Technisches Gebiet
<tb>Fig. 1<sep>das Schema einer Webmaschine im Vertikalschnitt;
<tb>Fig. 2<sep>eine bei der Webmaschine der Fig. 1 einsetzbare Umlenkkante;

Technical area
The invention relates to a loom according to the preamble of claim 1.
State of the art
Weaving machines of the type mentioned are known several times, such as from DE 2 302 949. This weaving machine has a weaving, which is arranged downstream of a spreader for the fabric to be produced. The spreading device includes a deflection edge for the web, against which over the entire width of the web reaching reaching, floating arranged freely rotatable round bar is biased. The disadvantage, however, is that the round rod is arranged in a recess of a machine frame which contains a slot which forms an incoming and an outgoing deflection edge for the material web.
The web must therefore be inserted into the slot to be guided around the round rod and out through the second deflection at the slot again. The bias with which the round rod is pressed against the deflection edges, is determined by the train on the web at the take-off device of the loom. This design of the temple has the disadvantage that the insertion of the web through the slot in the recess, the looping of the round rod and running the web from the recess is very complicated and cumbersome.
This not only for the setting up of the weaving machine, but also in particular for the elimination of any disturbance in the weaving machine.
Presentation of the invention
The object of the invention is to improve a loom of the type mentioned, so that the disadvantages mentioned no longer occur.
The problem is solved by the characterizing features of claim 1 in the loom mentioned above. Characterized in that the round rod is biased by distributed over its length magnet against the deflection, the arrangement of the round rod can be omitted in a recess with a slot and the round rod is freely accessible on the web.
He also does not have to be pressed by the withdrawal force of the web against the deflection, but this happens due to the magnetic force that biases the round rod against the deflection. This free arrangement of the round rod on the web of round rod for the purpose of adjustments and / or repairs can be removed from the machine frame, so that the web is always freely accessible. In addition, the magnets distributed over the length of the round bar provide uniform contact pressure over the entire length.
Advantageous embodiments of the loom are described in the dependent claims 2 to 9.
The serving for biasing the round rod magnets can be electromagnets according to claim 2.
These have the advantage that they can be switched on and off on the one hand, whereby the removal of the round rod is facilitated. On the other hand, the field strength of the magnets can be adjusted by means of the current within wide limits, whereby the expander can be optimally adjusted to the tissue and the production. Particularly simple, however, is an embodiment of the loom according to claim 3, according to which the magnets are permanent magnets which ensure a particularly simple structure and are also effective when no drive current is present.
According to claim 4, the contact pressure of the magnets is greater than the force exerted by a trigger device on the web withdrawal force.
Optionally, it may be appropriate to provide support rollers according to claim 5, which attack at least at the ends of the round rod and support the contact pressure. In this case, the contact pressure of the magnets may also be smaller than the withdrawal force of the trigger device. It may be expedient that the support rollers are biased against the round bar. To facilitate assembly and adjustment and maintenance of the loom, the support rollers can also be swung.
In order to improve the drive of the round rod by the continuous web, it is advantageous to provide the round rod with a friction increasing surface. Thus, the round rod according to claim 6, for example, be provided with a rubber-elastic sheath or according to claim 7 with a sandpaper-like sheath.
According to claim 8, the round rod can be provided with a helically profiled casing, wherein the helical profiling is aligned in opposite directions on both halves of the round rod. Such a round bar cooperates expediently with a smooth deflection edge and serves to stretch the continuous fabric web to both sides.
Particularly effective is also an embodiment of the loom according to claim 9, wherein the deflection is provided with ribs, which - seen in the running direction of the web, on both sides of the center line obliquely outwards.
In this case, the round rod expediently no wendelartig profiled casing.
Brief description of the drawings
Embodiments of the inventive loom are described below with reference to the drawings, showing:
<Tb> FIG. 1 <sep> the scheme of a weaving machine in vertical section;
<Tb> FIG. 2 <sep> a deflecting edge which can be used in the weaving machine of FIG. 1;
<Tb> FIG. 3 <sep> a round bar with a helically profiled casing in the cutout.
Ways to carry out the invention
Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of a loom in the neck. Warp threads 2 form a shed 4, in which a weft thread 6 is registered. The weft thread 6 is then struck by means of a reed 8 at the goods stop edge 10.
The goods stop edge 10 is connected to a spreader 12, which has a deflection edge 14, against which the fabric web 16 produced is pressed by means of a round rod 18.
The consisting of ferromagnetic material round rod 18 is pressed by means of magnets 20 against the deflecting edge 14 so that the web 16 is guided over the deflecting edge 14 on the round rod 18 to the plant, so that driven by a take-off device 22 web 16 the round rod 18 in rotation added. The round rod is arranged floating on a machine frame 24 and freely rotatable. Several over the length of the round rod arranged magnets that are attached to the machine frame 24, provide the necessary contact pressure. The contact pressure is greater than the force exerted on the web withdrawal force of the trigger.
The round rod 18 is in the present example of a ferromagnetic core 26 which is surrounded by a sheath 28, which consists of rubber-elastic material.
Instead of a rubber-elastic sheath, another sheath may be provided which increases the frictional resistance between the web 16 and the round rod 18. Such a sheath may for example consist of sandpaper.
The cooperating with the round rod 18 deflection 14 is provided according to FIG. 2 with ribs 30, seen in the running direction of the web 16 on both sides of the center line 32 opposite obliquely outwards.
Fig. 3 shows a round rod 18a, which is provided with a helically profiled casing 28a having helical ribs 34, which are aligned in opposite directions on both halves of the round rod 18a.
Such a round rod 18a expediently cooperates with a smooth deflection edge 14 in order to stretch the continuous material web transversely to the longitudinal direction.
As indicated by dashed lines in Fig. 1, the round rod can be at least at its ends, optionally also distributed over its length, support rollers 36 assigned. The support rollers 36 are arranged in each case via a cantilever 38 which can be pivoted out and inwards on the machine frame 24. The arms 38 include a slot 40 for the axis 42 of the support roller 36th
On the axis 42 act springs 44 for biasing the support rollers 36 against the rod 18.
