Claims (6)

  1. Aufrichtstuhl für Behinderte und Invaliden, umfassend ein Gestell (2), das eine Gelenkstruktur (10) trägt, welche eine Struktur (12) zum Tragen einer Sitzfläche, eine Struktur (25) zum Tragen einer Fußstütze, eine Struktur zum Tragen (30) einer Rückenlehne umfaßt, sowie Mittel (11) zum Tragen und Betätigen der Gelenkstruktur, die zwischen der Gelenkstruktur (10) und dem Gestell (2) angeordnet sind und die dazu ausgelegt sind, die Gelenkstruktur (10) von einer Sitzposition in eine gegenüber der Sitzposition zurückliegende Aufrichtposition sowie umgekehrt zu bewegen, umfassend Mittel (65) zum Einstellen des Winkels (a) zwischen der Fußstütze und der Sitzfläche in der Aufrichtposition und zum Einstellen des Ausmaßes der Relativdrehung zwischen der Tragstruktur der Sitzfläche und der Tragstruktur der Fußstütze beim Aufrichten, und
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einstellmittel (65) einen einstellbaren Anschlag umfassen, an dem die Tragstruktur (25) der Fußstütze in der Aufrichtposition in Anlage gelangt.
  2. Aufrichtstuhl nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:
    - die Tragstruktur (12) der Sitzfläche wenigstens ein erstes verformbares Viereck (17) umfaßt, das aus zwei die Längsseiten (GS, GI) des Vierecks definierenden Stäben, einem oberen (18) bzw, einem unteren (19) besteht, die einerseits, in Richtung ihrer vorderen Teile, an einem vorderen Abstandsteil (21), das der vorderen Schmalseite (Pa) des Vierecks entspricht, und andererseits, in Richtung ihrer hinteren Teile, durch ein hinteres Abstandsteil (20), das einer hinteren Schmalseite (PP) entspricht, angelenkt sind,
    - die Mittel (11) zum Tragen und Betätigen der Gelenkstruktur einerseits wenigstens ein zweites verformbares Viereck (14), welches aus zwei Stangen, einer unteren (40) bzw. einer oberen (41) besteht, wobei die obere Stange (41) hinten an dem Gestell (2) und vorne an dem oberen Stab (18) des ersten Vierecks angelenkt ist, und wobei die untere Stange (40) hinten an dem Gestell (2) und vorne an dem unteren Stab (19) des ersten Vierecks angelenkt ist, sowie andererseits einen motorisierten Zylinder (55) umfassen, der zwischen dem Gestell (2) und einem Element (51), das mit dem unteren Stab oder dem oberen Stab des ersten Vierecks fest verbunden ist, eingefügt ist,
    - die Tragstruktur (25) der Fußstütze wenigstens einen Holm (27) umfaßt, der mit dem vorderen Abstandsteil (21) verbunden ist und der in der Aufrichtposition an den Einstellmitteln (65), die von einem mit dem Gestell (2) fest verbundenen Anschlag gebildet sind, in Anlage gelangt, und
    - die Tragstruktur (30) der Rückenlehne hinten an dem ersten Viereck (17), von der Fußstütze abgewandt, angelenkt ist und wenigstens einen die Rückenlehne tragenden Holm (35) umfaßt.
  3. Aufrichtstuhl nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:
    - die Tragmittel (12) der Sitzfläche zwei Seitenanordnungen umfassen, die jeweils ein erstes verformbares Viereck (17) umfassen, das aus zwei die Längsseiten (GS, GI) des Vierecks definierenden Stäben, einem oberen (18) bzw. einem unteren (19) besteht, die einerseits, in Richtung ihrer vorderen Teile, an einem vorderen Abstandsteil (21), das der vorderen Schmalseite (Pa) des Vierecks entspricht, und andererseits, in Richtung ihrer hinteren Teile, durch ein hinteres Abstandsteil (20), das einer hinteren Schmalseite (Pp) entspricht, angelenkt sind, und
    - die Mittel (11) zum Tragen und Betätigen der Gelenkstruktur (10) zwei Seitenanordnungen (14) umfassen, die jeweils ein zweites verformbares Viereck umfassen, das aus zwei Stangen, einer unteren (40) bzw. einer oberen (41) besteht, wobei die obere Stange (41) hinten an dem Gestell und vorne an dem oberen Stab (18) des ersten Vierecks der entsprechenden Seitenanordnung der Tragstruktur der Sitzfläche angelenkt ist, und wobei die untere Stange (40) hinten an dem Gestell (2) und vorne an dem unteren Stab (19) des ersten Vierecks angelenkt ist.
  4. Aufrichtstuhl nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Holm (27) der Tragstruktur der Fußstütze mit dem oder den vorderen Abstandsteil(en) (21) starr verbunden ist.
  5. Aufrichtstuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er Stabilisierungsmittel (70) umfaßt, die zwischen einer Einfahrposition und einer Ausfahrposition, in der sie von der Fußstütze weg verlaufen und an dem Boden in Anlage gelangen, beweglich sind und die betätigt werden, um einerseits in der Ausfahrposition zu sein, wenn die Gelenkstruktur sich in der Aufrichtposition befindet, und um andererseits in der Einfahrposition zu sein, wenn die Gelenkstruktur sich in der Sitzposition befindet.
  6. Aufrichtstuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragstruktur (30) der Rückenlehne einen motorisierten Zylinder (37) umfaßt, der an der Tragstruktur der Sitzfläche (12) angelenkt ist und der ein Einstellen der Neigung der Rückenlehne ermöglicht.
