Ein Gehäuse bzw. einen Düsenbalken 1.1 für einen Düsenstreifen 14 besteht aus einem Oberteil 1, das mit einem Unterteil 2 mit Hilfe von nicht dargestellten Schrauben von unten verschraubt ist. Das Oberteil 1 weist zwei Bohrungen auf, von denen die obere als Druckkammer 4 und die untere als Druckverteilkammer 5 ausgebildet ist. Beide Druckkammern 4, 5 sind an der einen Stirnseite offen und mit Hilfe je eines Deckels 6 und 7 flüssigkeitsdicht verschraubt. An der anderen Stirnseite weist die Druckkammer 4 eine Öffnung 4.1 auf, durch die die druckbeaufschlagte Flüssigkeit eingeführt wird. Eine nachstehend noch näher erläuterte Auslösevorrichtung 32 sowie eine O-Ring-Spannvorrichtung 27 können zumindest aus je einer länglichen Halterung bestehen, die gegenseitig parallel verschiebbar sind. Die Halterungen sind als Blechstreifen ausgebildet und können federelastisch sein. Die Auslösevorrichtung 32 und die O-Ring-Spannvorrichtung 27 bilden zusammen mit einer länglichen Druckschiene 38 (Fig.) eine Montagevorrichtung zum erleichterten Einbau einer Dichtung in einen Düsenbalken bzw. ein Gehäuse des Düsenbalkens 1.1 Die Druckschiene kann in etwa die gleiche Länge wie Spannvorrichtung aufweisenA housing or a nozzle bar 1.1 for a

Claims (6)
- Mounting apparatus to mount a seal formed as an O-ring (12) in a receptacle part formed as a long groove (12") in a jet nozzle (1.1) of an apparatus for generating fluid jets for jet matting of fibers, which comprises at least one tensioning apparatus (27) to accept the O-ring (12), onto which the O-ring (12) is positioned in a tensioned state, whereby in addition to the tensioning apparatus (27) for the O-ring, a pressure rail (38) is present, with the assistance of which the O-ring (12) can be placed in the intended mounting groove (12") in the jet nozzle or in the housing of the jet nozzle (1.1),
characterized in that,
a trigger mechanism (32) (whereby the trigger mechanism (32) as well as the O-ring tensioning apparatus (27) each exists as a lengthwise retaining means), which can be brought at least partially in abutment to and can be shifted parallel to one another, whereby the pressure rail (38) is associated to the trigger mechanism (32), and
the trigger mechanism (32) comprises a trigger element (35) on one side, which is provided with at least one abutting area (34), which can be brought in abutment against the O-ring (12) in a certain position of the trigger element (35). - Apparatus according to claim 1,
characterized in that
the abutting area (34) of the trigger element (35) forms an angle □ with the surface (17) of the trigger element (35) that is smaller than 90°. - Apparatus according to claim 1 or 2,
characterized in that
the abutting area (34) of the trigger element (35) forms an angle □° with the surface (17) of the trigger element (35) that is between 30° and 60°. - Apparatus according to one of the previous claims,

at least the trigger mechanism (32) and the O-ring-tensioning apparatus (27) form one mounting apparatus, and the total height corresponds approximately to a repair groove (26) provided in the jet nozzle or in the housing of the jet nozzle (1.1), so that the mounting unit may be moved within the repair groove (26) in such a manner, that the O-ring (12) can be moved with the assistance of the repair groove (26) in such a manner, so that the O-ring (12) may be positioned with the assistance of the mounting unit in the area of the mounting groove (12") and can be moved in its position sealing a jet stream (14) with the assistance of the trigger mechanism (32). - Apparatus according to one of the previous claims,
characterized in that
the distance between the spacer mechanisms (29 and 30) is larger than the distance between two ring portions (12.3) of the closed or one-piece O-ring (12), wherein the strands (12.5) of the O-ring seal (12) run approximately parallel to one another.
