Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Verschließen eines Rahmens, umfassend einen Rahmen (1), eine Abdeckvorrichtung (2), wie z.B. ein Gitter oder ein Stopfen, gelenkig montiert an den Rahmen (1) zwischen einer Position der Öffnung und einer Position des Verschlusses des Rahmens (1), und ein Verriegelungsorgan (7), das ermöglicht, das Abdeckelement (2) an den Rahmen (1) in der Position des Verschlusses des Rahmens (1) zu verriegeln, wobei der Rahmen (1), angeordnet in dieser, gegenüber der gelenkigen Verbindung (X, X') des Abdeckelements (2) des Rahmens (1), eine Aufnahme (6) umfasst, die dazu geeignet ist, auf abnehmbare Weise das Verriegelungsorgan (7) aufzunehmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungsorgan (7) ausgelegt ist, um in der Aufnahme (6) des Rahmens (1) vor dem Verschluss des Rahmens (1) aufgenommen zu werden, und einen Teil (7e) umfasst, der aus der Aufnahme (6) des Rahmens (1) hervorsteht, wenn das Verriegelungsorgan (7) in dieser Aufnahme (6) aufgenommen ist, wobei der Teil (7e), der hervorsteht; elastisch in einen zusammengesetzten Hohlraum (2b) des Abdeckelements (2) in der Position des Verschlusses des Rahmens (1) eingreifen kann, um das Abdeckelement (2) an den Rahmen (1) zu verriegeln.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungsorgan (7) einen annähernd in Form einer Haarnadel gekrümmten Schaft aufweist, wobei einer (7a) ihrer Zweige (7a, 7b) an seinem Ende (7e) konvex gekrümmt ist, gegenüber dem anderen Zweig (7b) und den hervorstehenden Teil darstellt, wobei der Schaft in Form einer Haarnadel durch seinen gekrümmten Teil (7c) der Verbindung seiner Zweige (7a, 7b) in seine Aufnahme (6) des Rahmens (1) über ein Fenster (9) dieses Rahmens eingeführt werden kann, um in seiner Aufnahme (6) durch die elastische Rückstellkraft festgehalten zu werden,
    die die Zweige (7a, 7b) des Schafts in Form einer Haarnadel voneinander entfernt, jeweils gestützt auf zwei interne gegenüber liegende Seiten, die die Aufnahme (6) des Rahmens (1) begrenzen, wobei das gekrümmte Ende (7e) des Zweigs (7a) des Schafts in Form einer Haarnadel (7) aus dem Fenster (9) des Rahmens (1) hervorsteht und elastisch in den zusammengesetzten Hohlraum (2b) des Abdeckelements (2) in der Position des Verschlusses dieses Letzteren eingreifen kann.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaft in Form einer Haarnadel (7) in der Aufnahme (6) des Rahmens (1) festgehalten wird, so dass sich seine parallelen Zweige (7a, 7b) in einer Ebene befinden, die im Wesentlichen parallel zur Ebene der Öffnung des Rahmens (1) ist, der vom Abdeckelement (2) verschlossen werden muss.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zweig (7a) des Schafts in Form einer Haarnadel (7), der das gekrümmte Verriegelungsende (7e) aufweist, eine Länge aufweist, die größer als diejenige des anderen Zweigs (7b) ist, und auf einem Abschnitt (7d) der Verbindung zwischen seinem geradlinigen Zweig (7a) und seinem gekrümmten Verriegelungsende (7e) gekrümmt ist, um zu ermöglichen, dass dieser Letztere aus dem Fenster (9) des Rahmens (1) hervorsteht.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (6) des Rahmens (1) in das Innere davon durch ein zweites Fenster (10) mündet, das dem ersten Fenster (9) in der Längsrichtung des Schafts in Form einer Haarnadel (7) gegenüber liegt, wobei das zweite Fenster (10) die Einführung eines Werkzeugs ermöglicht, um den Schaft in Form einer Haarnadel (7) aus seiner Aufnahme (6) über das erste Fenster (9) auszustoßen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende (7f) des geradlinigen Zweigs (7b) des Schafts in Form einer Haarnadel (7), die demjenigen (7a), der das gekrümmte Verriegelungsende (7e) trägt, gegenüber liegt, ebenfalls in der Ebene seines Zweigs (7b) in Richtung des anderen Zweigs (7a) gekrümmt ist, und elastisch in Auflage auf einem zusammengesetzten Teil der entsprechenden inneren Seite der Aufnahme (6) des Schafts in Form einer Haarnadel (7) gehalten wird, um die elastische Annäherung der zwei Zweige (7a, 7b) beim Ausstoß des Schafts in Form einer Haarnadel (7) aus seiner Aufnahme (6) hervorzurufen.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungsende (7e) des Zweigs (7a) des Schafts in Form einer Haarnadel (7) auf der Ebene dieses Zweigs gekrümmt ist.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das gekrümmte Verriegelungsende (7e) des Zweigs (7a) des Schafts in Form einer Haarnadel (7) in einer Schneckenlinie in Form des Endes eines Korkenziehers gekrümmt ist.
  9. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Blockierungsorgan (11), wie z.B. eine Schraube, abnehmbar im Rahmen (1) über die Aufnahme (6) des Schafts in Form einer Haarnadel (7) befestigt sein kann, um den Zweig (7a) mit gekrümmtem Ende (7e) dieses Schafts in seiner Position der Verriegelung des Abdeckelements (2) zu blockieren.
  10. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (1), angebracht in diesem, eine zweite Aufnahme (6) umfasst, die der ersten Aufnahme (6) gegenüber liegt und dazu in der Lage ist, das Organ (7) abnehmbar aufzunehmen, wodurch ermöglicht wird, das Abdeckelement (2) elastisch an den Rahmen (1) in seiner Position des Verschlusses zu verriegeln, wobei das Abdeckelement (2) wahlweise an der Seite (3) des Rahmens (1) gelenkig montiert sein kann, an der sich die erste oder die zweite Aufnahme (6) befindet, so dass die Aufnahme (6) gegenüber dem Gelenk (X-X') des Abdeckelements (2) an den Rahmen (1) das Verriegelungsorgan (7) aufnehmen kann.
