Ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un corps creux (3) rigide, allongé, ouvert à l'extrémité proximale, destiné à recevoir l'extrémité distale d'un pénis, en ce que l'extrémité proximale du corps creux (3), à l'état assemblé, est insérée dans l'extrémité distale du manchon (2), en rendant étanche l'espace intérieur (23) délimité par le corps creux (3) et le manchon (2), et reliée de manière amovible à celle-ci, en ce que dans l'espace intérieur (23) délimité par le manchon (2) et le corps creux (3) est situé un insert tubulaire (4) qui est composé d'un matériau élastique et fixé sur son bord proximal (24) dans la région de transition entre le manchon (2) et le corps creux (3) et qui s'étend dans la direction distale vers l'intérieur du corps creux (3) et en ce que le corps creux (3) est équipé dans sa région distale d'un appareil d'évacuation (27) mais est pour le reste fermé. Ce dispositif reste bien en place et empêche un reflux de l'urée sortant du pénis.
