  • a predefined starting humidity which can be detected either via the laundry's humidity or the air humidity.
  • the threshold temperature T1 for starting fluid supply to the heating element 42 is selected in dependency of the current conditions in the drum (air temperature and/or humidity) and also the upper and lower two-point control values Tmax and Tmin are selected in dependency of the initial conditions (temperature and/or humidity) in the drum 6. This means that by either way the risk of droplet forming in the starting phase of steam supply is significantly reduced.
  • the operation conditions for the additive injector 32 are also optimized to avoid condensation within supply pipe 34 or at the nozzle 36 or inside the drum 6 at cold inner walls. Claims (24)

  1. Dampfzuführungsverfahren zum Zuführen von Dampf (38) zu einem Behälterfach für Stoffe (6) einer Behandlungsvorrichtung (2), insbesondere eines Trockners, einer Auffrischungsvorrichtung oder einer Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion, wobei die Vorrichtung (2) eine Dampferzeugungseinheit (32) umfasst und das Verfahren folgende Schritte umfasst:
    vor der Zuführung von Dampf in das Behälterfach (6) Durchströmen von Luft durch das Behälterfach (6), insbesondere Heiß- oder Kaltluft, bis eine bestimmte Temperatur und/oder Feuchtigkeit erreicht wurde, um Kondensation zu vermeiden; und
    Zuführen von Dampf (38), der von der Dampferzeugungseinheit (32) erzeugt wurde, mit einer bestimmten Strömung und/oder Temperatur in das Behälterfach (6), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    nach dem Zuführen des Dampfes (38) mit einer bestimmten Strömung und/oder Temperatur die Dampfströmung und/oder Temperatur des Dampfes (38), der dem Behälterfach (6) zugeführt wird, in Abhängigkeit von mindestens einem Prozessparameter eingestellt wird, wobei der mindestens eine Prozessparameter mindestens einer aus der folgenden Gruppe ist: Luftfeuchtigkeit; Feuchtigkeit des Stoffes, Lufttemperatur; Temperatur der Oberfläche oder der Wand des Behälterfachs (6), insbesondere eine Trommeloberflächentemperatur; die Temperatur eines Rohres, das den Dampf (38) an die Einspritzstelle (36) befördert; eine Luftströmung durch das Behälterfach (6) und eine Rotationsgeschwindigkeit einer Trommel, die das Behälterfach (6) bildet.
  2. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, das ferner nach dem Einstellen der Dampfströmung und/oder der Temperatur des Dampfes (38), der dem Behälterfach (6) in Abhängigkeit von mindestens einem Trocknungsprozessparameter zugeführt wird, das Beenden der Dampfzuführung in Abhängigkeit von mindestens einem Prozessparameter umfasst.
  3. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die bestimmte Temperatur und/oder die Lufttemperatur die Temperatur ist, die an mindestens einem der folgenden Orte gemessen wird: im Behälterfach (6); in einem Luftkanal (14), über den die Luft zum Behälterfach (6) befördert wird; in einem Luftkanal (16), über den die Luft vom Behälterfach (6) abgeleitet wird; in der Nähe oder unmittelbar an einer Einspritzstelle (36) zum Einspritzen des Dampfes (38) in die Luft und/oder das Behälterfach (6); die Temperatur der Oberfläche oder Wand des Behälterfaches (6), insbesondere eine Trommeloberflächentemperatur; und die Temperatur eines Rohres, über den der Dampf (38) an die Einspritzstelle (36) befördert wird.
  4. Verfahren gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei zumindest die Temperatur und/oder die Feuchtigkeit, insbesondere die Luftfeuchtigkeit und/oder die Lufttemperatur, permanent intermittierend oder periodisch kontrolliert werden.
  5. Verfahren gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Luftfeuchtigkeit im Behälterfach (6) in einem Luftkanal (14), über den die Luft in das Behälterfach befördert wird, in einem Luftkanal (16), über den die Luft aus dem Behälterfach (6) abgeleitet wird, oder in der Nähe oder unmittelbar an der Einspritzstelle (36) zum Einspritzen des Dampfes (38) in die Luft und/oder das Behälterfach (6) gemessen wird.
  6. Verfahren gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Feuchtigkeit der Wäsche gemessen wird und die festgestellte Wäschefeuchtigkeit als Maß für die Luftfeuchtigkeit dient.
  7. Verfahren gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Strömung des Dampfes (38), der dem Behälterfach (6) zugeführt wird, erhöht wird, je niedriger die gemessene Luftfeuchtigkeit ist, und/oder mit zunehmender Lufttemperatur erhöht wird.
  8. Verfahren gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Strömung des Dampfes (38), der dem Behälterfach (6) zugeführt wird, mit zunehmender Luftfeuchtigkeit und/oder abnehmender Lufttemperatur verringert wird.
  9. Verfahren gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei in Abhängigkeit von der Temperatur und der Feuchtigkeit eine Taupunkt-Evaluierung durchgeführt wird und die Strömung und/oder Temperatur des Dampfes (38) in Abhängigkeit von der Taupunkt-Evaluierung angepasst wird.
  10. Verfahren gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Strömung des Dampfes (38) eine Strömungsrate zur Zuführung des Dampfes zum Behälterfach (6) ist und/oder die Strömung des Dampfes durch Einstellen einer Fluid-Strömungsrate der Zuführung eines Fluids zu einer ersten Heizvorrichtung (42), die geeignet ist, die Dampfströmung zu erzeugen, festgelegt wird.
  11. Verfahren gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Betrieb der Dampferzeugungseinheit (32) in Abhängigkeit von dem mindestens einen Prozessparameter angepasst wird, insbesondere in Abhängigkeit von mindestens einem Prozessparameter gemäß Anspruch 1.
  12. Verfahren gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Dampferzeugungseinheit (32) eine Hysteresetemperatur-Arbeitsfunktion oder Zweistufen-Steuerungsfunktion aufweist und die Hysterese- oder Steuerungsfunktion in Abhängigkeit von dem mindestens einen Trockenprozessparameter angepasst wird, insbesondere von der gemessenen Luftfeuchtigkeit und/oder der gemessenen Lufttemperatur.
  13. Stoffbehandlungsvorrichtung (2), insbesondere ein Abluft- und/oder Kondensationstrockner, eine Auffrischungsvorrichtung oder eine Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion, Folgendes umfassend:
    ein Behälterfach (6) für Stoffe zur Aufnahme der zu behandelnden Stoffe;
    einen Ventilator (12) zum Einblasen von Luft durch das Behälterfach (6), insbesondere von Trocknungsluft;
    mindestens eine Dampfzuführungsvorrichtung (32), die zur Zuführung von Dampf (38) geeignet ist;
    eine Messeinheit (30, 44), die geeignet ist, die Luftfeuchtigkeit und/oder Lufttemperatur zu messen; und
    eine Steuerungseinheit (50), die geeignet ist, mindestens eine Stoffvorbehandlungs-Sequenz und mindestens eine Dampfzuführungs-Sequenz im Anschluss an die mindestens eine Stoffvorbehandlungssequenz zu steuern;
    wobei in der mindestens einen Vorbehandlungssequenz die Steuerungseinheit (50) geeignet ist, mindestens ein Signal von der Messeinheit (30, 44) zu empfangen, das die Luftfeuchtigkeit und/oder Lufttemperatur anzeigt, und den Ventilator (12) zum Einblasen von Luft durch das Behälterfach (6) bis zum Erreichen einer bestimmten Lufttemperatur und/oder Luftfeuchtigkeit zur Verhinderung von Kondensation zu steuern; und
    wobei die Steuerungseinheit (50) geeignet ist, die mindestens eine Dampfzuführungsvorrichtung (32) zur Zuführung von Dampf (38) mit einer bestimmten Strömung und/oder Temperatur zu steuern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    nach dem Zuführen des Dampfes (38) mit einer bestimmten Strömung und/oder Temperatur die Steuerungseinheit (50) geeignet ist, die Dampfströmung und/oder Temperatur zu steuern, die von der mindestens einen Dampfzuführungseinheit (32) in Abhängigkeit von mindestens einem Prozessparameter erzeugt werden, wobei der mindestens eine Prozessparameter mindestens einer aus der folgenden Gruppe ist: Luftfeuchtigkeit; Feuchtigkeit des Stoffes, Lufttemperatur; Temperatur der Oberfläche oder der Wand des Behälterfachs (6), insbesondere eine Trommeloberflächentemperatur; die Temperatur eines Rohres, das den Dampf (38) an die Einspritzstelle (36) befördert; eine Luftströmung durch das Behälterfach (6) und eine Rotationsgeschwindigkeit einer Trommel, die das Behälterfach (6) bildet.
  14. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 13, die eine erste Heizvorrichtung (21) umfasst, die geeignet ist, die in das Behälterfach (6) einzublasende Luft zu erhitzen.
  15. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 13, 14, wobei die Steuerungseinheit (50) geeignet ist, die erste Heizvorrichtung (21) während der Vorbehandlungssequenz zu steuern, um die in das Behälterfach (6) einzublasende Luft zu erhitzen.
  16. Stoffbehandlungsvorrichtung oder Dampfzuführungsverfahren gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Steuerungseinheit (50) während der Dampfzuführungssequenz geeignet ist, den Ventilator (12) und/oder eine Verschlussvorrichtung (26) so zu steuern, dass die Luftströmungsrate durch das Behälterfach (6) reduziert wird und/oder die Luftströmungsrichtung umgekehrt wird, insbesondere dass die Luftströmungsrate auf weniger als 50% der nominellen Strömungsrate, vorzugsweise auf weniger als 70% oder 85% der nominalen Strömungsrate reduziert wird.
  17. Stoffbehandlungsvorrichtung oder Dampfzuführungsverfahren gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die mindestens eine Dampfzuführungsvorrichtung (32) eine zweite Heizvorrichtung (42) umfasst, die geeignet ist, mindestens eine Flüssigkeit, die der mindestens einen Dampfzuführungsvorrichtung zugeführt wird, zu erhitzen und zu verdampfen.
  18. Stoffbehandlungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 17, wobei die zweite Heizvorrichtung (42) geeignet ist, von der Steuerungseinheit (50) gesteuert zu werden.
  19. Stoffbehandlungsvorrichtung oder Dampfzuführungsverfahren gemäß Anspruch 18 oder 19, wobei die mindestens eine Dampfzuführungsvorrichtung (32) ein Zuführungsmittel (40), insbesondere ein Ventil oder eine Pumpeinheit, umfasst, die geeignet sind, der zweiten Heizvorrichtung (42) mindestens eine Flüssigkeit zuzuführen.
  20. Stoffbehandlungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 19, wobei das Zuführungsmittel (40) geeignet ist, von der Steuerungseinheit gesteuert zu werden, wobei insbesondere die Strömungsrate der mindestens einen Flüssigkeit, die der zweiten Heizvorrichtung zugeführt wird, von der Steuerungseinheit gesteuert werden kann.
  21. Stoffbehandlungsvorrichtung oder Dampfzuführungsverfahren gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Dampfströmung, die Dampfzuführungsdauer, die Gesamtmenge des in einer Dampfbehandlungsphase zugeführten Dampfes und/oder die Dampftemperatur in Abhängigkeit von der Art der zu behandelnden Stoffe und/oder dem Volumen oder Gewicht der zu behandelnden Stoffe festgelegt werden.
  22. Stoffbehandlungsvorrichtung oder Dampfzuführungsverfahren gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Behälterfach (6) eine rotierbare Trommel ist.
  23. Stoffbehandlungsvorrichtung oder Dampfzuführungsverfahren gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die durch das Behälterfach (6) strömbare Luft eine Abluftströmung oder eine Umluftströmung ist.
  24. Stoffbehandlungsvorrichtung oder Dampfzuführungsverfahren gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der zugeführte Dampf (38) einer oder mehrere der folgenden ist: Wasserdampf, Wasserdampf mit Zuschlagstoffen, Desinfektionsmitteldampf, Parfum-Dampf, Reinigungsmitteldampf, Deodorisierungsdampf und Weichmacherdampf; wobei der Zuschlagstoff insbesondere einer oder mehrere der folgenden ist: eine Desinfektionsmittel, ein Duftstoff (Parfum), ein Reinigungsmittel, ein Deodorant und ein Weichmacher.
