Sodann wird der Folienzuschnitt 22, der nun eine Tasche 40 bildet, nach außen umgestülpt, so dass die als Fin-Seal-Ränder 42 ausgebildeten schmalseitigen Siegelränder 37 innenseitig in der Tasche zu liegen kommen. Im Anschluß daran wird diese umgestülpte Tasche 40, die nun eine Breitenerstreckung von 10 cm aufweist, in den schlauchförmigen Teil 14 eines Siegelbeutels 10 eingeführt, der in ungefüllter flacher Form eine Breitenerstreckung von 100,5 mm aufweist, also geringfügig breiter ist als die umgestülpte Tasche 40, bis die Ränder der Tasche bündig mit den Rändern 32 des schlauchförmigen Teils 14 des Siegelbeutels 10 abschließen. Die an den Folienzuschnitt 30 angebrachte Siegelfolie ist nun in direktem Kontakt mit dem Randbereich 32 des schlauchförmigen Teils 14 des Siegelbeutels 10. Claims (13)

  1. A tubular bag (10) with a cap-type closure for receiving paste-like or liquid food products, e.g. milk or the like, the bottom of the bag being designed more specifically as a stand-up bottom (12) and is welded or sealed (13) fluid-tight as a separate component with and along the bottom edge of the bag, the tubular part (14) of the bag (10) being manufactured from a one-piece, substantially rectangular pre-cut foil, more specifically pre-cut laminate film, the long edges (15, 16) of which are sealed on top of each other by forming a so-called "lap seal" or are alternately designed as a "fin seal", and the cap-type closure (11) being a part of the relatively rigid cover (17) which is welded or sealed fluid-tight with the upper edge or the edge on the side of the closure of the bag, characterized in that the tubular part (14) of the bag (10) is plastically deformed inside a form, more specifically inflated to form a permanent, for instance barrel-type, spherical or such contour and/or relief-type surface structure.
  2. The bag according to claim 1, characterized in that the stand-up bottom (12) consists of an either relatively rigid or flexible disc (18) with an elevated peripheral edge (29) or alternately of a pre-cut foil (22) folded in a V or W- shape, the latter being insertable into the inside of the bag by means of a sword that can be introduced from below (arrow 23) and weldable or sealable with the bottom edge of the bag by forming a weld or sealed seam (24) shaped for instance as a U.
  3. The bag according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that at least the cover (17), if necessary also the prefabricated stand-up bottom (12) provided it is manufactured from a relatively rigid material, has at least one peripheral notch or dent (26; 27) into which the pre-cut foil joined into a hose can be pulled by means of a corresponding tool while being welded or sealed with the cover and/or bottom, so that the respectively corresponding peripheral edge of the tubular part (14) of the bag (10) closely rests against the cover (17) and if necessary the bottom (12) along their entire edge.
  4. The bag according to one of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the cover (7) has an elevated peripheral edge (28) with at least two peripheral ribs (29) disposed at an axial distance from each other, with which the corresponding edge of the tubular part (14) of the bag (10) can be welded or sealed.
  5. The bag according to claims 1 or 4, characterized in that the bottom is formed by a relatively rigid, respectively stiff or alternately flexible disc (20), the peripheral edge of which is welded or sealed with a peripheral edge (21) of the tubular part (14) of the bag (10), which is deformed for instance radially outward on the bottom side.
  6. The bag according to one of the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the cap-type closure (11) comprises a screw cap (31).
  7. The bag according to one of the afore-mentioned claims, characterized in that in the top area, on both sides, the bag (10) is pulled inward ("gusseted") diametrically relative to the longitudinal axis (33) of the bag, by forming at least one W-fold (34) ("gusset").
  8. The bag according to claim 7, characterized in that the W-fold (34) (gusset) is fixed in the area of a head seam (35) by mutual sealing.
  9. The bag according to one of the claims 7 or 8, characterized in that a cover (17) designed more specifically as a flat molded part (36) with a closable opening is sealed in between the gussets (34) and the head seam (35).
  10. The bag according to claim 9, characterized in that the molded part (36) is configured in the shape of a circle, oval or pointed oval.
  11. The bag according to claims 1 or 4, characterized in that it is closed on the bottom side by a bottom seam.
  12. The bag according to one of the claims 2 to 4 or 6 to 11, characterized in that before being inserted into the tubular part (14) of the sealed bag (10), the bottom (12) is manufactured from a rectangular, more specifically a square pre-cut foil (22) in such a manner that the pre-cut foil (22) is folded and sealed along the edges (37) which overlap on the then narrow side.
  13. The tubular sealed bag according to claim 12, characterized in that the pre-sealed bottom (12) is upended and inserted into the tubular part (14) of the sealed bag (10) and sealed with its peripheral or bottom edge (32), so that a tubular standing bag is formed, the sealed edges (37) of the bottom (12) on the narrow side being located inside the standing bag.
