Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schale zum Mischen von Haarbehandlungsmitteln, insbesondere Haarfärbeprodukten, mit einem Boden, mit einer umlaufenden Wandung, die eine Öffnung definiert, und mit einer Halterung für eine Produkt­kennzeichnung, insbesondere Teile einer Umverpackung des Haarbehandlungsmittels.

Schale
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schale zum Mischen von Haarbehandlungsmitteln, insbesondere Haarfärbeprodukten, mit einem Boden, mit einer umlaufenden Wandung, die eine Öffnung definiert, und mit einer Halterung für eine Produktkennzeichnung, insbesondere Teile einer Umverpackung des Haarbehandlungsmittels.
Es ist oft nötig und/oder gewünscht, das Haar mit Haarbehandlungsmitteln, wie z. B. Pflegemitteln, Medikamenten, Bleichmittel oder Haarfarben bzw. Tönungen, zu behandeln, die angemischt werden müssen. Hierzu werden im professionellen Bereich meist Einwegschalen aus recyclebarem Kunststoff verwendet.
So wird beim Färben von Haaren im professionellen Bereich oft mit unterschiedlichen Farbnuancen und Farbtönen gearbeitet. Dabei ist es notwendig, den Überblick über die angerührten unterschiedlichen Farbmischungen zu behalten. Dies bereitet jedoch oft Schwierigkeiten, da die Produkte oft ein ähnliches Aussehen aufweisen.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Schale bereitzustellen, in der die Haarbehandlungsmittel, insbesondere Haarfärbeprodukte gemischt werden können und die eine einfache Kennzeichnung des angemischten Produktes in der Schale erlaubt. Zudem soll die Schale eine exakte Anmischung des Haarbehandlungsmittels ohne Überdosierung erlauben. Auch soll die Schale einfach zu lagern und herzustellen sein. Diese Aufgabe wird durch die in Anspruch 1 wiedergegebene Erfindung gelöst.
Die erfindungsgemäße Schale für Haarbehandlungsmittel, insbesondere Haarfärbeprodukte, weist einen Boden und eine umlaufende Wandung auf, die eine Öffnung definiert. Zusätzlich ist sie mit einer Halterung für Teile einer Umverpackung des Haarbehandlungsmittels (Produktkennzeichnung), insbesondere Haarfärbeproduktes, versehen, so dass der Frisör ein kennzeichnendes Stück der Umverpackung des Produktes an der Schale befestigen kann. Dies wird meist der Teil der Verpackung sein, der z. B. die Farbnuance oder den Farbton wiedergibt.
Zur einfacheren Befestigung ist die Halterung dazu vorzugsweise als Klemmvorrichtung ausgebildet. Die Klemmvorrichtung kann vielerlei Gestalt annehmen. So kann z. B. eine kleine Krokodilklemme oder Ähnliches an der Schale angeklebt sein.
Besonders günstig ist es jedoch, wenn die Halterung bzw. Klemmvorrichtung integraler Bestandteil der Schale ist, d. h. einstückig mit der Schale ausgebildet ist.
In einer Ausführungsform weist die Schale zumindest um einen Bereich der Öffnung einen Rand auf. Dieser kann ein um die Öffnung umlaufender Rand sein, wobei er auch die Öffnung vollständig oder nur teilweise umgeben kann. Vorzugsweise ist in diesem Fall die Klemmvorrichtung durch den Rand gebildet. Somit ist eine einfache Herstellung der Klemmvorrichtung zusammen mit der Schale möglich.
Insbesondere kann der Rand zur Ausbildung der Klemmvorrichtung eine gegenüber der Fläche des übrigen Randes durch zwei Schlitze getrennte flexible Zunge aufweisen. Dann kann die Produktkennzeichnung nach Art einer Büroklammer zwischen Zunge und Rand eingeklemmt werden. I st die Zunge gegenüber der Fläche des übrigen Randes versetzt, so können Teile einer aus dickerem Material (z. B. Pappe) bestehenden Umverpackung als Produktkennzeichnung eingesetzt bzw. eingeklemmt werden. Auch bricht die Zunge dann nicht ab. Vorzugsweise entspricht der Versatz der Zunge etwa der Dicke des Randes bzw. dessen Materialstärke, respektive der einzusteckenden Kennzeichung. Günstig ist es zudem, wenn das Material zur Herstellung des Randes in der verwendeten Stärke elastisch ist, so dass die Gefahr des Abbrechens zumindest vermindert ist. Ebenso wirkt es sich günstig aus, wenn die Zunge zum Rand hin ansteigt und damit den Versatz leicht minimiert.
Nach einer weiteren Ausführungsform weist der Rand mindestens zwei Bereiche unterschiedlicher Breite auf. Ein Bereich weist eine kleine Breite und der andere Bereich eine größere Breite auf. Der Bereich größerer Breite kann dann als Griff verwendet werden. Vorzugsweise sind die Bereiche gleicher Breite auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Öffnung angeordnet. Dabei kann die Klemmvorrichtung im Bereich mit größerer Breite angeordnet sein.
Damit der Rand gut greifbar ist, kann er leicht gebogen ausgeführt sein. So kann er z. B. konvex oder konkav ausgestaltet sein, d. h. der Rand ist ausgehend von der Öffnung der Schale geringfügig nach unten oder oben gebogen.
Wenn der Boden der Schale nach Innen eingestülpt ist, dann ist es einfacher das Produkt aus der Schale vollständig zu entnehmen.
Zur Rutschverhinderung kann der Boden an der Unterseite mit einem Gummielement oder Ähnlichen versehen sein.
Vorzugswiese ist die Innenseite der Wandung der Schale mit einer Messskala für den Inhalt der Schale versehen, so dass das zu mischende Produkt ohne zusätzliche Hilfen in der Schale selbst abgemessen bzw. dosiert und fertig angemischt werden kann. Es kann sinnvoll sein, dass die Skalierung zweifach auf - A -
der Innenseite vorhanden ist. Die Messskala wird Günstigerweise bei der Herstellung der Schale in die Innenseite der Wandung eingebracht. So kann z. B. die Skala bei der Herstellung abgeformt oder eingeprägt werden.
Vorteilhafterweise ist die oben beschriebene Schale derart bemessen und ausgestaltet ist, dass sie stapelbar ist, d. h. mehrere Schalen in einander gesteckt einen Stapel bilden, der weniger Raum beansprucht, als die einzeln angeordneten Schalen.
Weitere Merkmale, Einzelheiten und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung eines Ausführungsbeispieles anhand der Zeichnung. Es zeigen:

Die in den Figuren dargestellte Schale zum Mischen von Haarfärbemittel ist als Ganzes mit 1 bezeichnet und wird von einem Boden 2 und einer sich von diesem nach oben erweiternden, umlaufenden Wandung 3 gebildet. Die gesamte Schale 1 und ihre Bestandteile sind einstückig aus einem geeigneten Kunststoffmaterial geringer Stärke bzw. Dicke z. B. durch Tiefziehen aus einem Kunststoffblatt oder Spritzgießen aus Kunststoffgranulat, hergestellt. Der Boden 2 weist einen etwa kreisrunden Querschnitt auf. Die Wandung 3 weist also im Schnitt gesehen etwa die Gestalt eines auf dem Kopf stehenden Kegelstumpfes auf (vgl. Fig. 5).
Der Boden 2 ist dabei nach innen eingestülpt und weist im Schnitt etwa eine konvexe Form auf, so dass Haarfärbemittel in der Schale dazu neigt sich in dem Bereich des Übergangs zwischen Boden 2 und Wandung 3 anzusammeln. Dies erlaubt eine einfache und möglichst vollständige Entnahme. Der Boden 2 weist eine umlaufende Nut 13 in der Unterseite auf, in die ein Gummieinsatz 12 eingesetzt ist, so dass die Schale 1 nicht beim Mischen verrutscht.
Die Wandung 3 definiert an der Oberseite eine Öffnung 4 mit ebenfalls etwa kreisrundem Querschnitt. Von der Öffnung 4 nach Außen hin erstreckt sich ein umlaufender Rand 5, der nach Außen hin zunehmend leicht nach oben gebogen ist.
Der Rand 5 weist Bereiche unterschiedlicher Breite auf. Bereiche gleicher Breite liegen dabei auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Öffnung 4. Zwei Bereiche 9 mit größerer Breite liegen in Figur 2 gesehen jeweils links und rechts und zwei Bereiche 10 mit kleinerer Breite liegen in Figur 2 gesehen oben und unten. Aufgrund der leichten Biegung nach oben lassen sich die Bereiche 9 mit größerer Breite gut mit der Hand greifen und dienen als Griff. Dazu sind die Bereiche 9 mit einer stumpfen Endseite 14 versehen, die jeweils eine leicht zur Öffnung 4 hin gekrümmte Kante aufweist.
In dem Rand 5 ist eine Halterung 6 in Form einer Klemmvorrichtung für Teile der Umverpackung des Haarfärbemittels ausgebildet. Dazu wird vorzugsweise ein Teil der Umverpackung verwendet, auf dem die Angaben zur Farbnuance oder Farbton dargestellt sind. Dieses Teil, meist ein kleines Rechteck aus Pappe, wird in die Klemmvorrichtung nach Art einer Briefklammer eingeklemmt, so dass die Angaben von oben gut sichtbar sind. In dem dargestellten Beispiel ist die Halterung 6 in einem der Bereiche 9 mit größerer Breite angeordnet. Sie liegt zwischen der stumpfen Endseite 14 und dem Bereich 10 mit kleinerer Breite, so dass sich die Schale 1 trotzdem gut greifen lässt.
Die Halterung 6 ist von einer flexiblen Zunge 7 gebildet, die durch zwei Schlitze 8 vom übrigen Rand 5 getrennt und gegenüber der Fläche 11 des übrigen Randes nach unten zum Boden 2 hin versetzt ist. Der Versatz der Zunge 7 gegenüber dem übrigen Rand 5 entspricht dabei etwa der Dicke des Randes 5 bzw. der Stärke des verwendeten Materials im Bereich des Randes 5. Die Zunge 7 ist somit nur über einen "geknickten" Bereich 15 flexibel mit dem übrigen Rand 5 verbunden, jedoch einstückig mit diesem ausgebildet. Somit kann sie unter leichtem Druck beim Einklemmen des Rechtecks aus Pappe nach unten in Richtung Boden 2 nachgeben und das Pappstück federnd zwischen sich und dem Rand 5 einklemmen ohne zu brechen.
An der Innenseite der Wandung 3 ist ferner eine Messskala 16 eingeprägt, die ein Abmessen, Dosieren und Verdünnen des Haarfärbemittels ohne weitere Hilfsmittel erlaubt (vgl. Fig. 1 und 5). Sie wird bei der Herstellung der Schale 1 eingeprägt.
In Figur 5 erkennt man, dass die Schale 1 derart bemessen und ausgestaltet ist, dass sie, z. B. zur Aufbewahrung und Verpackung, unter guter Raumausnutzung auf weitere Schalen gleichen Ausmaßes und Ausgestaltung stapelbar ist. Bezugszeichenliste

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Schale (1) zum Mischen von Haarbehandlungsmitteln, insbesondere Haarfärbeprodukten, mit einem Boden (2), mit einer umlaufenden Wandung (3), die eine Öffnung (4) definiert, und mit einer Halterung (6) für eine Produktkennzeichnung, insbesondere Teile einer Umverpackung des Haarbehandlungsmittels.
2. Schale nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterung (5) als Klemmvorrichtung (5, 7, 8) ausgebildet ist.
3. Schale nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterung (6) integraler Bestandteil der Schale (1) ist.
4. Schale nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch einen Rand (5) zumindest um einen Bereich der Öffnung (4).
5. Schale nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rand ein um die Öffnung (4) umlaufender Rand (5) ist.
6. Schale nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rand (5) die Öffnung (4) vollständig umgibt.
7. Schale nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmvorrichtung (5, 7, 8) durch den Rand (5) gebildet ist.
8. Schale nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rand (5) zur Ausbildung der Klemmvorrichtung (5, 7, 8) eine gegenüber der Fläche (11) des übrigen Randes durch zwei Schlitze (8) getrennte flexible Zunge (7) aufweist.
9. Schale nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zunge (7) gegenüber der Fläche (11 ) des übrigen Randes (5) versetzt ist.
10. Schale nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Versatz der Zunge (7) etwa der Dicke des Randes (5) entspricht.
11. Schale nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material zur Herstellung des Randes (5) in der verwendeten Stärke elastisch ist.
12. Schale nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 11 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rand (5) mindestens zwei Bereiche (9, 10) unterschiedlicher Breite aufweist.
13. Schale nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Klemmvorrichtung (5, 7, 8) im Bereich (9) größerer Breite angeordnet ist.
14. Schale nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bereiche (9; 10) gleicher Breite auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Öffnung (4) angeordnet sind.
15. Schale nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rand (5) leicht gebogen ausgeführt ist.
16. Schale nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (2) der Schale (1) nach Innen eingestülpt ist.
17. Schale nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (2) an der Unterseite mit einem Gummielement (12) versehen ist.
18. Schale nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenseite der Wandung (3) mit mindestens einer Messskala (16) für den Inhalt versehen ist.
19. Schale nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messskala (16) derart ausgestaltet ist, dass sie bei der Herstellung der Schale (1) in die Innenseite der Wandung eingebracht werden kann.
20. Schale nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie derart bemessen und ausgestaltet ist, dass sie stapelbar ist.
