Claims (18)
- Machine for equipping bottles (2) or similar containers, with at least one conveyor element (9) for moving the containers (2) on a conveyor section on a machine frame (8), and with at least one labelling unit (11) which is arranged at the side of the conveyor section (9) and is arranged free-standing on a floor (7), and centred by centring elements (16, 17) with respect to the conveyor section,
characterised in that the centring means (14,19) are fastened to the floor (7) independently, i.e. separately from the machine. - Machine according to claim 1, characterised in that the centring means are formed by a centring and docking unit (14) provided on at least one centring and supporting bearing (13, 13a; 21) on the centring bearing side, and by a centring and/or docking unit (19) on the unit side co-operating therewith, and that the respective centring and supporting bearing (13, 21) is fastened independently to the floor (7).
- Machine according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that only one centring of the labelling unit (11) in relation to the machine frame (8) takes place via the centring means or the centring and docking units (14, 19) forming these, in which no transfer of load to the centring and docking unit (14, 19) takes place.
- Machine according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the centring means or the centring and docking units (14, 19) forming these simultaneously serve as load-transferring or load-supporting rest for the labelling unit (11).
- Machine according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that in order to adjust the inclination of the labelling unit (11), the centring means or the centring and docking unit (14, 19) on the centring bearing side and/or on the unit side forming these, are designed for a swivelling movement about a horizontal or approximately horizontal swivel axis to enable the inclination to be adjusted.
- Machine according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the labelling unit (11) has at least one height-adjustable foot (20).
- Machine according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the at least one centring and docking unit (14) on the centring bearing side and/or the at least one centring and docking unit (19) on the unit side form at least one supporting surface, against which the centring and docking unit (19) on the unit side or the centring and docking unit (14) on the centring bearing side abuts with an opposite surface.
- Machine according to claim 7, characterised in that the supporting surface has a convex curvature at least about an axis parallel to the swivel axis.
- Machine according to claim 7 or 8, characterised in that the at least one supporting surface is spherical or partly spherical in form.
- Machine according to one of claims 7 - 9, characterised in that the at least one supporting surface is formed from a surface or part-surface of a circular cylinder.
- Machine according to one of claims 7 - 10, characterised in that the centring and docking unit (14) has at least two spatially separated supporting surfaces or coupling and centring elements (16).
- Machine according to claim 11, characterised in that the at least two supporting surfaces are offset with respect to each other in the direction of the swivel axis.
- Machine according to one of claims 7 - 12, characterised in that the supporting surface is formed by a centring and coupling element.
- Machine according to claim 13, characterised in that the centring and coupling element (16) is a spherical head or a rod rounded off at one end.
- Machine according to claim 13 or 14, characterised in that the centring and coupling element is a pin.
- Machine according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the machine frame (8) likewise rests, for example with feet (6a), on the centring and supporting bearing (21).
- Machine according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the conveyor element is a rotor (9) which can be driven in rotation about a vertical machine axis.
- Machine according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the centring and docking units (14) and/or the coupling or centring elements (16) determine at least the orientation of the labelling unit (11) on the centring bearing side in terms of height and/or in the swivelling position about an axis parallel to the unit axis (EA).
