Claims (31)

  1. Dispositif pour prélever le sperme de verrats, comprenant une bande de préhension (2) et un dispositif de serrage (1) qui est destiné à fixer de manière libérable la bande de préhension disposée autour du pénis de verrat (3) de façon que la pression nécessaire à l'éjaculation soit exercée par la bande de préhension ainsi fixée, la bande de préhension (2) présentant une longueur de 10 à 30 cm, une largeur maximale de 2 à 10 cm et une épaisseur de 0,1 à 3 cm.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bande de préhension (2) est en matériau flexible comprimable.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la bande de préhension (2) présente une surface rugueuse et anti-dérapante.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bande de préhension (2) est réalisée en polyuréthane, EPDM, silicone, latex, caoutchouc mousse ou autres matériaux, en particulier moussés.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une surface de la bande de préhension (2) est pourvue de boutons (4) et/ou de bandes longitudinales et transversales de hauteur et de largeur identiques ou différentes.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les boutons (4) et/ou bandes sont disposées en formant un motif.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une surface de la bande de préhension (2) est munie d'une ou plusieurs portions adhésives et/ou une ou plusieurs boucles de maintien.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la largeur de la bande de préhension (2) diminue en direction des extrémités.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bande de préhension (2) présente un matériau dégageant de la chaleur.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend un corps plat qui est disposé au-dessous ou au-dessus de la bande de préhension (2) ou est relié rigidement à la bande de préhension et s'étend à partir de celle-ci.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le corps plat est une feuille ayant une largeur telle que le pénis de verrat (3) peut en être entouré au moins partiellement et ayant une longueur telle que la feuille s'étend de la bande de préhension disposée autour du pénis du verrat jusqu'au-delà de la pointe du pénis.
  12. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un récipient (13) ou sachet relié à la bande de préhension (2) .
  13. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un corps tubulaire (14) relié à la bande de préhension (2) et ouvert aux extrémités.
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le récipient (13) est disposé dans le corps tubulaire (14) et est réalisé d'un seul tenant avec celui-ci.
  15. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de serrage (1) comprend deux doigts (8, 9) s'étendant de manière parallèle entre eux, entre lesquels les extrémités de la bande de préhension (2) peuvent être disposées en se chevauchant mutuellement et serrées à bloc.
  16. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de serrage (1) présente au moins un mors de serrage (5) apte à pivoter et verrouillable, permettant de serrer de manière libérable les extrémités de la bande de préhension (2).
  17. Dispositif selon la revendication 16 précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le mors de serrage (5) peut pivoter autour d'un axe disposé parallèlement à un doigt (8, 9).
  18. Dispositif selon la revendication 17 précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un des doigts (8, 9) comprend un cylindre rotatif.
  19. Dispositif selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre peut tourner librement dans une direction tandis que la rotation peut être bloquée au choix dans l'autre direction.
  20. Dispositif selon la revendication 18 ou 19, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre présente une résistance à la rotation apte à permettre la fixation de la bande de préhension.
  21. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 18 à 20, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend un entraînement permettant d'actionner ou d'arrêter le cylindre.
  22. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de serrage (1) présente une unité de fixation (6) pour fixation sur un dispositif fixe, en particulier un fantôme.
  23. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend un système qui permet d'exercer une pression ou traction permanente ou intermittente et/ou des mouvements de pression ou vibrations sur la bande de préhension (2) et/ou le pénis du verrat.
  24. Procédé pour prélever le sperme de verrats, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - stimuler le pénis (3) du verrat,
    - placer une bande de préhension dans la paume de la main,
    - saisir le pénis du verrat de façon que le pénis soit entouré par la bande de préhension (2) sur au moins la moitié de sa périphérie, et
    - fixer la bande de préhension (2) au moyen d'un dispositif de serrage après que l'érection ait eu lieu, de façon que la pression nécessaire à l'éjaculation soit exercée par la bande de préhension (2) ainsi fixée.
  25. Procédé selon la revendication 24, caractérisé en ce qu'un corps en forme de feuille ou prolongement de la bande de préhension (2), entourant au moins partiellement la pointe du pénis, est placé autour du pénis (3) du verrat.
  26. Procédé selon la revendication 24 ou 25, caractérisé en ce que le sperme éjaculé par le verrat est recueilli dans un contenant (7), de préférence dans un récipient ou sachet muni d'un filtre à sperme.
  27. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 24 à 26, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend l'étape consistant à détacher un récipient ou corps tubulaire relié à la bande de préhension (2) après le début du processus d'éjaculation pour extraire du sperme ou liquide préséminal éjaculé pendant la phase initiale du processus d'éjaculation.
  28. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 24 à 27, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend l'étape de fixation du dispositif de serrage (1) sur un dispositif fixe, en particulier un fantôme.
  29. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 24 à 28, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend l'étape de stimulation du pénis (3) du verrat ou de l'éjaculation avec la main avant introduction des extrémités de la bande de préhension (2) dans un dispositif de serrage (1) .
  30. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 24 à 29, caractérisé en ce que, lors du processus de prélèvement de sperme, une pression, traction permanentes ou intermittentes, mouvements de pression, mouvements de battement avec une durée variable de la phase de pression et/ou vibrations sont exercés sur la bande de préhension (2) ou le pénis (3) du verrat.
  31. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 24 à 30, caractérisé en ce que la bande de préhension (2) est collée sur la surface intérieure d'un gant et/ou maintenue au moyen d'une ou plusieurs boucles de maintien.
