Definitions

  • the invention relates to a tubular bag according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Tubular, in particular sealed, bags are well known. They are mainly used to hold liquid or flowable products. They are comfortable and practical to handle. The products can be removed from it by a simple pressure on the sealed bag, provided that it has an opening. Unless such an opening is provided, these sealed bags usually have a zipper. With regard to their packaging weight, they have the advantage over solid packaging, such as cans or bottles, that they have a very low dead weight / fill weight ratio.
  • a bag of the type mentioned is known for example from the AT 293 944 , wherein containers are formed in the form of a hose tube, wherein the tube piece forming the tube is completed by extending at both ends of the tube obliquely to the longitudinal direction welds, wherein one of these welds forms a tip on which a provided with a screw neck portion of a Lock is inserted and connected by welding with the hose piece.
  • the known construction has no measures for stabilizing the tubular portion between the lid and bottom.
  • the present invention has for its object to provide a tubular bag, which is characterized by an over the prior art increased dimensional stability.
  • tubular part of the bag is plastically deformed within a mold, in particular inflated to form a permanent, e.g. barrel-like, spherical od. Like. Contour and / or relief-like surface structure.
  • Corresponding specifications for the stabilization of a tubular bag can also be the further prior art, such as DE 202 12 251 U1 . DE 202 14 197 U1 . JP 2002/104446 A and DE 17 23 470 U , do not remove.
  • the rigidity or stability of the bag according to the invention is additionally increased by corresponding lid and bottom constructions.
  • the lid is relatively stiff, and has a circular, oval or even rectangular peripheral contour, through which the bag then receives its base contour.
  • the relatively rigid lid preferably includes a cap closure. Due to the rigidity of the lid is then avoided that the formation of the cap closure as a screw when opening or closing the same twisted tubular part of the bag and thus damaged, such a twist counteracts the structure of the tubular part of the bag according to the invention in addition.
  • the standing floor consists of a relatively rigid part, for example a disk with a raised peripheral edge, which is for connection to the tubular Part of the bag inserted into this and along the bottom circumferential edge welded or sealed with this.
  • the standing floor can also be made of a flexible disk with a raised peripheral edge. It is a preformed flat pot made of the same material as the tubular part of the bag.
  • the bag according to the invention as a whole, i. It is suitable as a replacement for conventional bottles or cans, which are lately burdened with pledges in some countries in connection with the relatively rigid lid.
  • a film material is used for producing the tubular part of the bag, which is plastically deformable according to the invention, in particular within a blow mold to form a permanent, for example barrel-like, spherical od. Like. Contour. It is also conceivable to permanently impress a relief-like surface structure in the tubular part of the bag.
  • the lid has the lid (and possibly also bottom) at least one peripheral notch or dents into which the film blank connected to a tube during welding or sealing with the lid and / or bottom by an associated tool can be pulled, so that the respective associated peripheral edge of the tubular part of the Beutels over the entire circumference of the lid and possibly the bottom closely adjacent to this.
  • a kind of shrink seal along the lid and bottom circumference is conceivable. It is also conceivable to wrap the foil blank under tension around the lid and the bottom in order to then produce the abovementioned "lap-seal" seam while maintaining the tension.
  • the bag according to the invention is produced from a one-piece foil blank, the production of the bags according to the invention can take place "from the roll".
  • the individual blanks only have to be separated from a corresponding film web and lid and bottom assigned.
  • the lid has a raised peripheral edge with at least two, in particular three spaced apart axially spaced circumferential ribs, with which the associated edge of the tubular part of the bag is welded or sealed.
  • the standing floor can be formed and welded.
  • tubular film bag in particular stand-up pouch
  • a sealed in the region of a top seal and a possibly bottom the bag on both sides in the head area diametrically to the bag longitudinal axis, ie along its longitudinal edges, in particular Longitudinal sealing seams, drawn to form at least one W-fold (gusset) inward, ie is wound.
  • the width extension of the tubular film bag in the head area is lower than in the case of conventional stand-up bags.
  • the bag may, however, due to the gusset, which has the shape of a W-fold, when filled at a right angle to the bag longitudinal axis and the bag width, ie in the z-direction spread. This is made possible by the fact that the lateral bag outer edges in the head area of the bag on both Sides are initially drawn inwards towards the closure part. When filling this indentation can unfold in the z-direction.
  • the W-fold i. the gusset
  • the W-fold fixed in the area of the top seam by a mutual seal.
  • the stand-up bag does not expand in its width direction, which is held together due to the top seam, but in the z-direction.
  • the cross section of the bag is optimized in the head area to form a z-direction increased usable inner bag volume.
  • the film tube bag in the filled state forms an approximately can-shaped form, which has improved stability over conventional bags, since upper portions of the bag no longer protrude beyond the bottom of the stand and could lead to an imbalance.
  • this bag shape is attractive due to its symmetry and produces an aesthetic effect.
  • a flat fitting with a closure piece is sealed between the gussets and the top seam.
  • the gussets may extend as far as this.
  • the top seam is reinforced in the head area, namely instead of two-ply now four-ply.
  • the holder of a fitting is optimized.
  • the fitting is circular, oval or pointed oval.
  • the respective embodiment depends here on aesthetic aspects and can emphasize, for example, a design or a motif which is mounted on the stand-up bag, in an advantageous manner, so that its aesthetic shape is further optimized over conventional stand-up pouches.
  • the film tube bag is provided on both sides with a double W-fold.
  • the V-shaped indentations may be arranged asymmetrically on the two longitudinal sides of the tubular film bag.
  • One possible realization is, for example, that there is only one gusset on one longitudinal side of the film tubular bag and two times gusset on the diametrically opposite longitudinal side of the film tubular bag. In this way, for example, in the filled state approximately triangular shape of the film tube bag in the head area is possible.
  • the film tube bag is closed on the bottom side either by a bottom seam or a separate sealed bottom.
  • a bottom seam could be formed, for example, in the form of a W-fold, whose outer longitudinal edge parallel to the bag outer edges are sealed so that in the filled state forms a W whose center fold is pulled apart during the filling, so that a Standoval or a Forming a circle.
  • This embodiment is particularly advantageous because the tubular film bag is advantageously made from a single foil blank, which is possible in this floor design.
  • the bottom portion is four-ply at the side edges in this embodiment sealed. Above the bottom area, the four-ply sealer merges into a two-ply seal.
  • the above embodiment is particularly suitable for a fin-seal bag having side sealing seams.
  • the sealing of a separate bottom into the tubular bag offers itself.
  • Such a sealing of a floor offers the advantage that the tubular bag can not be filled on the head side, but on the bottom side. Since the bottom-side opening is usually larger than the head-side opening, a bottom-side filling can be done faster.
  • a lap-seal bag is particularly well suited for the formation of an inventively inventively folded in the head area W-fold, since a lap-seal bag is flexible and easy to contract in its lateral edge regions to a W-fold.
  • novel stand-up pouch form according to the invention in addition to an optically optimized design, creates an additional volume in the upper pouch area which allows a higher filling of the pouch.
  • tubular bag with bottom wherein the bottom is made of a rectangular, in particular square foil blank before introduction into the tubular part of the sealed bag in such a way that the foil blank is folded over and then sealed along the then narrow side superimposed edges ,
  • An essential point of the invention is that a substantially rectangular-shaped, in particular square, or with respect to its side edges in Umfalt Scheme slightly retracted foil blank is used to form a floor for the tubular bag seal.
  • a film blank can be made of the same material, in particular the same film web, as the sealed bag itself. Due to the size of the rectangular foil blank and across the width of Sealing edges, which are provided in the tubular part of the sealed bag and on the foil blank, the size of the footprint and the stability of the bag is defined. This happens as follows:
  • a film blank which corresponds in width to the width of the later desired level of the sealed bag plus a border area for a sealing surface of the soil.
  • the depth, i. The z-direction of the stand results from the length of the film blank.
  • the film blank is folded in the middle parallel to its width extension, so that from the longitudinal edges of the film blank now narrow sides superimposed edges of the folded film blank arise. These narrow sides superimposed edges are sealed so that a pocket is formed, the outer edges of which have a.Fin-Seal seal.
  • the foil blank is sealed in such a way that it slightly tapers in the direction of insertion into the tubular part of the sealing bag. In this way, the bottom is very easy to insert into the film tube.
  • the bag is sealed into the tubular part of the sealed bag via a sealing edge, which runs around the bottom at the bottom. Over the width of this edge, the stability of the soil and the stability of the bag can be determined. Thus, a wider edge provides greater stability and, in addition, in the case of a filled bag, provides security against folding the floor back outwards.
  • a sealing medium is used for the sealing.
  • a sealing medium is preferably a sealing film, which is used as the inner layer of the soil, and the pressure and / or temperature application in the applied areas against itself, or, in a reversed state, seals against a corresponding inner sealing film in the tubular part of the sealed bag ,
  • other sealing materials and adhesives come into question.
  • the bag made from the film blank is now turned over so that the initially inner sealing medium is now outside. It should be noted that the sealing medium is provided at least along the edges of the original foil blank.
  • the prefabricated pocket from a foil blank since its fin-seal edges can be folded aside at any time, so that the prefabricated bottom is inserted into the tubular part of the sealed bag and with its peripheral edges can be sealed.
  • the insertion in both cases is such that the pocket made from the film blank is inserted into the tubular part of the sealed bag such that the opening of the pocket is accessible from the outside even after the bag has been sealed in the tubular part of the sealed bag, i. that the inside of the bag provides the footprint of a filled sealed bag.
  • the tubular sealing bag is produced from a foil blank sealed along a side seam, wherein the longitudinal sealing seam is designed as a lap seal or as a fin seal.
  • the bottom made of the film blank can be used for all tubular bag seal.
  • Tubular sealed bags with a bottom according to the invention have an im Result in a substantially circular bottom, which is hermetically sealed due to its sealing with the tubular part of the sealed bag.
