  5. Élément de fenêtre ou de porte selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de couplage présente comme actionneur un électroaimant ou un aimant permanent.
  6. Élément de fenêtre ou de porte selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de couplage est conçu de telle façon que l'assemblage de l'entraînement entre les châssis de dormant et châssis de battant puisse être découplé dans le sens de l'ouverture (x) du battant.
  7. Élément de fenêtre ou de porte selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de couplage présente une pièce mobile qui peut être défaite manuellement à partir d'une position de couplage, éventuellement à l'aide d'un outil.
  8. Élément de fenêtre ou de porte selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la pièce mobile du dispositif de couplage est mobile transversalement par rapport au sens de l'ouverture (x).
  9. Élément de fenêtre ou de porte selon l'une des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que la pièce mobile du dispositif de couplage est une goupille ou un boulon (16).
  10. Élément de fenêtre ou de porte selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le boulon (16) présente des moyens d'arrêt qui empêchent une ouverture involontaire.
  11. Élément de fenêtre ou de porte selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'arrêt comprennent une agrafe (17) sur le boulon (16).
  12. Élément de fenêtre ou de porte selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que l'agrafe (17) présente un coude (18) afin d'empêcher le desserrage involontaire du boulon d'arrêt (16).
  13. Élément de fenêtre ou de porte selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    a. l'entraînement (3) présente un boîtier d'entraînement (25) qui reçoit un moteur électrique servant d'actionneur ;
    b. l'entraînement (3) présente en outre le coulisseau (5) ;
    c. le boîtier d'entraînement (25) se met en prise dans une rainure (4) du battant mobile de façon à se déplacer avec le châssis de battant (2) lors de l'ouverture et de la fermeture du battant ;
    d. le coulisseau (5) de l'entraînement (3) se met en prise en correspondance de forme dans la gorge du châssis de dormant (2) ;
    e. le coulisseau (5) et le boîtier d'entraînement (25) sont reliés l'un à l'autre par le moyen d'entraînement, en particulier une chaîne (8), de telle façon que la chaîne (8) permette de modifier la distance entre le boîtier d'entraînement (25) et le coulisseau (5) pour ouvrir ou fermer la fenêtre en faisant pivoter le battant.
  14. Élément de fenêtre ou de porte selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de couplage, construit sur le principe d'un chariot, peut glisser hors du coulisseau (5) quand le battant est découplé dans le sens de l'ouverture.
  15. Élément de fenêtre ou de porte selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le coulisseau (5) est conformé de telle manière qu'il présente une gorge (10) qui s'étend dans le sens de l'ouverture (x) et qu'il est présente de préférence, transversalement par rapport à celui-ci, un autre évidement (12) conçu pour recevoir le boulon d'arrêt (16) pouvant être défait.
  16. Élément de fenêtre ou de porte selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de couplage (14) présente un élément de liaison (9) qui constitue le dernier maillon de la chaîne (8), de sorte que la chaîne (8) est reliée de façon indissociable à l'élément de couplage (14) par l'élément de liaison (9).
