Claims (11)
- Chargeur de feuilles, avec un tambour (7) par lequel des feuilles imprimées (4) peuvent être prélevées par exemple d'une pile (3) ou d'une formation imbriquée et apportées à un dispositif de pliage (6), avec un dispositif de rainage (10) qui est disposé sur le tambour (7) et qui présente une roue de rainage (17) qui coopère avec le tambour (7) afin de rainer les feuilles imprimées prélevées (4),
caractérisé en ce que la roue de rainage (17) est montée coaxialement à ou en parallélisme axial avec une roue palpeuse (15) qui roule sur le tambour (7) et maintient constante la distance entre la roue de rainage (17) et la surface circonférentielle (11) du tambour (7). - Chargeur de feuilles selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la roue palpeuse (15) est pressée à ressort contre la surface circonférentielle (11) du tambour (7).
- Chargeur de feuilles selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la roue de rainage (17) est montée avec possibilité de réglage en direction radiale par rapport à la roue palpeuse (15).
- Chargeur de feuilles selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la roue de rainage (17) et la roue palpeuse (15) forment une unité.
- Chargeur de feuilles selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la roue de rainage (17) et la roue palpeuse (15) sont mutuellement reliées par une liaison excentrique (16).
- Chargeur de feuilles selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la roue de rainage (17) et la roue palpeuse (15) sont montées sur un bras (21) qui est disposé à pivotement parallèlement à l'axe du tambour (7).
- Chargeur de feuilles selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif de réglage (14) qui permet de régler la force de pression de la roue palpeuse (15) contre la surface circonférentielle (11) du tambour (7).
- Chargeur de feuilles selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de rainage (10) est disposé entre deux roues qui forment le tambour (7) et par lesquelles les feuilles imprimées (4) peuvent être respectivement prélevées d'une pile (3) et transportées sensiblement verticalement vers le bas.
- Chargeur de feuilles selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de rainage (10) est réalisé sous la forme d'une rainure (13) ou d'une nervure s'étendant sur au moins une partie de la circonférence du tambour (7).
- Chargeur de feuilles selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la roue de rainage (17) est réalisée sur sa circonférence d'une manière complémentaire au dispositif de rainage (10).
- Chargeur de feuilles selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, qui est conçu pour perforer en outre les feuilles imprimées parallèlement à l'arête de pliage, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de perforation est disposé additionnel du dispositif de rainage (10) réalisé sous forme de nervure ou additionnel de la roue de rainage (17).
