Claims (4)
- Procédé d'utilisation d'une machine d'impression, en particulier une machine d'impression de feuilles, comportant plusieurs unités d'impression, chaque unité d'impression comportant un cylindre de contre-pression, un cylindre de transfert roulant sur le cylindre de contre-pression, une unité d'encrage réalisée sous forme d'une unité d'encrage à élévateur et de préférence une unité de mouillage, dans lequel, en mode d'impression continue, au moins le cylindre de contre-pression, le cylindre de transfert et l'unité d'encrage de chaque unité d'impression sont entraînés par une commande principale de la machine d'impression et le cylindre porte-cliché de chaque unité d'impression, pour son auto-entraînement motorisé, est entraînés par une commande directe qui lui est associée, et dans lequel quand, sur une unité d'impression, l'unité d'encrage est désaccouplée aussi bien de la commande principale de la machine d'impression que de la commande directe du cylindre porte-cliché correspondant, pour l'intégration synchrone et suivant un angle précis de l'unité d'encrage dans la commande principale, on procède comme suit :a) l'unité d'encrage est d'abord accouplée à la commande directe du cylindre porte-cliché correspondant, l'unité d'encrage étant entraînée par la commande directe de manière à ce qu'un cylindre élévateur de l'unité d'encrage soit orienté ;b) après l'orientation du cylindre élévateur, l'unité d'encrage est désaccouplée de la commande directe du cylindre porte-cliché correspondant de manière à conserver l'orientation du cylindre élévateur, le cylindre élévateur étant ensuite orienté par la commande directe ;c) après orientation du cylindre porte-cliché, l'unité d'encrage est réaccouplée à la commande directe du cylindre porte-cliché correspondant, la commande directe étant ensuite amorcée de manière à ce que l'unité d'encrage entraînée par la commande directe, de même que le cylindre porte-cliché entraîné par la commande directe, soient entraînés suivant un angle précis et de manière synchrone par rapport au cylindre de transfert ou à la commande principale et qu'ensuite l'unité d'encrage soit désaccouplée de la commande directe et accouplée à la commande principale.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'étape a), le cylindre élévateur de l'unité d'encrage est orienté par rapport à un capteur fixé sur un support latéral de manière à ce que le cylindre élévateur, après orientation, se trouve à un point d'inversion prévu pour ce dernier.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'étape b), le cylindre porte-cliché est orienté par rapport à l'unité d'encrage immobilisée de manière à ce que, après orientation, le cylindre porte-cliché se trouve dans une position angulaire définie.
- Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendication 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'étape c), la commande directe est amorcée de manière à ce que l'unité d'encrage ainsi que le cylindre porte-plaque soient d'abord entraînés de manière synchrone avec le cylindre de transfert et qu'ensuite, l'unité d'encrage et le cylindre porte-plaque soient freinés et accélérés de manière à être entraînés suivant un angle précis et de manière synchrone avec le cylindre de transfert.
