Claims (10)

  1. Aufrichtstuhl für Behinderte und Invaliden, umfassend ein Gestell (2), das eine Gelenkstruktur (12) trägt, welche eine Sitzfläche, eine Fußstütze, eine Rückenlehne und zwei seitliche Gelenksysteme (13) umfaßt, die zu einer Sagittalebene P des Stuhls symmetrisch sind und jeweils umfassen:
    - ein erstes verformbares Viereck (17), das zum Stützen der Sitzfläche beiträgt, welches aus zwei Stangen, einer oberen (18) bzw. einer unteren (19) besteht, die über einen ersten und einen zweiten Anlenkpunkt (21, 22) an einem vorderen Teil des Gestells (2) angelenkt und über Drehachsen (201, 202) an ihrem hinteren Endteil durch ein Abstandsteil (20) verbunden sind,
    - ein zweites verformbares Viereck (26), das zum Stützen der Fußstütze beiträgt,
    - einen Rückenlehnenrahmen, der an dem ersten verformbaren Viereck (17) gegenüber dem zweiten verformbaren Viereck (26) mittels wenigstens des Abstandsteils (20) angelenkt ist und der wenigstens einen mit dem Abstandsteil (20) fest verbundenen Holm (35) umfaßt, und
    - eine zwischen dem ersten verformbaren Viereck (17) und dem Gestell (2) eingefügte Betätigungsanordnung (40), die den Übergang der Gelenkstruktur (12) von einer Absenkposition in eine Aufrichtposition der Struktur gegenüber dem Gestell und umgekehrt ermöglicht,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er ferner Mittel (60) zum automatischen Ändern der Neigung (β) der Holme (35) der Rückenlehne gegenüber der vertikalen Richtung in der Sagittalebene (P), zwischen der Absenkposition und der Aufrichtposition umfaßt, wobei die Mittel (60) eine Auswahl der Richtung der Änderung der Neigung (β) und/oder der Größe der Änderung ermöglichen und Mittel (61, 90) zur Änderung der Form des ersten verformbaren Vierecks (17) umfassen.
  2. Aufrichtstuhl nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum automatischen Ändern der Neigung (β) der Holme (35) für jedes seitliche Gelenksystem (13) das Abstandsteil (20) und das erste verformbare Viereck (17), das eine andere Form als ein Parallelogramm aufweist, umfassen.
  3. Aufrichtstuhl nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Holm (35) der Rückenlehne für jedes Gelenksystem (13) an dem Abstandsteil (20) derart angebracht ist, daß es im Laufe der Bewegungen der Gelenkstruktur zwischen der Absenkposition und der Aufrichtposition einen konstanten Winkel (α) bildet, und daß das erste Viereck (17) eine andere Form als ein Parallelogramm aufweist.
  4. Aufrichtstuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die untere Stange (19) und die obere Stange (18) sowie ihre jeweiligen Anlenkpunkte (201, 21, 202, 22) eine obere Längsseite (GS) und eine untere Längsseite (GI) definieren, während das Abstandsteil (20) und die Anlenkpunkte (21, 22) an dem vorderen Teil des Gestells (2) eine hintere Schmalseite (PP) und eine vordere Schmalseite (PA) des ersten Vierecks (17) definieren.
  5. Aufrichtstuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum automatischen Ändern (60) ermöglichen, auf die Seiten des ersten verformbaren Vierecks (17) durch Einwirken auf die Länge der Seiten zu wirken, um die Form des Vierecks zu verändern.
  6. Aufrichtstuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abstandsteil (20) drei dreieckförmig angeordnete Bohrungen (61) aufweist, die ermöglichen, die Form des ersten Vierecks (17) aus wenigstens den drei folgenden Formen auszuwählen:
    - Parallelogramm,
    - Viereck, dessen Längsseiten (GS, GI) eine gleiche Länge (LS, LI) aufweisen, während die vordere Schmalseite (Pa) eine Länge (La) aufweist, die größer als die (LP) der hinteren Schmalseite (PP) ist,
    - Viereck, dessen Längsseiten eine gleiche Länge (LS, LI) aufweisen, während die hintere Schmalseite (PP) eine Länge (LP) aufweist, die größer als die (La) der vorderen Schmalseite (Pa) ist.
  7. Aufrichtstuhl nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einer Parallelogramm-Form des ersten Vierecks (17) der Winkel (β) der Holme (35) gegenüber der Vertikalen, in der Sagittalebene (P), in der Absenkposition und in der Aufrichtposition identisch ist.
  8. Aufrichtstuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur Änderung der Form des ersten verformbaren Vierecks (17) Mittel zum kontinuierlichen Ändern der Länge der oberen Stange (18) umfassen, die insbesondere von einem Ring (90) gebildet sind, der zwei Segmente (91, 92), welche Bestandteile der Stange (18) sind, verbindet und der mit jedem dieser Segmente durch ein Gewinde verbunden ist.
  9. Aufrichtstuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er Mittel (70) zum Einstellen des Winkels (α) jedes Holms (35) gegenüber dem entsprechenden Abstandsteil (20) umfaßt.
  10. Aufrichtstuhl nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einstellmittel - zwischen dem Holm (35) und dem Abstandsteil (20) - für jeden Holm (35) umfassen:
    - eine Drehachse (71) zur Befestigung des Holms (35) an dem Abstandsteil (20), die eine Drehbewegung des Holms (35) zwischen einer auf die obere Stange (18) des ersten Vierecks (17) heruntergeklappten Position und einer hochgeklappten Position zuläßt, und
    - Mittel zur Verriegelung (74) des Holms (35) in der hochgeklappten Position, die mit dem Abstandsteil (20) fest verbunden und an letzterem beweglich sind, so daß sie eine kontinuierliche Änderung des Winkels (α) zwischen dem Holm (35) und dem Abstandsteil (20) ermöglichen.
