Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Webmaschine gemäss Oberbegriff gemäss Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a loom according to the preamble of claim 1.
Webmaschinen der eingangs genannten Art sind mehrfach bekannt, so beispielsweise aus der DE 23 02 949. Diese Webmaschine weist eine Webstelle auf, der eine Breithaltevorrichtung für die herzustellende Warenbahn nachgeordnet ist. Die Breithaltevorrichtung enthält eine Umlenkkante für die Warenbahn, gegen die ein über die ganze Breite der Warenbahn reichender schwimmend angeordneter freidrehbarer Rundstab vorgespannt ist. Nachteilig ist jedoch, dass der Rundstab in einer Ausnehmung eines Maschinengestells angeordnet ist, die einen Schlitz enthält, der eine einlaufende und eine auslaufende Umlenkkante für die Warenbahn bildet. Die Warenbahn muss also in den Schlitz eingeführt, um den Rundstab geführt und über die zweite Umlenkkante an dem Schlitz wieder herausgeführt werden. Die Vorspannung, mit der der Rundstab gegen die Umlenkkanten gedrückt wird, wird durch den Zug an der Warenbahn an der Abzugsvorrichtung der Webmaschine bestimmt. Diese Ausbildung des Breithalters weist den Nachteil auf, dass das Einführen der Warenbahn durch den Schlitz in die Ausnehmung, das Umschlingen des Rundstabes und Ausführen der Warenbahn aus der Ausnehmung sehr kompliziert und umständlich ist. Durch diese freie Anordnung des Rundstabes auf der Warenbahn kann der Rundstab zwecks Einstellarbeiten und/oder Reparaturen vom Maschinengestell abgenommen werden, so dass die Warenbahn jederzeit frei zugänglich ist. Claims (9)
