Claims (14)

  1.     l'installation présente en outre au moins un dispositif (30) pour modifier les bords de la nappe de voile, lequel dispositif est intégré dans l'étaleur-nappeur (15) ou est monté en amont de l'étaleur-nappeur (15) et est apte à modifier le profil de largeur de la nappe de voile (16) sur la base de lois, consignées dans une mémoire, de l'opération de dépôt spécifique, ou sur la base de valeurs effectives du profil de largeur de la nappe de voile (16), détectées par au moins un capteur (32) disposé dans ou derrière l'étaleur-nappeur (15).
  2. Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un capteur (32) est disposé dans la zone du chariot supérieur (18).
  3. Installation selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un capteur (32) est disposé dans la zone du chariot de dépôt (3).
  4. Installation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif (30) est réalisé sous forme de dispositif d'aspiration pour modifier les bords de la nappe de voile.
  5. Installation selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif (30) présente, pour la modification des bords de la nappe de voile, deux buses d'aspiration qui sont mobiles transversalement à la direction de transport de la nappe de voile (16) dans l'étaleur-nappeur (15).

  7.   9. Procédé de dépôt régulier d'un non-tissé (17) formé à partir d'une nappe de voile (16), comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - préparation d'un étaleur-nappeur (15) comprenant un chariot de dépôt (3) mobile transversalement à une bande transporteuse de sortie (1) au-dessus de cette dernière, ainsi qu'au moins deux bandes transporteuses de voile (11, 21) pour le guidage de la nappe de voile dans une fente de distribution réalisée sur le chariot de dépôt (3),
    caractérisé par
    - la modification contrôlée des bords de la nappe de voile en amont ou dans l'étaleur-nappeur (15) pour l'adaptation du profil de largeur de la nappe de voile (16) sur la base de lois de l'opération de dépôt spécifique, consignées dans une mémoire, ou sur la base de valeurs effectives du profil de largeur de la nappe de voile (16), détectées par au moins un capteur (32) disposé dans ou derrière l'étaleur-nappeur (15).
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un enregistrement des lois est préalablement réalisé dans un fonctionnement d'essai.
  11. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 9 et 10, caractérisé en ce que les deux bords de la nappe de voile (16) sont aspirés de façon contrôlée au moyen de deux buses d'aspiration (30), afin de modifier le profil de largeur de la nappe de voile (16).
