Claims (20)
- Appareil de refroidissement et de tirage de boissons comprenant une unité de perçage (18) raccordable à un conteneur-réservoir de boissons d'un volume d'environ 3,5 1 à environ 11 1, particulièrement un fût pour fêtes de 5 litres (2) et reliable par une conduite (10) à un robinet (5), comprenant un dispositif de refroidissement (4) pour refroidir une boisson dans le conteneur-réservoir de boissons (2) et/ou dans la conduite (10) et un système de gaz comprimé, le système de gaz comprimé présentant au moins une cartouche de gaz comprimé (7) pouvant être changée, pour tirer la boisson et/ou nettoyer au moins la conduite (10), placée dans une partie de tête ou de couvercle de l'appareil de refroidissement et de tirage de boissons, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de perçage (18) peut être bloquée en fonction de la pression dans le système de gaz comprimé dans une partie de tête ou de couvercle de l'appareil de refroidissement et de tirage de boissons (1).
- Appareil de refroidissement et de tirage de boissons selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le volume du refroidisseur par écoulement ou par lot (4) placé entre l'unité de perçage (18) et le robinet (5) fait environ 0,1 1 à environ 1 1, de préférence entre environ 0,2 1 et environ 0,5 1.
- Appareil de refroidissement et de tirage de boissons selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le système de gaz comprimé présente un dispositif de réglage de la pression (8) comprenant au moins un capteur de pression et/ou de température, le dispositif de réglage de la pression (8) étant ainsi formé que la pression du gaz peut être réglée en fonction de la pression et/ou de la température de la boisson.
- Appareil de refroidissement et de tirage de boissons selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de raccord rapide (6) est prévu pour raccorder la cartouche de gaz comprimé (7), le raccord de la cartouche de gaz comprimé (7) s'effectuant par un mouvement de rotation, poussée et/ou basculement.
- Appareil de refroidissement et de tirage de boissons selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le capteur de température est formé et placé pour saisir la température de la boisson dans la conduite (10) et/ou de la température extérieure du conteneur-réservoir de boissons (2).
- Appareil de refroidissement et de tirage de boissons selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le capteur de température fait partie d'un clapet réglé thermiquement.
- Appareil de refroidissement et de tirage de boissons selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le capteur de pression est formé et placé pour saisir la pression de la boisson dans la conduite (10) et/ou dans le conteneur-réservoir de boissons (2).
- Appareil de refroidissement et de tirage de boissons selon l'une des revendications 3, 5 - 7, caractérisé en ce que le capteur de pression et/ou de température possède un dispositif de traitement des données qui règle la pression du gaz en fonction des données de température de pression et/ou de température du capteur de pression et/ou de température.
- Appareil de refroidissement et de tirage de boissons selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de perçage (18) présente une pointe de perçage (12) pouvant être introduite dans le conteneur-réservoir de boissons (2), dans laquelle au moins dans la conduite de gaz et/ou de liquide, un clapet anti-retour (14) à auto-fermeture est placé, lequel bloque dans son état non chargé un écoulement d'une boisson hors du conteneur-réservoir de boissons (2).
- Appareil de refroidissement et de tirage de boissons selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de perçage (18) présente un adaptateur (13) pour raccorder un autre conteneur-réservoir de boissons et/ou une autre source de gaz sous pression.
- Appareil de refroidissement et de tirage de boissons selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une source de lumière froide est prévue de telle manière que le robinet (5), un jet de boisson sortant de celui-ci, un fût pour délivrer une boisson et/ou un bac récolte-gouttes peuvent être éclairés.
- Appareil de refroidissement et de tirage de boissons selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le système de gaz sous pression a un dispositif de réglage qui est relié au moins à un dispositif d'affichage.
- Appareil de refroidissement et de tirage de boissons selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le système de gaz sous pression est formé de telle manière que la conduite (10) peut être remplie de gaz sous pression avant ou pendant le raccordement d'un conteneur-réservoir de boissons (2) sur l'unité de perçage (18).
- Appareil de refroidissement et de tirage de boissons selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le système de gaz sous pression est ainsi formé qu'au moins la conduite (10) et l'unité de perçage (18) peuvent être lavées avec un agent nettoyant et/ou du gaz sous pression, en particulier un gaz inerte.
- Appareil de refroidissement et de tirage de boissons selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins la pointe de perçage (12) de l'unité de perçage (18) dans sa position raccordée au conteneur-réservoir de boissons (2) est dirigée à travers une partie de tête ou de couvercle de l'appareil de refroidissement et de tirage de boissons (1).
- Appareil de refroidissement et de tirage de boissons selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de perçage (18) peut être bloquée dans une partie de tête ou de couvercle de l'appareil de refroidissement et de tirage de boissons (1).
- Appareil de refroidissement et de tirage de boissons selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le système de gaz sous pression pour tirer de la boisson et/ou nettoyer au moins la conduite (10) présente au moins une cartouche de gaz comprimé (7) pouvant être changée avec environ 10 g à environ 30 g de gaz, dont le volume est ainsi adapté au volume du conteneur-réservoir de boissons (2) que le contenu du conteneur-réservoir de boissons (2) ne peut être amené qu'avec une cartouche de gaz comprimé (7) et que le dispositif de refroidissement (4) présente un refroidisseur par écoulement ou par lot, dont le volume correspond à environ 0,02 fois à environ 0,1 fois le volume du conteneur-réservoir de boissons (2).
- Appareil de refroidissement et de tirage de boissons selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que sur l'unité de perçage (18) dans une partie de tête ou de couvercle de l'appareil de refroidissement et de tirage de boissons (1), un moyen d'arrêt actionnable par la pression dans le système de gaz sous pression, en particulier une unité de cylindre sous pression est prévu pour verrouiller l'unité de perçage (18) dans l'appareil de refroidissement et de tirage de boissons (1).
- Ensemble d'un appareil de refroidissement et de tirage de boissons selon l'une des revendications précédentes et réservoir de nettoyage (2) qui est reliable à l'unité de perçage (18) de l'appareil de refroidissement et de tirage de boissons (1)
caractérisé en ce que le réservoir de nettoyage formé comme fût de nettoyage (2) présente une première chambre pour recevoir un liquide et une deuxième chambre reliée à la première chambre pour recevoir un agent nettoyant, en particulier une pastille, l'unité de perçage (18) pouvant être introduite au moins partiellement dans la deuxième chambre. - Ensemble selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que le réservoir de nettoyage (2) a les dimensions d'un fût de produit de 5 litres, en particulier d'un fût pour fêtes.
