh- oder Rückweichposition erreicht hat.
  3. Aufrichtstuhl nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gelenkstruktur (12) ein System zum Tragen der Fußstütze umfaßt, das wenigstens ein Beinsegment (40, 41) aufweist, welches mit der Fußstütze (R) fest verbunden und mit der vorderen Querstrebe (27) starr verbunden ist.
  4. Aufrichtstuhl nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das System zum Tragen der Fußstütze wenigstens umfaßt:
    - einen Schlitten (42, 43), an dem die Fußstütze (R) befestigt ist und der an dem Beinsegment (40, 41) derart angebracht ist, daß er gegenüber der vorderen Querstrebe verschiebebeweglich ist, und
    - Mittel (44, 45) zum Einstellen der Position des Schlittens in Abhängigkeit von dem durch den oberen Längsträger (14, 15) und die vordere Querstrebe (27) gebildeten Winkel.
  5. Aufrichtstuhl nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitten (42, 43) und die Mittel (44, 45) zum Einstellen der Position des Schlittens geeignet sind, den Schlitten und/oder die Fußstütze in Anlage an den Boden zu bringen, wenn die Gelenkstruktur sich in der aufgerichteten Position (P2) befindet.
  6. Aufrichtstuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gelenksystem zum Tragen der Sitzfläche und der Rückenlehne Mittel (56) zum Verriegeln der Verformung des verformbaren Vierecks umfaßt.
  7. Aufrichtstuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das verformbare Viereck (13), das durch die Verbindungsdrehgelenke (21,22/37/36/28,29) zwischen den Längsträgern (14,15/35) und den Querstreben (20/27) definiert ist, ein Parallelogramm ist.
  8. Aufrichtstuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Position des Anlageanschlags (52, 53) derart einstellbar ist, daß ein Einstellen der Schale der Sitzfläche (A) ermöglicht wird, wenn die Gelenkstruktur sich in der Sitzposition (P1) befindet.
  9. Aufrichtstuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er Mittel (57) zum Stabilisieren der maximalen Drehposition der vorderen Querstrebe umfaßt.
  10. Aufrichtstuhl nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Längsträger (14, 15) an dem Gestell (2) angelenkt ist und daß die Mittel zum Stabilisieren der maximalen Drehposition der vorderen Querstrebe eine Gasdruckfeder (57) umfassen, die über Drehgelenke (58, 59) einerseits an dem Gestell (2) und andererseits an dem unteren Längsträger (35) angelenkt ist.
  11. Aufrichtstuhl nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse des Drehgelenks (58) zum Verbinden der Feder mit dem Gestell angeordnet ist, um mit der Achse des Drehgelenks (36) für die Verbindung zwischen der vorderen Querstrebe (27) und dem unteren Längsträger (35) zu fluchten, wenn die vordere Querstrebe sich in der maximalen Drehposition befindet.
  12. Aufrichtstuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungsmittel (50) einen motorisierten Zylinder umfassen.
  13. Aufrichtstuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell mit Rädern (10, 11 ) ausgestattet ist.
