Definitions
- the invention relates to a masonry brick which can be built in a conventional manner with a mortar, preferably thin-bed mortar, in the bearing joint in the required dressing on site at the construction site.
- Wall construction materials especially for residential construction, are increasingly demanding.
- the classic solid construction with a high load capacity of the masonry and an excellent fire and noise control behavior with minimum wall thicknesses should be feasible.
- the highest possible thermal insulation should be achieved.
- the heat transfer through the wall should be kept so low that high standards, such as those required for the construction of a so-called passive house, are complied with.
- a quick and uncomplicated processing in technically professional execution should also be supported.
- the brick should be biologically harmless and show good recycling ability.
- the GB 2 291 079 A discloses a brick with a superior thermal insulation board, which has two staggered layers, so that the outer surface is offset in two mutually perpendicular directions relative to the actual brick.
- the offset of the frontmost position of the thermal insulation panel relative to the rest of the brick does not lead to locking the position of two adjacent stones in the thickness direction, which is detrimental to an exact positioning and thus creating a gap-free as possible thermal insulation.
- a gap that leads to a reduced thermal insulation between the upper and lower edge of the outer layer of two superimposed bricks according to GB 291 079 a gap that leads to a reduced thermal insulation.
- the GB 2 262 547 A shows a thermally insulated and plastered brick, which has a bivalve in the thickness direction construction with an inner static-bearing base member and a set externally, glued to the base member, mineral thermal insulation element.
- the thermal insulation element is provided on its horizontal and / or vertical joint surfaces with a tongue-and-groove profiling, which is applied circumferentially around the thermal insulation element at the horizontal joint surfaces.
- the invention is therefore based on the object to provide a brick, which meets the above requirements as fully as possible.
- the base element is made of a conventional load-bearing masonry, preferably made of lime sandstone or even already good thermal insulation properties having cellular concrete.
- the outside superior mineral thermal insulation element is provided, which is prefabricated in the industrial production of the brick and connected by means of a mineral adhesive to the base element.
- the brick is thus constructed of mineral materials, which brings an excellent recycling ability with it.
- brick 1 uses a cement-based lime-sandstone thin-bed mortar L of the type used for the production of masonry from sand-lime brick. It is a dry mortar according to DIN 18557, which meets the requirements for thin-bed mortar according to DIN 1053.
- the base member 2 is provided at its vertical joint surfaces 4 respectively in front of the outer and inner surface 5, 6 with a profiling 7 in the manner of a tongue-and-groove profiling, so that an exact alignment positioning of the bricks 1 with a between the Fugen vom 4 is formed mortar joint is guaranteed.
- the base member 2 is provided with two vertically continuous, circular in horizontal section installation channels 8. How out Fig. 7 becomes clear, go these installation channels 8 in a walling in the offset network between the layers A and B in the vertical direction through the wall section continuously.
- the thermal insulation element 3 also has a tongue-and-groove profiling 9, which however runs around all joint surfaces 10. Further, as not further shown in the drawings, the heat-insulating element at its bearing joint side 11 on the thickness of the mortar bed used for the masonry of the brick 1 corresponding excess over the base element 2. This ensures that in the masonry the thermal insulation elements 3 of the individual bricks with their tongue and groove profiling 9 in both vertical and horizontal direction intimately and without gap interlock. To the outside, therefore, a completely closed and completely insulated wall surface is created.
- the thickness d B may be, for example, 0.15 or 0.175 m of the base member.
- the thickness d W of the thermal insulation element is between 0.15 m and 0.35 m for a base element thickness d B of 0.15 m and between 0.125 m and 0.325 m for a base element thickness d B of 0.175 m.
- wall thicknesses between 0.30 m and 0.50 m can be realized.
- aerated concrete of the classes PP2-0.35 / 0.09 to PP4-0.50 / 0.12 are mentioned. These have lambda values of 0.09 W / mK to 0.12 W / mK.
- the U-values of a wall thus created are between 0.119 W / m 2 K and 0.315 W / m 2 K.

Description
GB 2 291 079 A GB 2 291 079 - Die
In diesem Zusammenhang zeigen:
- Fig. 1
- Fig. 2 und 3
- Ansichten des Mauersteins aus Pfeilrichtung II bzw. III gemäß
Fig. 1 , - Fig. 4
- Fig. 5 und 6
- Ansichten des Mauersteins aus Pfeilrichtung V bzw. VI gemäß
Fig. 4 , - Fig.7
- eine Frontalansicht eines aus den Mauersteinen gemäß
