Description
- Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Mehrgelenkscharnier, insbesondere für Kühlschranktüren, bestehend aus scherenartig miteinander verbundene Gelenkhebeln.
- Derartige Scharniere sind im Stand der Technik zahlreich bekannt, z.B. durch das Patent
GB 1 066 710 US 5 035 026 oderUS 5791016 . - Die bekannten Scharniere haben jedoch verschiedene Nachteile.
- Da insbes. bei Kühlschränken, wegen der thermischen Isolierung, sehr dicke Türkörper verwendet werden, müssen die Scharniere relativ lange Gelenkhebel aufweisen, um die gewünschte Ausladung - weg vom Korpus nach vom - zu erreichen. Dieses führt dazu, dass zwischen den Gelenkhebeln je nach Offenstellung unterschiedlich große Spalten entstehen, die sich bei der Bewegung der Tür vergrößern oder verkleinern können. Im Falle der Verkleinerung würde sich eine Verletzungsgefahr ergeben, wenn z.B. ein Kind einen Finger hineinstecken würde. In diesem Falle würden die scherenartig verbundenen Gelenkhebel wie eine Schneid-Schere wirken.
- Es ist deshalb eine Aufgabe der Erfindung diesen Mangel zu beseitigen.
- Diese Aufgabe wird bei einem Mehrgelenkscharnier, durch die technichen Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
- Damit ist die Gefahr der Verletzungen durch Einklemmen und Abscheren zwischen den Gelenkhebeln praktisch verhindert.
- Weitere Merkmale der Erfindung sind Gegenstand von Unteransprüchen.
- In den Figuren sowie in der weiteren Beschreibung sind Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung beschrieben.

Figur 1 zeigt, besteht das Scharnier zunächst aus zwei Befestigungsteilen 1, 2 von dem eines am Korpus (nicht dargestellt) befestigt ist. Wie ausFigur 2 deutlich ersichtlich, sind die Befestigungsteile 1, 2 durch Hebel miteinander getriebemäßig verbunden. Bei dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel sind am Befestigungsteil 1 mit Abstand voneinander zwei Gelenkhebel 4, 5 mittels Gelenkstellen 7, 8 schwenkbar verbunden. An den freien Enden sind die Gelenkhebel 4, 5 mittels Gelenkstellen 9, 10 mit einem Scharnierarm 3 verbunden, der an seinem freien Ende mit dem Befestigungsteil 2 mittels Gelenkstellen 11, 12 verbunden ist. Der Gelenkhebel 4 weist im mittleren Bereich eine Gelenkstelle 21 auf, die mit einem Gelenkhebel 6 verbunden ist. Der Gelenkhebel 6 ist an seinem freien Ende mittels der Gelenkstelle 12 drehbar mit dem Befestigungsteil 2 verbunden. - Wie aus
Figur 2 ersichtlich, ist der Gelenkhebel 5 im Bereich der Gelenkstelle 10 mit einer Steuerkurve 13 verbunden, die an einem am Scharnierarm 3 festgelegten Kurvenkörper 22 ausgebildet ist, dessen Konturierung zur Erzielung anderer Kraftverläufe auch von der inFigur 2 dargestellten Form abweichen kann. - Benachbart der Gelenkstelle 10 ist ein Kipphebel 14 schwenkbar in einen Drehpunkt 23 gelagert. Im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel steht der Kipphebel entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn unter dem Druck einer Feder 17. Am Kipphebel ist eine Druckrolle 24 gelagert die mit der Steuerkurve in Kontakt steht.
- Wie aus
Figur 1 ersichtlich ist der Kipphebel mit einer Stellschraube 16 versehen. Der Schraubenkopf der Stellschraube 16 ist mittels eines Durchbruchs 25 im Gelenkhebel 5 für einen Schraubendreher oder dergleichen zugänglich. Wird die Schraube weiter aus dem Kipphebel heraus geschraubt, schlägt der Schraubenkopf an den Gelenkhebel 5 an und begrenzt die Drehung des Kipphebel 14 und verändert die Kennlinie des Federverhaltens. Mittels der Stellschraube kann der Kipphebel auch soweit gedreht werden, dass die Federwirkung aufgehoben wird. - In den
Figur 3 und4 ist ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel gezeigt. Seitlich an dem Scharnier ist eine Schutzplatte 15 angebracht. Diese ist im ersten Endbereich mit einer Anlenkstelle 18 drehbar an dem Befestigungsteil 2 gelagert und im gegenüberliegenden Endbereich mit einem Langloch 20 versehen, welches die Führung auf einen Führungszapfen 19 führt. Dieser Führungszapfen ist in dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel am Gelenkhebel 5 ausgebildet, könnte jedoch auch je nach Scharnierkinematik an anderen Bauteilen ausgebildet sein. - Die Anlenkstelle 18 und/oder der Führungszapfen 19 ist/sind vorteilhafterweise durch eine Verlängerung der die Gelenkhebel gelenkig miteinander verbindenden Gelenkstifte gebildet.
- Diese Schutzplatte 15 kann je nach Einbauart oder Verwendung des Scharniers nur auf einer Seite angeordnet sein, aber auch auf beiden Seiten des Scharniers. Es liegt auch im Rahmen der Erfindung, bei Einsatz von zwei Schutzplatten, diese scharnierübergreifend U-förmig miteinander zu verbinden.
Claims (4)
- Mehrgelenkscharnier, insbesondere für Kühlschranktüren, bestehend aus scherenartig miteinander verbundenen Gelenkhebeln, wobei die das Mehrgelenkscharnier bildenden Bauteile (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6), soweit sie je nach Öffnungsstellung des Scharniers unterschiedliche Stellungen zueinander einnehmen und unterschiedliche Zwischenräume bilden, von mindestens einer seitlichen Schutzplatte (15) verdeckt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzplatte (15) mittels einer Anlenkstelle (18) an einem der relativ zueinander bewegbaren Bauteile des Scharniers gelagert wird und mittels einem von der Anlenkstelle (18) beabstandeten Langloch (20) und einem Führungszapfen (19), der an einem anderen der relativ zueinander bewegbaren Bauteile festgelegt ist, gehalten und geführt wird.
- Mehrgelenkscharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anlenkstelle (18) mit einem der Befestigungsteile (1, 2) verbunden ist.
- Mehrgelenkscharnier nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anlenkstelle (18) und/oder der Führungszapfen (19) durch eine Verlängerung der die Gelenkhebel gelenkig miteinander verbindenden Gelenkstifte gebildet wird.
- Mehrgelenkscharnier nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer der Gelenkhebel (5) mit einer Steuerkurve (13) ausgestattet ist und die Steuerkurve (13) mit einer auf einem Kipphebel (14) gelagerten Druckrolle (24) zusammenwirkt und der Kipphebel (14) unter der Wirkung einer Feder (17) die Druckrolle (24) gegen die Steuerkurve (13) drückt, wodurch das Mehrgelenkscharnier in die Schließ- und/oder Öffnungsstellung gedrückt wird, wobei der Kipphebel (14) mit einer Stellschraube (16) versehen ist, die an dem gleichen Gelenkhebel anschlägt, an dem der Kipphebel (14) gelagert ist.
