Description

VORRICHTUNG UND VERFAHREN ZUR BEFESTIGUNG EINES SANITARGEGENSTANDES AN EINER TRAGFLÄCHE UNTER VERWENDUNG EINER MONTAGEPLATTE
Die gegenständliche Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zur Befestigung einer Waschmuschel, einer Klosettmuschel, einer Bidetmuschel, einer Pissoirmuschel od.dgl. an einer Wandfläche bzw. an der Bodenfläche eines Badezimmers, einer Toilette u.dgl., wobei der Sockel der Muschel an die betreffende Tragfläche zur Anlage bringbar ist und mittels Bolzen, insbesondere Schraubbolzen, welche im Sockel befindliche Bohrungen durchsetzen, an der Tragfläche befestigbar ist.
Bei der Befestigung von Waschmuscheln, von Klosettmuscheln, von Bidetmuscheln, von Pissoirmuscheln u.dgl. an einer Wandfläche bzw. an der Bodenfläche eines Badezimmers, einer Toilette u.dgl. können insoferne Schwierigkeiten bedingt werden, da sich innerhalb dieser Flächen Wasserrohre, Gasrohre, elektrische Leitungen, Heizungsleitungen usw. befinden können, welche durch die Herstellung von Bohrlöchern für die Befestigung der Muscheln beschädigt werden können. Zudem können Wand- bzw. Bodenflächen aufgrund ihrer geringen Dicke oder aufgrund ihrer schlechten Qualität eine geringe Tragfähigkeit aufweisen und können sie uneben sein, wodurch die Befestigung von sanitären Muscheln gleichfalls erschwert wird.
Der gegenständlichen Erfindung liegt somit die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung zu schaffen, durch welche die Befestigung von Waschmuscheln, von Klosettmuscheln, von Bidetmuscheln, von Pissoirmuscheln u.dgl. an Wandflächen bzw. an Bodenflächen maßgeblich erleichtert wird. Dies wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch erzielt, dass eine an der Tragfläche befestigbare Montageplatte vorgesehen ist, an welcher die Muschel befestigbar ist und welche sich nach dem Ansetzen der Muschel zwischen der Tragfläche und dem Sockel der Muschel befindet.
Vorzugsweise ist die äußere Umrandung der Montageplatte der inneren Berandung des Sockels der Muschel angenähert gleich, wobei diese zumindest teilweise an die äußere Umrandung der Montageplatte zur Anlage kommt. Weiters kann die Montageplatte mit Bohrungen od.dgl. ausgebildet sein, welche zu deren Befestigung an der Tragfläche mittels Bolzen, insbesondere mittels Schraubbolzen, dienen. Zudem kann die Montageplatte mit Bohrungen ausgebildet sein, welche den im Sockel der Muschel vorgesehenen Bohrungen zugeordnet sind und welche zur Aufnahme von Befestigungsbolzen, insbesondere von Schraubbolzen, zur Befestigung der Muschel dienen. Nach einer weiteren Ausführungsform ist die Montageplatte mit mindestens einer hinterschnittenen Nut ausgebildet, in welcher den Sockel der Muschel durchsetzende Bolzen verriegelbar sind. Dabei können die den Sockel der Muschel durchsetzenden Bolzen als Hammerkopfbolzen ausgebildet sein.
Gemäß einer sehr wichtigen Ausführungsform ist die Montageplatte mit mindestens einer Führung ausgebildet, längs welcher Gleitstücke verschiebbar sind, in welchen die den Sockel der Muschel durchsetzenden Befestigungsbolzen verankerbar, insbesondere verschraubbar, sind. Diese Führung kann durch an der Oberseite der Montageplatte vorgesehene, abgewinkelte Leisten gebildet sein, längs welcher die Gleitstücke verschiebbar sind.
Weiters können den Gleitstücken Schrauben zugeordnet sein, durch welche die Gleitstücke in ihrer Lage auf der Montageplatte feststellbar sind. Zudem können die Gleitstücke mit Rohrstücken ausgebildet sein, in welche die die Bohrungen im Sockel der Muschel durchsetzenden Befestigungsbolzen einschraubbar sind. Vorzugsweise sind diese Rohrstücke gegenüber den Gleitstücken in der Ebene der Schieberichtung verschwenkbar. Weiters ist vorzugsweise die Montageplatte mit seitlichen Ausnehmungen ausgebildet.
Weiters kann die Montageplatte als Metallplatte ausgebildet sein, von deren der Muschel zugewandten Seite mindestens zwei Bolzen abragen, auf welche die Muschel mittels in deren Sockel vorgesehener Bohrungen aufschiebbar ist. Weiters kann die Montageplatte mit einer Leiste od.dgl. ausgebildet sein, welcher im Sockel der Muschel eine Leiste od.dgl. zugeordnet ist, wobei die beiden Leisten miteinander ver- rastbar sind.
Eine erfindungsgemäße sanitäre Muschel, insbesondere Waschmuschel, Klosettmuschel, Bidetmuschel, Pissoirmuschel, od.dgl., welche zur Verwendung mit einer derartigen Montageplatte geeignet ist, kann weiters im Bereich ihres an eine Tragfläche zur Anlage gelangenden Sockels mit einem vorzugsweise ringsumlaufenden Rand und mit einer hierdurch gebildeten Ausnehmung versehen sein.
Gemäß einem Verfahren zur Befestigung einer Waschmuschel, einer Klosettmuschel, einer Bidetmuschel, einer Pissoirmuschel u.dgl. an einer Wandfläche bzw. an der Bodenfläche eines Badezimmers, einer Toilette u.dgl. mittels einer erfindungsge- mäßen Montageplatte wird diese an der Tragfläche durch Klebung und bzw. oder durch Verschraubung befestigt und wird hierauf die Muschel an diese Montageplatte angesetzt, worauf die Muschel mittels Bolzen an der Montageplatte befestigt wird.
Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand von mehreren in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Wie dies aus den Fig.l, Ia und Ib ersichtlich ist, ist eine herkömmliche Klosettmuschel 1 mit einem oberen Muschelrand 11 und mit einem unteren Sockel 13 ausgebildet. Am Muschelrand 11 kann mittels in Bohrungen 12 einsetzbarer Bolzen eine Klosettbrille befestigt werden. Der Sockel 13 ist mit Bohrungen 14 ausgebildet, welche zur Aufnahme von Bolzen, insbesondere von Schraubbolzen, zur Befestigung der Klosettmuschel 1 an der Bodenfläche 10 einer Toilette, eines Badezimmers u.dgl. dienen.
Zur erleichterten Befestigung der Klosettmuschel 1 dient eine Montageplatte 2, welche an der Bodenfläche 10 durch Verklebung oder durch Verschraubung befestigt ist.
Wie dies aus Fig.2 ersichtlich ist, ist eine erste Ausführungsform einer Montageplatte 2 als ebene Platte ausgebildet, wobei deren Größe und deren seitliche Umrandung so ausgebildet sind, dass der Sockel 13 der Klosettmuschel 1 über die an der Bodenfläche 10 befestigte Montageplatte 2 gesetzt werden kann, sodass sich die Montageplatte 2 innerhalb des Sockels 13 befindet. Vorzugsweise ist die Stirnfläche 20 der Montageplatte 2 der inneren Berandung des Sockels 13 so angepasst, dass die Klosettmuschel 1 auf die Montageplatte 2 formschlüssig aufgesetzt werden kann.
Die Montageplatte 2 kann mit Bohrungen 21, Schlitzen u.dgl. ausgebildet sein, welche zu deren Befestigung an der Bodenfläche mittels Bolzen dienen. Weiters kann die Montageplatte 2 mit den Bohrungen 14 des Sockels 13 zugeordneten Bohrungen 24 ausgebildet sein, in welche der Befestigung der Klosettmuschel 1 dienende Schrauben einsetzbar sind. Dabei können diese Bohrungen 24 mit einem Muttergewinde für die Befestigungsschrauben ausgebildet sein.
Die Montageplatte 2 gemäß Fig.2a unterscheidet sich von der Montageplatte gemäß Fig.2 dadurch, dass sie mit einer Ausnehmung 22 für den Ablaufstutzen der Klosettmuschel 1 ausgebildet ist.
Zur Befestigung der Klosettmuschel 1 an einer Bodenfläche 10 wird die Montageplatte 2 an der Bodenfläche 10 mittels Bolzen befestigt. Dabei werden die Befestigungsbolzen an solchen Stellen vorgesehen, bei welchen eine Beschädigung von in der Bodenfläche befindlichen Rohren oder Leitungen nicht zu befürchten ist. Alternativ oder ergänzend dazu kann die Montageplatte 2 an der Bodenfläche durch Klebung befestigt werden. Soferne die Montageplatte 2 dem Innenraum des Sockels 13 der Klosettmuschel 1 innerhalb der Materialtoleranzen angepasst ist, ist die Klosettmuschel 1 schon dann, sobald sie auf die an der Bodenfläche 10 befestigte Montageplatte 2 aufgesetzt ist, befestigt. Zudem werden dann die im Sockel 13 vorgesehenen Bohrungen 14 durchsetzende und in den Bohrungen 24 der Montageplatte 2 verankerbare Befestigungsbolzen eingesetzt.
Eine derartige Montageplatte kann auch zur Befestigung von Waschmuscheln und von Klosettmuscheln an Wandflächen sowie zur Befestigung von Bidetmuscheln und von Pissoirmuscheln an Bodenflächen bzw. an Wandflächen verwendet werden. Auch dabei wird die Montageplatte, welche vorzugsweise den Sockeln der Waschmuscheln, der Klosettmuscheln, der Bidetmuscheln und der Pissoirmuscheln formschlüssig angepasst ist, an Bodenflächen bzw. an Wandflächen durch Ver- schraubung bzw. durch Verklebung befestigt, wird der Sockel der betreffenden Muschel an die an der betreffenden Tragfläche befestigte Montageplatte angesetzt und wird hierauf die Muschel mittels die Sockel durchsetzender und in der Montageplatte verankerter Bolzen an der Montageplatte befestigt.
Nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform stellt eine derartige Montageplatte einen der betreffenden Waschmuschel, Klosettmuschel, Bidetmuschel bzw. Pissoirmuschel od. dgl. angepassten und mit dieser in den Handel gebrachten Bauteil dar.
Wie dies aus den Fig.3 und 3a ersichtlich ist, kann eine zweite Ausführungsform einer Montageplatte 2 auch wesentlich kleiner als der Sockel 13 der Klosettmuschel 1 oder einer anderen sanitären Muschel ausgebildet sein. Dies ist deshalb zweckmäßig, da derartige Muscheln eine Vielzahl von unterschiedlichen Ausbildungen aufweisen können. Soferne demnach die Montageplatte 2 nur in einem Teilbereich des Sockels 13 der Klosettmuschel 1, insbesondere in deren mittlerem Bereich, vorgesehen ist, ist eine Montageplatte 2 mit einer einzigen Größe für unterschiedlich ausgebildete Klosettmuscheln 1 verwendbar. Diese Montageplatte 2 wird an einer Bodenfläche 10 durch Klebung und bzw. oder durch Verschraubung befestigt. Hierauf wird die Klosettmuschel 1 über die Montageplatte 2 versetzt und an dieser befestigt.
Die in Fig.4 dargestellte dritte Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemäßen Montageplatte 2a ist an derjenigen Seite, mit welcher sie auf einer Tragfläche befestigt wird, eben ausgebildet, wogegen sie an der anderen Seite mit hinterschnittenen Nuten 25 ausgebildet ist, in welchen vorzugsweise mit Muttergewinden ausgebildete Gleitstücke 26 verschiebbar geführt sind. In die Gleitstücke 26 sind Schrauben 27 für die Befestigung der Klosettmuschel 1 einschraubbar. Eine derartige Montageplatte 2a, welche eine solche Größe aufweist, dass sie innerhalb des Sockels 13 der Klosettmuschel 1 angeordnet werden kann, wird an einer Wandfiäche oder an einer Bodenfläche 10 durch Verklebung und bzw. oder Ver- schraubung befestigt. Hierauf wird eine der Anzahl der Befestigungsschrauben 27 entsprechende Anzahl von Gleitstücken 26 in die hinterschnittenen Nuten 25 eingesetzt und wird eine Klosettmuschel 1 aufgesetzt. In der Folge werden in die im Sockel 13 der Klosettmuschel 1 vorgesehenen Bohrungen 14 zumindest zwei Schrauben 27 eingesetzt und in den Gleitelstücken 26 verschraubt, wodurch die Klosettmuschel 1 an der Montageplatte 2a und somit an der Tragfläche befestigt wird.
Wie dies aus den Fig.5 und 5a ersichtlich ist, kann die gleiche Art der Befestigung auch für eine Waschmuschel 3 herangezogen werden. Dabei ist eine dritte Ausführungsform einer Montageplatte 2b vorgesehen, welche an einer Wand 10a verklebt oder mittels Ausnehmungen 21b durchsetzender Bolzen an der Wand 10a befestigt wird. Zudem ist auch die Montageplatte 2b mit hinterschnittenen Nuten 25 ausgebildet, in welche die Köpfe von Schraubbolzen 27 einsetzbar sind, welche in der Waschmuschel 3 vorgesehene Bohrungen 32 durchsetzen. In gleicher Weise kann diese Montageplatte 2b auch für andere sanitäre Muscheln verwendet werden.
Vorzugsweise ist eine derartige Muschel, insbesondere Waschmuschel, Klosettmuschel, Bidetmuschel od. dgl. in dem an die Wandfläche anliegenden Sockel mit einem insbesondere ringsumlaufenden Rand 33 versehen, durch welchen eine Ausnehmung 30 gebildet ist, in welche die Montageplatte 2b einragt. Bei einer derart ausgebildeten sanitären Muschel kann in diese Ausnehmung 30 zusätzlich zur Montageplatte 2b oder gegebenenfalls an deren Stelle eine Platte aus einem elastischen Material eingesetzt werden. Durch eine derartige Platte wird vermieden, dass die aus keramischem Material und demnach aus sehr hartem Material hergestellte sanitäre Muschel direkt an die Tragfläche, welche in der Regel mit Fliesen belegt ist, zur Anlage kommt.
In den Fig.6 und 6a ist eine Ausführungsvariante der Montageplatte 2b dahingehend dargestellt, dass die Montageplatte 2b an ihrem oberen Rand mit einer nach oben abragenden Leiste 28 ausgebildet ist, welche von einer im oberen Bereich des Sockels der Waschmuschel 3 vorgesehenen gegengleichen Leiste 33 hintergriffen wird, wodurch die Waschmuschel 3 sowohl mittels der Schrauben 27 als auch mittels der Leisten 28 und 33 an der Montageplatte 2b befestigt wird. Auch diese Montageplatte 2b kann mit Ausnehmungen 21b zur Befestigung an einer Wandfläche 10a ausgebildet sein.
In den Fig.7 und 7a ist eine vierte Ausführungsform einer Montageplatte 2c dargestellt, welche durch eine aus einem Metall, insbesondere aus rostfreiem Stahl, hergestellte Platte gebildet ist, von welcher Bolzen 29 abragen. Die Waschmuschel 3 wird auf diese Bolzen 29 so aufgeschoben, dass sie die im Sockel der Waschmuschel 3 vorgesehenen Bohrungen 32 durchsetzen, wobei die Waschmuschel 3 mittels auf die Bolzen 29 aufgeschraubter Muttern befestigt wird. Da diese Montageplatte 2c eine sehr geringe Wandstärke aufweist, kann sie zwischen der Wand 10a und der dieser zugeordneten Seitenfläche der Waschmuschel 3 vorgesehen sein. Auch diese Montageplatte 2b kann mit Schlitzen 21c od.dgl. zur Befestigung an einer Wandfläche 10a ausgebildet sein.
Die in Fig.8 dargestellte fünfte Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemäßen Montageplatte 2d ist durch eine z. B. angenähert rechteckige Platte gebildet, welche mit Bohrungen 21 für Befestigungsbolzen versehen ist und welche an ihrer Oberseite mit mindestens einer durch zueinander abgewinkelte Schienen 41 gebildete Führung versehen ist, in welcher Gleitstücke 42 verschiebbar sind. Die Gleitstücke 42 sind an ihren freien Enden mit Rohrstücken 43 versehen, welche ein Innengewinde aufweisen. Zudem sind die Gleitstücke 42 mit Gewindebohrungen 44 ausgebildet, welchen Schraubbolzen 45 zugeordnet sind. Die Rohrstücke 43 können gegenüber den Gleitstücken 42 um eine zur Schieberichtung der Gleitstücke 42 quer ausgerichtete Achse verschwenkbar sein, wie dies durch einen Doppelpfeil A dargestellt ist. Hierdurch kann eine Anpassung der Lage der Rohrstücke 43 an die Richtung des in diese eingesetzten Schraubbolzens zur Befestigung der sanitären Muschel erfolgen, wodurch gleichfalls eine Erleichterung in der Montage erzielt wird.
Eine derartige Montageplatte 2d wird auf einer Bodenfläche oder an einer Wandfläche mittels einige die Bohrungen 21 durchsetzender Bolzen befestigt. Ergänzend oder alternativ dazu kann diese Montageplatte 2d an der Tragfläche durch Klebung befestigt werden. Hierauf werden die Gleitstücke 42 in die durch die Leisten 41 gebildeten Führungen so weit eingeschoben, dass sich die Rohrstücke 43 voneinander in einem solchen Abstand befinden, welche zwei einander gegenüber liegende Bohrungen 14 im Sockel einer Klosettmuschel 1 aufweisen. In dieser Lage werden die Gleitstücke 42 mittels der in die Bohrungen 44 eingesetzten Schraubbolzen 45 fixiert.
Hierauf werden in die Rohrstücke 43 die Bohrungen 14 der Klosettmuschel 1 durchsetzende Befestigungsbolzen eingeschraubt.
Hierdurch wird die Montage einer sanitären Muschel, wie einer Klosettmuschel, einer Waschmuschel u.dgl., maßgeblich vereinfacht.
Die Montageplatte 2d gemäß Fig.8a unterscheidet sich von der Montageplatte 2d gemäß Fig.8 dadurch, dass sie längs ihrer Seitenkanten mit angenähert kreisförmig verlaufenden Ausnehmungen ausgebildet ist. Hierdurch wird es ermöglicht, die Montageplatte 26 nahe dem Ablaufstutzen einer Klosettmuschel anzuordnen.
Die Montageplatte 2d kann somit beliebige Ausführungsformen aufweisen. Beliebige Ausführungsformen der Montageplatte 2d sind deshalb erforderlich, da sanitäre Muscheln, insbesondere Klosettmuscheln, in einer Vielzahl von Ausbildungen erzeugt und vertrieben werden. Dadurch, dass die Gleitstücke 42 gegenüber der Montageplatte 2d beliebig verstellbar sind, da die Rohrstücke 43 gegenüber dem Gleitstücke 42 verschwenkbar sind und weiters auch aufgrund der seitlichen Ausnehmungen ist diese Montageplatte 2d zur Befestigung einer Vielzahl von unterschiedlich ausgebildeten sanitären Muscheln geeignet.
Es wird hierzu auf die Darstellungen der Fig.9 und 9a verwiesen, welche sich auf die Fig.l und Ib beziehen, wobei zusätzlich die Montageplatten 2d dargestellt sind.
Weiters wird darauf verwiesen, dass die Führungsschiene 41 im Querschnitt T-förmig ausgebildet und die Gleitstücke 42 U-förmig ausgebildet sein können, wobei sie die Führungsschiene 41 hintergreifen. Maßgeblich für die Funktion ist, dass die Montageplatte 2d mit Führungen ausgebildet ist, längs welcher Gleitstücke verschiebbar und feststellbar sind, wobei die Befestigungsbolzen für die sanitären Muscheln in den Gleitstücken verankerbar sind.
Durch die Verwendung einer derartigen Montageplatte können Schwierigkeiten, welche sonst bei der Befestigung von sanitären Muscheln aufgrund der geringen Festigkeit oder schlechten Beschaffenheit der Tragfläche bzw. aufgrund von in der Tragfläche befindlichen Leitungen bedingt werden, in einfacher Weise vermieden werden. Weiters wird durch diese Montageplatte die Befestigung von sanitären Muscheln an Tragflächen wesentlich erleichtert.

Claims

PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Vorrichtung zur Befestigung einer Waschmuschel (3), einer Klosettmuschel [I), einer Bidetmuschel, einer Pissoirmuschel u.dgl. an einer Wandfläche(lθa) bzw. an der Bodenfläche (10) eines Badezimmers, einer Toilette u.dgl., wobei der Sockel (13) der Muschel (1,3) an die betreffenden Tragfläche (10,10a) zur Anlage bringbar ist und mittels Bolzen (27), insbesondere Schraubbolzen, welche im Sockel (13) befindliche Bohrungen (14,32) durchsetzen, an der Tragfläche (10,10a) befestigbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine an der Tragfläche (10,10a) befestigbare Montageplatte (2,2a,2b,2c,2d) vorgesehen ist, an welcher der Sockel (13) der Muschel (1,3) befestigbar ist und welche sich nach dem Aufsetzen der Muschel (1,3) zwischen der Muschel (1,3) und der Tragfläche (10,10a) befindet.
2. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äußere Umrandung der Montageplatte (2) der inneren Berandung des Sockels (13) der Muschel (1,3) angenähert gleich ist, wobei diese zumindest teilweise an die äußere Umrandung der Montageplatte (2) zur Anlage kommt.
3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montageplatte (2) mit Bohrungen (21) od.dgl. ausgebildet ist, welche zu deren Befestigung an der Tragfläche (10,10a) mittels Bolzen, insbesondere mittels Schraubbolzen, dienen.
4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montageplatte (2) mit Bohrungen (24) ausgebildet ist, welche den im Sockel (13) der Muschel (1) vorgesehenen Bohrungen (14) zugeordnet sind und welche zur Aufnahme von Befestigungsbolzen, insbesondere von Schraubbolzen, zur Befestigung der Muschel (1) dienen.
5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montageplatte (2a) mit mindestens einer hinterschnittenen Nut (25) ausgebildet ist, in welcher den Sockel der Muschel (1,3) durchsetzende Bolzen (27) verankerbar sind.
6. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die den Sockel der Muschel (1,3) durchsetzenden Bolzen als Hammerkopfbolzen ausgebildet sind.
7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montageplatte (2d) mit mindestens einer Führung (25, 41) ausgebildet ist, längs welcher Gleitstücke (26,42) verschiebbar sind, in welchen die den Sockel der Muschel (1,3) durchsetzenden Bolzen (27) verankerbar, insbesondere verschraubbar sind.
8. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führung durch an der Oberseite der Montageplatte (2d) vorgesehene, abgewinkelte Leisten (41) gebildet ist, welche vorzugsweise einen L-förmigen oder einen T-förmigen Querschnitt aufweisen und längs welcher die Gleitstücke (26,42) verschiebbar sind.
9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 7 und 8 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den Gleitstücken (42) Schrauben (45) zugeordnet sind, durch welche die Gleitstücke (42) in ihrer Lage auf der Montageplatte (2d) feststellbar sind.
10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitstücke (42) mit jeweils einem Rohrstück (43) ausgebildet sind, in welches die die Bohrungen (14) im Sockel (13) der Muschel (1) durchsetzenden Befestigungsbolzen einschraubbar sind.
11. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rohrstücke (43) gegenüber den Gleitstücken (42) verschwenkbar sind, wobei sie insbesondere in der Ebene der Schieberichtung verschwenkbar sind.
12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montageplatte (2d) mit seitlichen Ausnehmungen ausgebildet ist.
13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montageplatte als Metallplatte (2c) ausgebildet ist, von deren der Mu- schel (1,3) zugewandten Seite Bolzen (29) abragen, auf welche die Muschel (3) mittels in deren Sockel vorgesehenen Bohrungen (32) aufschiebbar ist.
14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montageplatte (2b) mit einer Leiste (28) ausgebildet ist, welcher im Sockel der Muschel (3) eine Leiste (33) zugeordnet ist, wobei die beiden Leisten (28, 33) miteinander verrastbar sind.
15. Sanitäre Muschel, insbesondere Waschmuschel, Klosettmuschel, Bidetmuschel, Pissoirmuschel od. dgl., welche zur Verwendung mit einer Montageplatte (2,2a,2b,2c,2d) gemäß den Patentansprüchen 1 bis 14 geeignet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Muschel (3) im Bereich ihres an eine Tragfläche zur Anlage gelangenden Sockels mit einem vorzugsweise ringsumlaufenden Rand (33) und einer hierdurch gebildeten Ausnehmung (30) ausgebildet ist.
16. Verfahren zur Befestigung einer Waschmuschel (3), einer Klosettmuschel (1), einer Bidetmuschel, einer Pissoirmuschel od.dgl. an einer Wandfläche (10a) bzw. an der Bodenfläche (10) eines Badezimmers, einer Toilette u.dgl. mittels einer Montageplatte ((2,2a,2b,2c,2d) gemäß den Patentansprüchen 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montageplatte (2,2a,2b,2c,2d) an der Tragfläche (10,10a) durch Klebung oder durch Verschraubung befestigt wird, dass hierauf die Muschel (1,3) an die Montageplatte (2,2a,2b,2c,2d) angesetzt wird, wobei sich die Montageplatte (2,2a,2b,2c,2d) zwischen dem Sockel (13) der Muschel (1,3) und der Tragfläche (10, 10a) befindet, worauf die Muschel (1,3) mittels Bolzen (27) an der Montageplatte (2,2a,2b,2c,2d) befestigt wird.
