    the pulley block element (20) has a bearing (21) comprised of an inner ring (22) and an outer ring (23), wherein the inner ring (22) and the outer ring (23) of the bearing (21) are rotatable independently of one another and
    wherein one of the two pulleys (25, 30) is connected with the inner ring (22) and the other pulley (25, 30) is connected with the outer ring (23) of the bearing (21).
  2. Pulley block element according to claim 1, characterised in that, one of the two slip-knots (6, 8) in constituted as a double slip-knot (81, 82), wherein the inner ring (22) of the bearing (21) is connected with two second pulleys (301, 302) which are arranged to the two sides of the first pulley (25).
