Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Trinkgefäß mit einer von einem Gefäßrand umgrenzten Trinköffnung, an dem ein Aufnahmeelement um eine Schwenkachse schwenkbar gehalten ist, das von einer ersten Stellung, in der es sich im Bereich der Trinköffnung befindet und diese teilweise überdeckt, in eine zweite Stellung bewegbar ist, in der es sich von der Trinköffnung entfernt befindet.
  • Bei Getränken, die mehr oder weniger unmittelbar vor dem Verzehr mit bestimmten Zutaten zu versehen sind, wie insbesondere die sogenannte Feuerzangenbowle, bei der ein mit Rum getränkter Zuckerhut über der Flüssigkeitsoberfläche langsam abbrennt und in das Getränk hineintropft, hat es sich als nachteilig herausgestellt, größere Mengen vorab zuzubereiten, da Geschmack und Aroma nach einiger Zeit deutlich nachlassen.
  • Aus der DE 1 902 149 U und DE 20 2004 015686 U sind Auflagen für Trinkgefäße bekannt, auf die bspw. ein Zuckerstück zur Zubereitung von Feuerzangenbowle gelegt werden kann. Die Handhabung ist umständlich und verschmutzungsträchtig.
  • Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, ein Trinkgefäß bereitzustellen, mit dem die Möglichkeit besteht, kleinere Mengen eines Getränks in einfacher Weise unmittelbar vor dem Verzehr zuzubereiten.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß bei einem gattungsgemäßen Trinkgefäß durch die Maßnahme gelöst, daß das Aufnahmeelement fest mit einem um die Schwenkachse gelagerten Schwenkelement verbunden ist, wobei es als Folge davon fest und ausschließlich um die Schwenkachse schwenkbar gelagert ist.
  • Es kann vorgesehen sein, daß das Schwenkelement durch eine durchgehende Lagerachse oder aber durch zwei beabstandete, fluchtende, zueinander weisende Lagerstifte gebildet ist.
  • In einer ersten Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, daß die Schwenkachse in einer oder parallel zu einer von der Trinköffnung festgelegten Ebene liegt.
  • Es kann vorgesehen sein, daß sich das Aufnahmeelement beiderseits quer zu der Schwenkachse erstreckt und einen Aufnahmeabschnitt und einen Betätigungsabschnitt aufweist.
  • Das Aufnahmeelement oder der Aufnahmeabschnitt kann eben ausgebildet sein.
  • Das Aufnahmeelement oder der Aufnahmeabschnitt kann länglich und schalenförmig ausgebildet sein.
  • Insbesondere kann vorgesehen sein, daß das Aufnahmeelement und der Aufnahmeabschnitt länglich und im Querschnitt V- oder wannenförmig ausgebildet ist.
  • Zweckmäßigerweise ist vorgesehen, daß das Aufnahmeelement oder der Aufnahmeabschnitt Öffnungen aufweist.
  • Es kann vorgesehen sein, daß die Schwenkachse im Bereich eines Griffs oder durch einen Griff des Trinkgefäßes verläuft.
  • Das Aufnahmeelement oder der Aufnahmeabschnitt kann in der ersten Stellung in oder parallel zu einer von der Trinköffnung festgelegten Ebene angeordnet sein.
  • Das Aufnahmeelement oder der Aufnahmeabschnitt kann sich in der zweiten Stellung in einem Bereich zwischen einer durch die Trinköffnung festgelegten Ebene und einem Boden des Trinkgefäßes befinden. Dabei kann vorgesehen sein, daß das Aufnahmeelement oder der Aufnahmeabschnitt in der zweiten Stellung gegen eine Wandung des Trinkgefäßes anliegt.
  • In einer Ausführungsform kann vorgesehen sein, daß das Aufnahmeelement oder der Aufnahmeabschnitt in der ersten Stellung mit einem Endabschnitt auf dem der Schwenkachse gegenüberliegenden Gefäßrand aufliegt. Hierbei besteht die Möglichkeit, daß die Schwenkachse an einem Zwischenhebel angeordnet ist, der seinerseits schwenkbar an dem Trinkgefäß gehalten ist. Alternativ zu einem Zwischenhebel kann in dem Aufnahmeelement ein Langloch ausgebildet sein, das mit der Schwenkachse eine verschiebliche und schwenkbare Halterung des Aufnahmeelements bildet.
  • Weiterhin besteht die Möglichkeit, daß das Aufnahmeelement über ein Kugelgelenk an dem Trinkgefäß gehalten ist.
  • Die Erfindung sieht als eine bevorzugte Variante vor, daß das Aufnahmeelement durch ein insbesondere formschlüssig wirkendes Rastmittel in der ersten Stellung selbsttätig gehalten ist. Alternativ zu einem Rastmittel könnte vorgesehen sein, daß die Schwenkbewegung des Aufnahmeelements schwergängig (hohe Reibungskraft) ist, so daß ebenfalls eine selbsttätige Feststellung in einer gewünschten Stellung, insbesondere der ersten Stellung, gewährleistet ist.
  • Alternativ zu einem Rastmittel könnte vorgesehen sein, daß das Aufnahmeelement mit Hilfe eines Arretierungsmittels in der ersten Stellung festgestellt werden kann, und nach Lösen des Arretierungsmittels in die zweite Stellung gebracht werden kann.
  • In jedem Falle kann es zweckmäßig sein, wenn ein zwischen Trinkgefäß und Aufnahmeelement wirkendes Federmittel vorgesehen ist, welches das Aufnahmeelement in Richtung auf die erste oder zweite Stellung vorspannt.
  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich weiterhin auf ein Aufnahmeelement mit einer schwenkbar damit verbundenen Halterung zur Anbringung an einem Trinkgefäß, wodurch ein erfindungsgemäßes Trinkgefäß gebildet wird. Die Halterung kann an einem Griff oder an dem Gefäßrand befestigbar sein, und sie kann bevorzugt als Klemmbefestigung und/oder U-förmig ausgebildet sein. Das Aufnahmeelement kann wie vorstehend erläutert ausgebildet sein, und die schwenkbare Verbindung kann ebenfalls wie vorstehend erläutert ausgebildet sein.
  • Weitere Vorteile und Merkmale der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung bevorzugter Ausführungsbeispiele, wobei auf eine Zeichnung Bezug genommen ist, in der
    • Fig. 1 ein erfindungsgemäßes Trinkgefäß zeigt, bei dem sich das Aufnahmeelement in der ersten Stellung befindet,
    • Fig. 2 das Trinkgefäß nach Fig. 1 zeigt, wobei sich das Aufnahmeelement in der zweiten Stellung befindet,
    • Fig. 3 das Trinkgefäß nach Fig. 1 in einer Längsschnittansicht zeigt,
    • Fig. 4 und 5 eine zweite Ausführungsform zeigen, und
    • Fig. 6 und 7 eine dritte Ausführungsform zeigen.
  • Fig. 1 zeigt eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform eines erfindungsgemäßen Trinkgefäßes, welches in Form eines Bechers 2 mit Griff 4 ausgebildet ist, mit einer von einem kreisförmigen Gefäß- bzw. Becherrand 6 umgrenzten Trinköffnung 8.
  • Ein insgesamt etwa U-förmiges Halterungsteil 10 umgreift einen oberen, horizontalen Griffabschnitt 4a von unten und erstreckt sich mit verlängerten Schenkelbereichen 10a über den Becherrand 6 nach innen. An den freien Enden der Schenkelbereiche 10a ist eine Schwenkachse 12 angebracht, die parallel zur Ebene der Trinköffnung 8 und horizontal ist, wenn der Becher 2 auf einer horizontalen Fläche abgestellt ist. Die Schwenkachse 12 ist entweder durchgehend ausgebildet oder besteht aus zwei zueinander weisenden oder voneinander weg gerichteten, fluchtenden, jeweils frei endenden Lagerstiften, die ein Schwenkelement bilden. Umgekehrt könnte ein Schwenkelement mit einer oder zwei Lagerbohrungen versehen sein, die an einer feststehenden Lagerachse oder zwei Lagerstiften schwenkbar gehalten ist/sind, wobei in jedem Fall das Schwenkelement (ausschließlich) um eine bezüglich des Trinkgefäßes feste Achse schwenkbar ist und das Aufnahmeelement fest mit dem Schwenkelement verbunden ist.
  • An der Schwenkachse 12 ist ein Aufnahmeelement 14 schwenkbar gehalten, welches einen Aufnahmeabschnitt 16 und einen Betätigungsabschnitt 18 aufweist. In einer ersten Stellung, die in Fig. 1 dargestellt ist, befindet sich der Aufnahmeabschnitt 16 im Bereich der Trinköffnung 8 und überdeckt diese teilweise, während sich der Betätigungsabschnitt 18 im Bereich des oberen Griffabschnitts 4a befindet. In einer zweiten Stellung, die in Fig. 2 dargestellt ist und gegenüber der ersten Stellung um nahezu 90° verschwenkt ist, liegt der Aufnahmeabschnitt 16 gegen die Innenwand des Bechers 2 an, während der Betätigungsabschnitt 18 nach oben gerichtet ist.
  • Der Aufnahmeabschnitt 16 ist quer zu seiner Längsrichtung, d.h. in Richtung der Schwenkachse 12 gesehen, gewölbt oder wannenförmig ausgebildet und weist eine Reihe von Durchbrechungen oder Öffnungen 20 auf. Alternativ könnte der Aufnahmeabschnitt V-förmig oder auch eben ausgebildet sein.
  • Der Aufnahmeabschnitt 16 kann wie dargestellt mit dem Betätigungsabschnitt 18 im wesentlichen in einer Ebene liegen, oder der Betätigungsabschnitt 18 kann gegenüber dem Aufnahmeabschnitt 16 abgewinkelt sein, beispielsweise um 45° oder 90°. Alternativ könnte der Betätigungsabschnitt ganz entfallen.
  • Zweckmäßigerweise ist ein Mittel vorgesehen, um das Aufnahmeelement 14 in der Fig. 1 und 3 dargestellten ersten Stellung arretieren. In einfachster Weise könnte hierfür die Schwenkachse 12 schwergängig ausgebildet sein, so daß das Aufnahmeelement in seiner jeweiligen Schwenkstellung allein durch Reibungskräfte gehalten wird. Weiterhin ist ein Rastmittel möglich, welches das Aufnahmeelement in der ersten Stellung hält. Beispielsweise könnte der Betätigungsabschnitt 18 formschlüssig zwischen den Schenkelbereichen 10a des Halterungselements 10 in der ersten Stellung einrasten.
  • In einer Variante kann die Schwenkachse 12 nicht fest an den Becher 2 angebracht sein, sondern an einem Zwischenhebel angelenkt sein, der seinerseits beispielsweise in einem unteren Bereich 4b des Griffs 4 schwenkbar gehalten ist. Der Zwischenhebel würde sich dann etwa zwischen dem unteren Bereich des Griffs und der in Fig. 1 bis 3 dargestellten Position der Schwenkachse (entsprechend 12) erstrecken und die Möglichkeit bieten, daß die Schwenkachse 12 um eine relativ geringe Entfernung im wesentlichen horizontal, d.h. in der Ebene der Trinköffnung 8, verlagert werden kann. Damit bestünde die Möglichkeit, daß das Aufnahmeelement 14 in der ersten Stellung auf dem der Schwenkachse gegenüberliegenden Becherrand aufliegen kann. Zum Überführen in die zweite Stellung könnte dann die Schwenkachse des Aufnahmeelements zurückbewegt werden, d.h. in einer von dem Becher wegweisenden Richtung, bis das Aufnahmeelement nicht mehr auf dem Becherrand aufliegt und die zweite Stellung geklappt werden kann.
  • Alternativ zu einem Zwischenhebel kann in dem Aufnahmeelement ein Langloch ausgebildet sein, das mit der Schwenkachse 12 zusammenwirkt und in der ersten Stellung eine Verlagerung in der oder parallel zu der Ebene der Trinköffnung 8 ermöglicht, so daß das vordere, von der Schwenkachse beabstandete Ende des Aufnahmeelements bzw. Aufnahmeabschnitts in der ersten Stellung auf dem der Schwenkachse gegenüberliegenden Becherrand aufliegen kann und zum Überführen in die zweite Stellung zurückbewegt werden kann.
  • Es kann ein weiteres Mittel vorgesehen sein, um das Aufnahmeelement in seiner zweiten Stellung zu sichern, beispielsweise ein weiteres Rastmittel oder eine Feder, die das Aufnahmeelement in Richtung auf die zweite Stellung vorspannt.
  • Das Halterungselement 10 kann von dem Becher bzw. dem Griffabschnitt 4a lösbar ausgebildet sein, so daß ein bestehender Becher ohne weiteres mit einem schwenkbaren Aufnahmeelement nachgerüstet bzw. dieses davon abgenommen werden kann.
  • In einer Abwandlung ist ein Scharnier oder mechanisches Gelenk, das die Feuerzange hält, mechanisch mit der Tasse verbunden. Die Feuerzange kann beispielsweise mit zwei Zuckerwürfeln belegt werden. Nach Abbrennen des Zuckers fügt sich die Zange in den Becher (Inhalt beispielsweise 0,2 1), ohne daß der Verzehr behindert wird.
  • Fig. 4 und 5 zeigen eine Ausführungsform, bei der ein Aufnahmeelement 14 als Drahtbügel mit einem Aufnahmeabschnitt 16 und einem Betätigungsabschnitt 18 gebildet ist, die jeweils aus einem U-förmig gebogenen Drahtabschnitt bestehen. An Schenkeln 18a des Betätigungsabschnitts 18 sind nicht im einzelnen dargestellte, in Lagervertiefungen 24 des Bechers 2 greifende, abgewinkelte Endabschnitte vorgesehen, die als Lagerstifte wirken und eine Schwenkachse 12 festlegen. Aufgrund der Elastizität des Betätigungsabschnitts 18 sind sie bzw. ist das Aufnahmeelement 14 leicht in den Becher 2 einsetz- und davon abnehmbar.
  • Der Griff oder Henkel 4 des Bechers 2 ist auf einer Seite oder auf beiden Seiten mit (jeweils) einer Rastnut 26 versehen, in die ein oder beide Schenkel 18a des Betätigungsabschnitts 18 in der ersten Stellung (Fig. 4) einrasten und so das Aufnahmeelement 14 in dieser Stellung fixieren. Nach Beendigung der Zubereitung kann das Aufnahmeelement mit einem Finger unter Überwindung der Federwirkung der Schenkel 18a in die in Fig. 5 gezeigte zweite Stellung geschwenkt werden.
  • Fig. 6 und 7 zeigen eine ähnliche Ausführungsform wie Fig. 4 und 5, wobei lediglich die Rastnut 26 durch einen oder zwei Rastvorsprünge 28 ersetzt sind, über den bzw. die der Betätigungsabschnitt 18 unter Überwindung seiner elastischen Federspannung bewegt werden muß, um die erste oder zweite Stellung zu erreichen. Die Rastvorsprünge 28 können bspw. halbkugelförmig ausgebildet sein.

Claims (13)

  1. Trinkgefäß mit einer von einem Gefäßrand (6) umgrenzten Trinköffnung (8), an dem ein Aufnahmeelement (14) um eine Schwenkachse (12) schwenkbar gehalten und fest mit einem um die Schwenkachse (12) schwenkbar gelagerten Schwenkelement verbunden ist, wobei das Aufnahmeelement (14) von einer ersten Stellung, in der es sich im Bereich der Trinköffnung (8) befindet und diese teilweise überdeckt, in eine zweite Stellungschwenkbar ist, in der es sich von der Trinköffnung (8) entfernt befindet und gegen eine Innenwand des Trinkgefäßes anliegt.
  2. Trinkgefäß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schwenkelement durch eine durchgehende Lagerachse gebildet ist.
  3. Trinkgefäß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schwenkelement durch zwei beabstandete, fluchtende, zueinander weisende Lagerstifte gebildet ist.
  4. Trinkgefäß nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (12) in einer oder parallel zu einer von der Trinköffnung (8) festgelegten Ebene liegt.
  5. Trinkgefäß nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Aufnahmeelement (14) beiderseits quer zu der Schwenkachse (12) erstreckt und einen Aufnahmeabschnitt (16) und einen Betätigungsabschnitt (18) aufweist.
  6. Trinkgefäß nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (12) im Bereich eines Griffs (4) oder durch einen Griff (4) des Trinkgefäßes verläuft.
  7. Trinkgefäß nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufnahmeelement (14) oder der Aufnahmeabschnitt (16) in der ersten Stellung mit einem Endabschnitt auf dem der Schwenkachse (12) gegenüberliegenden Gefäßwand (6) aufliegt.
  8. Trinkgefäß nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (12) an einem Zwischenhebel angeordnet ist, der seinerseits schwenkbar an dem Trinkgefäß gehalten ist.
  9. Trinkgefäß nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Aufnahmeelement (14) ein Langloch äusgebildet ist, das mit der Schwenkachse (12) eine verschiebliche und schwenkbare Halterung für das Aufnahmeelement (14) bildet.
  10. Trinkgefäß nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufnahmeelement (14) über ein Kugelgelenk an dem Trinkgefäß gehalten ist.
  11. Trinkgefäß nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufnahmeelement (14) durch ein Rastmittel in der ersten Stellung selbsttätig gehalten ist.
  12. Trinkgefäß nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zwischen Trinkgefäß (2) und Aufnahmeelement (14) wirkendes Federmittel das Aufnahmeelement (14) in Richtung auf die erste oder zweite Stellung vorspannt.
  13. Aufnahmeelement (14) mit einer schwenkbar damit verbundenen Halterung (10) zur Anbringung an einem Trinkgefäß und zur Bildung eines Trinkgefäßes nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche.
