The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the locking member (7) comprises a curved rod approximately in the form of a hairpin whereof the end (7e) of one (7a) branch (7a, 7b) is curved with the convexity opposite the other branch (7b) and makes up the protruding part, the hairpin-shaped rod being able to be inserted by its curved part (7c) connecting its branches (7a, 7b) into its housing (6) of the frame (1) through an aperture (9) of that frame to be held captive in its housing (6) by the elastic return force separating the two branches (7a, 7b) of the hairpin-shaped rod from each other while bearing respectively on two inner opposite faces defining the housing (6) of the frame (1), the curved end (7e) of the branch (7a) of the hairpin-shaped rod (7) protruding from the aperture (9) of the frame (1) and being able to be elastically engaged in the conjugated cavity (2b) of the bridging element (2) in the closed position thereof.

The device according to claim 2, characterized in that the hairpin-shaped rod (7) is held captive in the housing (6) of the frame (1) such that its parallel branches (7a, 7b) are situated in a plane substantially parallel to the plane of the opening of the frame (1) needing to be locked by the bridging element (2).

The device according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the branch (7a) of the hairpin-shaped rod (7) having the curved locking end (7e) is longer than its other branch (7b) and is curved over a portion (7d) of the connection between its straight branch (7a) and its curved locking end (7e) to allow the latter to protrude from the aperture (9) of the frame (1).

The device according to one of claims 2 to 4, characterized in that the housing (6) of the frame (1) emerges inside the latter through a second aperture (10) opposite the first aperture (9) in the longitudinal direction of the hairpin-shaped rod (7), the second aperture (10) allowing the insertion of a tool to expel the hairpin-shaped rod (7) outside its housing (6) through the first aperture (9).

The device according to one of claims 2 to 8, characterized in that a blocking member (11), such as a screw, can be removably fastened in the frame (1) through the housing (6) of the hairpin-shaped rod (7) to block the branch (7a) with the curved end (7e) of that rod in its position locking the bridging element (2).

The device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the frame (1) comprises, formed therein, a second housing (6) opposite the first housing (6) and capable of removably receiving the member (7) making it possible to elastically lock the bridging element (2) to the frame (1) in the closed position thereof, the bridging element (2) being able to be mounted at will hinged to the side (3) of the frame (1) where the first or second housing (6) is located such that the housing (6) opposite the hinge (X-X') of the bridging element (2) to the frame (1) can receive the locking member (7).
