Claims (10)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'une feuille d'aluminium revêtue, dans lequel la feuille d'aluminium est fabriquée à partir d'un feuillard à chaud ou d'une bande de coulée en aluminium ou en alliage d'aluminium par laminage à froid avec ou sans recuit intermédiaire et est enroulée sur une bobine, un recuit de la feuille d'aluminium se faisant éventuellement avant l'enroulement, caractérisé en ce qu'avant l'enroulement, en particulier avant le recuit éventuel de la feuille d'aluminium, il se fait un revêtement sur une ou les deux faces de la feuille d'aluminium avec au moins un revêtement fonctionnel.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que la feuille d'aluminium est doublée lors du laminage à froid et l'application du revêtement fonctionnel de la feuille d'aluminium a lieu pendant ou après le dédoublement de la feuille d'aluminium.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que la feuille d'aluminium est rognée avant l'enroulement et découpée sur mesure, le revêtement fonctionnel de la feuille d'aluminium étant appliqué lors du rognage ou de la découpe de la feuille d'aluminium.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que le revêtement de la feuille d'aluminium s'effectue en utilisant un solvant, en particulier une huile de laminage, et au moins un traitement thermique de la feuille d'aluminium pour éliminer le solvant, en particulier l'huile de laminage, est réalisé avant l'enroulement de la feuille d'aluminium.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que le revêtement de la feuille d'aluminium est appliqué en utilisant une unité d'application par pulvérisation ou au rouleau.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que la feuille d'aluminium présente une épaisseur de 2 à 100 µm.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que l'on applique un revêtement fonctionnel ayant des propriétés d'agent adhésif, d'agent de libération, d'agent de protection anti-corrosion et/ou d'agent mouillant.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que les propriétés du revêtement, en particulier la propriété d'agent adhésif et/ou la propriété d'agent mouillant, peuvent être activées ultérieurement.
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisé en ce que le revêtement fonctionnel est formé d'une couche obturatrice, en particulier à partir de molécules auto-organisationnelles, de préférence à partir d'acides phosphoniques, d'acides sulfoniques, d'acides carboxyliques ou de leurs composés ou de silanes.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise de l'acide phosphonique ou ses dérivés, en particulier des diglycéride-phosphonates substitués, des alkylènediphosphonates ou des alcoxysilanes pour former la couche obturatrice.
