Claims (12)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Verschliessen einer Verpackung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aufweist:
    - eine erste Platte (2) mit mindestens einer durchgehenden Öffnung (5) und einem Befestigungsmittel (6),
    - eine zweite, darüberliegende Platte (3) mit mindestens einer durchgehenden Öffnung (5), die über mindestens einer Öffnung (5) der ersten Platte (2) liegt, mit einem Befestigungsmittel (7), welches dazu befähigt ist, mit dem Befestigungsmittel (6) der ersten Platte (2) zusammenzuwirken, damit die beiden Platten (2, 3) aneinander befestigt werden, sowie mit einem Verbindungsmittel (8), und
    - eine dritte Platte (4) mit mindestens einer Öffnung (11), die zum Zusammenwirken mit einer Absaugvorrichtung eingerichtet ist, wobei die dritte Platte (4) zu einer Verbindung mit dem Verbindungsmittel (8) der zweiten Platte (3) derart befähigt ist, dass sie zwei Stellungen einnehmen kann, nämlich eine erste Stellung, bei der die Öffnung (11) mindestens teilweise über mindestens einer Öffnung (5) der beiden anderen Platten (2, 3) liegt, und eine zweite Stellung, bei der diese Öffnung (11) über keiner Öffnung (5) der beiden anderen Platten (2, 3) liegt, derart, dass ein dichtes Hindernis gegen eine Gasströmung durch die Vorrichtung gebildet wird.
  2. Vorrichtung zum Verschliessen einer Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsmittel (6, 7) der ersten und der zweiten Platte (2, 3) auf einer Platte Stifte aufweisen, die mit entsprechenden Öffnungen in der anderen Platte zusammenwirken.
  3. Vorrichtung zum Verschliessen einer Verpackung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und die zweite Platte (2, 3) mehrere kreisförmige Öffnungen (5) mit einem Durchmesser zwischen 2 und 4 mm aufweisen.
  4. Vorrichtung zum Verschliessen einer Verpackung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel (8) zwischen der zweiten und der dritten Platte (2, 3) Gleitbahnen aufweisen.
  5. Vorrichtung zum Verschliessen einer Verpackung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (11) der dritten Platte (4) kreisförmig ist und einen Durchmesser von ungefähr 30 mm aufweist, damit diese Öffnung mit einem normalen Staubsauger zusammenwirken kann.
  6. Vorrichtung zum Verschliessen einer Verpackung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Dichtungsschicht zwischen der zweiten und der dritten Platte (3, 4) aufweist.
  7. Vorrichtung zum Verschliessen einer Verpackung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einem leicht zu bearbeitenden Kunststoffmaterial besteht.
  8. Verpackung mit einer Öffnung (21) und mindestens einer Klappe (23), welche diese Öffnung (21) verschliesst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verpackung eine Vorrichtung zum Verschliessen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche aufweist, bei der die erste Platte (2) unter der Klappe (23) und die zweite und dritte Platte (3, 4) über der Klappe (23) angeordnet sind, wobei die Befestigungsmittel (6, 7) der ersten und der zweiten Platte (2, 3) durch die Klappe (23) hindurch bedienbar sind, um die Vorrichtung zum Verschliessen (1) an der Verpackung zu befestigen, und dass die Verpackung mindestens eine Öffnung in der Klappe (23) aufweist, welche mindestens einer Öffnung (5) in der ersten und der zweiten Platte (2, 3) entspricht.
  9. Verpackung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie quaderförmig ausgebildet ist und aus einem nachgiebigen Material besteht, wobei die Öffnung (21) mittels vier Klappen (22, 23, 24, 25) verschlossen ist.
  10. Verpackung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (21') von zwei längsgerichteten Klappen (22', 23') und zwei seitlichen Klappen (24', 25') umgeben ist, wobei die beiden seitlichen Klappen diejenigen Teile darstellen, welche auf die obere Fläche der längsgerichteten Klappen (22', 23') heruntergedrückt sind.
  11. Verpackung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass drei Klappen, darunter die beiden längsgerichteten Klappen (24', 25'), eine Länge aufweisen, die 2/3 der Breite der Öffnung (21') der Verpackung ausmacht, und dass die vierte Klappe (22') eine Breite aufweist, die gleich derjenigen der Öffnung (21') ist.
  12. Verwendung einer Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11 zum Aufbewahren von Nahrungsmitteln unter einem relativen Vakuum.
