Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a device for laying a fleece from a card web, comprising a transversely to a delivery conveyor belt above the same movable laying carriage and a superstructure and several Flortransportb selected for transporting the card web over the superstructure and the laying carriage in a laying carriage formed on the discharge gap for storage the flag web on the delivery conveyor.
  • a device of this kind is from the EP 0 865 521 B1 known.
  • the pile recording has a tape inlet of the transport and laying belts (hereinafter Flortransportb stands) having an obliquely downwardly inclined inlet section with two adjacent running belt sections of Flortransportb stands.
  • the band sections which are brought together at the entrance to the strip inlet, form a narrow inlet slot adapted to the board thickness and run in the inlet section substantially parallel or at an acute angle to each other and close to each other in such a way that they guide or cover the pile on both sides in the inlet section.
  • both pile conveyor belts are passed through the superstructure and through the laying carriage.
  • the previously known constructions have a relatively complicated course of their pile conveyor belts, in particular on the superstructure, where the one of the web conveyor supporting pile conveyor belts wraps around a deflection roller delimiting the inlet section at its lower end by more than 90 °.
  • the arrangement is further complicated by the fact that the second pile conveyor belt is also passed through the superstructure, according to the construction EP 0 865 521 B1 even such that it is the first pile conveyor belt Accompanied in the obliquely downwardly facing inlet section at close range.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a device of the type mentioned above, which has a simpler, yet reliable guidance of the belts involved in card web transport and pile storage. This object is achieved by a nonwoven, the features of which are specified in claim 1 and in claim 3. Advantageous developments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
  • a guide means facing the obliquely downwardly inclined portion of the first Flortransportbandes and forms an inlet gap with this can consist of a series of closely spaced rollers, which are preferably motor-driven individually or as a group, but which can also be driven by mechanical coupling with the guide rollers of the uppercarriage.
  • the rollers are optionally interlocking, driven disc rollers.
  • the guide device consists of an endlessly revolving in the superstructure, connected to a separate drive belt, according to a fourth variant of a driven, the lower guide roller of the upper carriage opposite roller and according to a fifth variant of two driven rollers, the upper and facing lower guide rollers in the upper carriage at a close distance.
  • the guide device is a smooth guide plate opposite the first pile conveyor belt.
  • the guide belt of the third variant which revolves endlessly in the superstructure, can be designed as a screen belt in a preferred embodiment.
  • the rollers of the guide device may be screen rollers. When using disc rollers, these offer the desired air leakage function from home.
  • the first pile conveyor belt may be a screen belt.
  • the derivation of air from the pile when pressing the pile on the first Flortransportband is favored.
  • This construction is particularly suitable for the first embodiment of the invention, since in her the first Flortransportband only transport function, but not at the same time masking tape, because a masking tape should be smooth if possible.
  • the formation of this pile conveyor belt as a sieve belt also makes it possible in a simple manner to exercise a controlled stretching function with the fleece layer. Details will be explained later.
  • both the first pile conveyor belt and the endless belt circulating in the superstructure to be designed as screen belts.
  • the combination of a wire belt as the first belt conveyor belt and screen rollers in the superstructure is also possible.
  • the basic variants of the invention which fall under the common concept of the invention differ from one another in that in the first variant the first pile conveyor belt runs exclusively through the superstructure, but not also through the laying carriage.
  • the second pile conveyor belt which the flag web on its way between the Supporting the uppercarriage and the laying carriage in a horizontal section and leading into the discharge gap takes over a covering function for the web deposited on the delivery conveyor belt beyond the delivery gap.
  • This band section is led back beyond the delivery conveyor belt via a transversely to the delivery conveyor belt movably guided tensioning carriage to the laying carriage.
  • a second band can be passed, which assumes a covering function on the side facing away from the second Flortransportband side of the laying carriage.
  • This separate cover strip is at the same level as the covering function, taking the laying carriage leaving section of the second Flortransportbandes.
  • the separate cover strip is guided to a tensioning roller and from this back to the laying carriage, said tensioning roller can be stored in the same clamping carriage, as the tensioning roller of the second Flortransportbandes, because the translational instantaneous movements of the two tensioning rollers in the operation of the batt are synchronous with each other.
  • This clamping carriage is preferably arranged to save space below the Abarritransportbandes and therefore runs in opposite direction to the movement of the laying carriage.
  • the masking tapes are preferably smooth so as not to disturb the laid web when touched.
  • the first pile conveyor belt is passed not only through the superstructure, but also through the laying carriage, comparable to what is described in said prior art.
  • a fleece layer of this type thus has only two circumferential bands, of which only one is passed through the superstructure.
  • the two pile conveyor belts are preferably smooth.
  • the first pile conveyor belt together with the second pile conveyor belt can be passed through the laying carriage up to the discharge gap above the delivery conveyor belt, provided that the friction between the belts and the intermediate conveyor belt on the guide roller which is common in this case in the laying carriage is not harmful to the card web.
  • the first pile conveyor belt in the superstructure over other, there mounted guide rollers are guided to separate it before the Ablegespalt of the card web to reunite with him immediately before reaching the Ablegespalts as already described in the prior art itself.
  • Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of a first embodiment of the invention in a frontally with respect to the delivery conveyor belt view.
  • an endlessly circulating delivery conveyor belt 1 which is intended to carry away a laid nonwoven in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the transport direction.
  • an upper guide roller 2 is shown in phantom.
  • a laying carriage 3 on rails (not shown) moved back and forth.
  • two guide rollers 4 and 5 are freely rotatably mounted.
  • the first guide roller 4 is of a first cover 6 teilumschlept having a lower strand, which runs at a close distance above the delivery conveyor belt 1 to a driven guide roller 7, via a further stationary guide roller 8 and to a guide roller 9 which is rotatably mounted in a first tensioning carriage 10, which is below the delivery conveyor belt. 1 transversely to this on rails (not shown) is movable. Of the mounted in the tensioning carriage 10 guide roller 9 said cover strip 6 extends over two further stationary guide rollers 8 and 8a back to the laying carriage 3.
  • the driven guide roller 7 is coupled to a motor (not shown) and is intended to cover the first cover 6 in to power different directions.
  • the second cover strip 11 has a lower strand, which runs at a close distance above the delivery conveyor belt 1.
  • the driven deflection roller 12 is coupled to a motor (not shown) and is intended to drive the second cover band 11 in different directions.
  • a chain or a toothed belt 15 is mounted, which via a with a motor (not shown) connected to the drive gear 16 and a guide wheel 17 runs. With the aid of these drive devices, the laying carriage 3 can be moved back and forth across the delivery conveyor belt 1 transversely to its transport direction.
  • an upper carriage 18 is mounted transversely to the transport direction of the delivery conveyor belt 1 on rails (not shown) movable.
  • the upper carriage has an upper guide roller 19 and a lower guide roller 20, which are laterally offset from each other.
  • a pile conveyor belt 21 which is hereinafter referred to as first pile conveyor belt.
  • the first pile conveyor belt 21 is inclined obliquely downwards. Starting from the lower deflection roller 20 in the uppercarriage 18, the first belt conveyor belt 21 runs parallel to the upper run of the two cover belts 6 and 11.
  • stationary guide roller 22 It is guided over a stationary in the machine frame (hereinafter "stationary") guide roller 22 and from there via a mounted in a second tensioning carriage 23 guide roller 24 to then run over a stationary, motor-driven guide roller 25 before it reached the upper carriage 18 again.
  • the uppercarriage 18 and the second tensioning carriage 23 are connected to each other via a chain or a toothed belt 26 which runs via a drive gearwheel 27 (not shown) connected to a motor and a deflecting wheel 28 which are supported in the machine frame.
  • Fig. 1 an obliquely upwardly extending feed belt 29 which feeds a pile belt (not shown) to be laid to the first pile transport belt 21.
  • the first pile conveyor belt 21 and the second cover strip 11 are guided parallel to each other in close proximity, so that a guided from the first Flortransportband 21 card web in the said area between the uppercarriage and the laying carriage of the first Flortransportband 21 and the second cover tape 11 is sandwiched.
  • the card web is supported by said cover strip 11, which is why this is also referred to as a second pile conveyor belt in the context of the present invention.
  • a schematically indicated suction device 40 is provided in the superstructure, which faces the first pile conveyor belt 21 in the region of the inlet section on the side facing away from the pile support surface.
  • a vacuum built up by the suction device 40 helps to keep the card web on the first pile conveyor belt 21, provided that this is designed as a wire belt.
  • the use of a wire belt as the first pile conveyor belt 21 is particularly advantageous, since it is possible with his help, in the area between the superstructure and the laying carriage, where two bands are guided in parallel and sandwich the flag web between them, to squeeze the air out of the card web without fibers fading on the side and the fiber orientation is disturbed by the outflowing air.
  • the first tensioning carriage 10 executes an opposite movement because the loop lengths of the cover strips 6 and 11 are constant. Furthermore, the superstructure lead 18 and its associated second tensioning car 23 in operation a mutually opposite movement, because they are connected by the chain or the timing belt 26 frictionally with each other. The second tensioning carriage 23 is necessary to keep the loop length of the first pile conveyor belt 21 constant.
  • the kinematics of superstructure 18 and carriage 3 corresponds perfectly to those in EP 0 865 521 B1 is described.
  • the movements of laying carriage 3 and upper carriage 18 are coordinated so that when feeding the card web via the feed belt 29 at a uniform speed controlled storage of the card web without stretching or compressions can take place within the illustrated web laying on the delivery conveyor belt 1. This also takes into account the fact that the laying carriage 3 in the region of its reversal position must be braked to a standstill and accelerated again.
  • the movement of the superstructure can be controlled by independent control 18 and carriage 3 are made in a known manner a Flurbahnpuff réelle within the batt.
  • the buffering required to compensate for the wobbling carriage speed is superimposed on a second buffering required to compensate for the fluctuating pile infeed speed.
  • these bufferings can possibly be in phase opposition to one another, ie cancel each other completely or partially
  • the first pile conveyor belt 21 is designed as a screen belt, a specific stretching function can also be exerted with the lapper. If two guide rollers are provided with independently controllable motor drives of the guide rollers of the cover strips 6 and 11, which in Fig. 1 is expressed by the graphical representation of the guide rollers 7 and 8a and 12 and 13a, it can be achieved that the speed of the cover strips 6 and 11 can be made independent of the movement speed of the laying carriage 3.
  • the drives of the masking tapes are controlled by means of the drive rollers 7 and 12 so that the covering strip lying in the direction of movement of the laying carriage 3 simply lays on the laid fleece and this does not move, while in the direction of movement of the laying carriage 3 front cover strip moves with respect to the speed of movement of the laying carriage 3, double speed forward.
  • the circumferential speed of the deflection roller 5 in the laying carriage, by which the cover belt 11 which transports the card web together with the first pile transport belt 21, is as fast as the speed between the laying carriage 3 and the first pile transport belt 21.
  • the cover strips 6 and 11 are driven by two drive rollers, the cover strips 6 and 11 can be imparted independent of the speed of movement of the laying carriage 3 speed. It is envisaged that the speed of the upper run of the cover strip 11, which on the way from the upper carriage 18 to the laying carriage sandwiches together with the first Flortransportband 21 the card web, is greater than the speed of the first Flortransportbandes 21.
  • the cover tape 11 which is smooth, slide along the card web, while designed as a wire belt first pile conveyor belt 21 due to its relatively rough surface structure, the card web holds.
  • the card web is at the described speed conditions in the area of the quarter circle between the point where the cover tape 11 leaves the first pile conveyor belt, and the storage gap is located around the guide roller 5, stretched.
  • This stretching can take place cyclically in order to give the fleece to be laid a specific cross-sectional profile, but also take place continuously, for example in order to reorient the fibers. It is to execute this stretching operation only a suitable control device for the drive motors of the drive rollers 7, 8a, 12 and 13a required.
  • the masking tapes 6 and 11 form at the point where they are deflected in the laying carriage 3 of their guide rollers 4 and 5, a gap which is initially referred to as a discharge gap.
  • the second cover band 11 is driven so that its upper run follows the movement of the lower run of the first pile transport belt, because both belts enclose the card web on their way between the uppercarriage 18 and the laying carriage 3 between them. So that it does not come to shear forces on the card web by friction on the cover strip, which limit the discharge gap, the first cover 6 is driven so that the peripheral speed of the first guide roller 4 in the laying carriage 3 is exactly as large as the peripheral speed of the second guide roller 5 is, but has opposite direction of rotation.
  • Fig. 2 shows a second embodiment of the invention.
  • Fig. 2 one recognizes again the laying carriage 18 and its associated second tensioning carriage 23, which are coupled to each other via a chain or toothed belt drive 26, 27, 28.
  • the first Flortransportband 21 is partially guided around the two guide rollers 19 and 20 of the upper carriage 18 and then passes through the laying carriage 3, where it is a total of three guide rollers 29, 30 and 31 partially wrapped in the order mentioned, then via a stationary guide roller 22, the in the clamping carriage 23 mounted guide roller 24 and the drive roller 25 again to the upper carriage 18 to run.
  • the first pile conveyor belt 21 runs at a close distance above the delivery conveyor belt 1 and forms a first cover strip in this section.
  • the second cover strip 11 partially wraps around the second guide roller 5 in the laying carriage 3, as already the example of Fig. 1 has been described. From the laying carriage 3, the lower run of the second cover strip 11 runs at a close distance above the delivery conveyor belt 1. It also runs over some fixed guide rollers 13 and a fixed drive roller 16 and the mounted on a first tensioning carriage 10 guide roller 14.
  • the first Clamping carriage 10 and the laying carriage 3 are non-positively connected in this example by a drive chain or a drive toothed belt 15, the or on fixed guide rollers 17 and a stationary, with a motor (not shown) connected drive roller 16 and both on the laying carriage. 3 as well anchored to the tensioning carriage 10. In this example, only one guide roller 14 for the second cover strip 11 is mounted in the tensioning carriage 10.
  • the first pile conveyor belt 21 and the upper run of the second cover strip 11 are parallel and guided in close proximity, so that the two bands in this section between them from the first Flortransportband supplied card web pinch.
  • the second cover strip 11 thus assumes the function of a second pile conveyor belt in this area.
  • Fig. 3 shows a variant of the embodiment of Fig. 2 , This variant differs from the one after Fig. 2 in that the first web conveyor belt 21 is guided in the laying carriage 3 only via the guide rollers 5 and 4 mounted there, wherein it wraps around both guide rollers 5 and 4 by 90 ° and thereby describes an S-shaped path in the laying carriage 3.
  • this embodiment of the invention corresponds to that of FIG Fig. 2
  • the leadership of the first Flortransportbandes 21 in the laying carriage 3 is extremely simple in this embodiment. This variant can be accessed if frictional effects resulting from unequal radii of curvature of the belts 21 and 11 on the guide roller 5 can be tolerated.
  • the Fig. 4a to 4e In agreement therewith one recognizes the obliquely downwardly inclined inlet section of the first pile conveyor belt 21 between the upper and lower guide rollers 19 and 20 in the uppercarriage 18. In the area of this inlet section, behind the lower end, the upper run of the second Masking tape 11 applies to the first pile conveyor belt 21, the first pile conveyor belt 21 is facing a guide device 32, which in the embodiments of the Fig. 4a to 4c extends over the entire oblique inlet section, according to the embodiment Fig. 4d on the area around the lower guide roller 20 and in the embodiment according to Fig. 4e limited to the areas around the upper and lower guide rollers 19 and 20.
  • the guide means 32 consists of a plurality of closely spaced rollers 33, which are the first Flortransportband 21 closely spaced and in this way the card web (not shown) between them and the first Flortransportband 21 include.
  • These rollers may be motor driven individually or as a group. But they can also be driven by at least one of the guide rollers 19 and 20 by mechanical coupling, because the guide rollers 19 and 20 are offset by the movement of the first Flortransportbandes 21 passing over this in rotation.
  • the rollers are formed as disc rollers 34 which are gap-shaped and spaced so close that the discs of one roller engage the gaps between the discs of the other roller, as in FIG Fig. 4b is shown schematically.
  • the disk rollers 34 can like the rollers 33 of the first variant after Fig. 4a be driven so as not to hinder the inlet movement of the card web.
  • the guide device 32 consists of an endless guide belt 35 which circulates within the upper carriage 18 and which wraps around a free-running deflection roller 36 and a driven deflection roller 37.
  • This guide belt 35 and its guide rollers 36 and 37 are arranged at a close distance to the first pile conveyor belt 21 within the upper carriage 18 and thus avoid any fiber fly in the upper carriage 18.
  • the driven guide roller 37 may have its own motor drive or mechanically with one of Deflection rollers of the first pile conveyor belt 21 may be coupled, as in the embodiment of Fig. 4a ,
  • the guide device 32 is a pressure roller 38, which has its own drive and the lower guide roller 20 in the upper carriage 18 is closely opposite. It forms with this an inlet gap for the card web, which prevents fiber fly in the region of the lower guide roller 20.
