Claims (16)

  1. A window or door element, in particular a tilting or side-hung window, comprising
    a) a blind frame (1);
    b) a wing which is movable relative to the blind frame (1) and is especially tiltable or rotatable and comprises a wing frame (2), and
    c) comprising an automatic drive (3), having a drive housing (25) and a drive means (8), at least for opening and optionally closing the window, which in the closed state of the wing is arranged in a hidden manner in the movable wing frame (2), in the blind frame (1) or between said elements, and which is provided with a releasable coupling device for coupling the drive to the blind and/or wing frame, wherein
    d) the coupling device is arranged in a fully hidden manner in the movable wing frame (2), in the fixed blind frame (1) or between said elements, and characterized in that
    e) the coupling device is formed in such a way that it can be decoupled from a location outside of the blind or wing frame (1, 2) without damaging the blind frame (1) or the wing frame (2),

    i) for which purpose the coupling device is formed in such a way that it can be decoupled in the closed state through a gap (6) between the blind frame and the wing frame without damaging the blind frame or the wing frame,
    ii) or for which purpose the coupling device comprises an actuator which is formed to automatically decouple the coupling device,
    f) wherein a sliding block (5) of the drive (3) engages in an interlocking manner in a groove (26) of the blind or wing frame (2), and the sliding block (5) is connected to the drive housing (25) via the drive means (8), and
    g) wherein a coupling part (14) of the coupling device which is formed in the manner of a carriage is provided in an interlocking manner in the sliding block (5),
    h) wherein further the two parts of sliding block (5) and coupling part (14) are coupled to each other in an interlocking manner with a component such as a securing bolt or releasably with a latching mechanism.
  2. A window or door element according to claim 1, characterized in that the coupling device is formed in such a way that it can be decoupled manually by means of a mechanical device, which in the closed state of the wing can be inserted into the gap between the blind frame and the wing frame.
  3. A window or door element according to claim 1, characterized in that the actuator is formed as an electromotive or electromagnetic actuator.
  4. A window or door element according to claim 1, characterized in that the actuator is formed as a fluid-actuated, especially pneumatic or hydraulic, actuator.
  5. A window or door element according to claim 1, characterized in that the coupling device comprises an electric or permanent magnet as an actuator.
  6. A window or door element according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the coupling device is formed in such a way that the connection of the drive between the blind and wing frame can be decoupled in the opening direction (x) of the wing.
  7. A window or door element according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the coupling device comprises a movable component, which can be released manually from a coupling position, optionally by using the tool.
  8. A window or door element according to claim 7, characterized in that the movable component of the coupling device is movable transversely to the opening direction (x).
  9. A window or door element according to one of the preceding claims 7 or 8, characterized in that the movable component of the coupling device is a pin or bolt (16).
  10. A window or door element according to claim 9, characterized in that the bolt (16) comprises securing means which prevent unintended opening.
  11. A window or door element according to claim 10, characterized in that the securing means comprise a clasp (17) on the bolt (16).
  12. A window or door element according to claim 11, characterized in that the clasp (17) comprises a bent portion (18) in order to prevent unintended release of the securing bolt (16).
  13. A window or door element according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that
    a) the drive (3) comprises a drive housing (25) which accommodates an electric motor as an actuator,
    b) the drive (3) further comprises the sliding block (5),
    c) the drive housing (25) engages in a groove (4) of the movable wing, so that it moves with the wing frame (2) during opening and closing of the wing,
    d) the sliding block (5) of the drive (3) engages in an interlocking manner in the groove of the blind frame (2),
    e) the sliding block (5) and the drive housing (25) are connected to each other via the drive means, especially a chain (8), such that the distance between the drive housing (25) and the sliding block (5) is variable with the chain (8) in order to open or close the window by pivoting the wing.
  14. A window or door element according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the coupling device, which is based on a carriage principle, can slide out of the sliding block (5) in the opening direction of the wing in decoupled state.
  15. A window or door element according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the sliding block (5) is formed in such a way that it comprises a groove channel (10) which extends in the opening direction (x), and that it comprises a further recess (12) preferably transversely thereto, which is formed for accommodating the releasable securing bolt (16).
  16. A window or door element according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the coupling part (14) comprises an attachment element (9) which is to be regarded as the last chain link of the chain (8), so that the chain (8) is non-releasably connected to the coupling part (14) via the attachment element (9).
