Claims (15)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Verschliessen für eine Verpackung, enthaltend
    - eine erste Platte (2) mit mindestens einer durchgehenden Öffnung (5),
    - eine zweite, darauf liegende Platte (3) mit mindestens einer durchgehenden Öffnung (5), welche mindestens teilweise über der genannten mindestens einen Öffnung (5) in der ersten Platte (2) liegt, sowie ein Verbindungsmittel (8), und
    - eine dritte Platte (4), welche mindestens eine Öffnung (11) aufweist, wobei die dritte Platte (4) so ausgestaltet ist, dass eine Verbindung mit dem Verbindungsmittel (8) der zweiten Platte (3) derart möglich ist, dass sie zwei Stellungen einnehmen kann, nämlich eine erste Stellung, bei der die Öffnung (11) mindestens teilweise über der mindestens einen Öffnung (5) der beiden anderen Platten (2, 3) liegt, und eine zweite Stellung, bei der diese Öffnung (11) nicht über einer Öffnung (5) der beiden anderen Platten (2, 3) liegt, so dass ein dichtes Hindernis für eine Gasströmung durch die Vorrichtung gebildet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite oder/und die erste Platte (3, 2) mindestens ein Rohr (6) aufweist, das im Wesentlichen senkrecht auf der Oberfläche befestigt ist, die gegen die genannte erste Platte (2) bzw. gegen die zweite Platte (3) gerichtet ist und einen Kanal aufnimmt, der mit der mindestens einen Öffnung (5) in der zweiten Platte (3) bzw. in der ersten Platte (2) in Verbindung steht, wobei das Rohr eine solche Länge besitzt, dass es mindestens zum Teil die genannte mindestens eine Öffnung (5) in der ersten Platte (2) bzw. in der zweiten Platte (3) durchsetzt und dabei die erste Platte (2) mit der zweiten Platte (3) verbindet, wenn die zweite Platte (3) auf der ersten Platte (2) positioniert ist.
  2. Verschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste (2) oder/und die zweite Platte (3) einen Überzug (7) aus einem weichen Material in dem Bereich aufweist, welcher die genannte mindestens eine Öffnung (5) trägt, wobei der genannte Überzug (7) mindestens eine Öffnung (7.1) mit einem Durchmesser aufweist, der etwas kleiner ist als der Durchmesser der genannten mindestens einen Öffnung (5) in dieser Platte (2, 3) und über dieser Öffnung (5) liegt, und dadurch, dass das genannte mindestens eine Rohr (6) der zweiten Platte (3) bzw. der ersten Platte (2) einen Aussendurchmesser aufweist, welcher dem Durchmesser der genannten mindestens einen Öffnung (5) in der ersten Platte (2) bzw. der zweiten Platte (3) entspricht, derart, dass das genannte mindestens eine Rohr (6) der zweiten Platte (3) bzw. der ersten Platte (2) mit der ersten Platte (2) bzw. der zweiten Platte (3) zusammenwirken kann, um die beiden Platten (2, 3) miteinander zu verbinden.
  3. Verschlussvorrichtung nach vorstehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte mindestens eine Rohr (6) an der zweiten (3) Platte bzw. an der ersten Platte (2) ein Werkstück darstellt, welches getrennt hergestellt ist und einen Befestigungskopf aufweist sowie in der zweiten Platte (3) bzw. in der ersten Platte (2) dadurch befestigt ist, dass es in eine Lagerstelle der Platte (3, 2) eingesetzt und mit einer Befestigungsplatte überdeckt ist, welche mindestens eine Öffnung aufweist, die über der genannten mindestens einen Öffnung (5) der Platte (2, 3) liegt.
  4. Verschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Rohr (6) an der zweiten Platte (3) bzw. an der ersten Platte (2) einstückig mit der genannten Platte (3, 2) gefertigt ist.
  5. Verschlussvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Überzug (7) aus weichem Material auf der ersten Platte (2) oder/und der zweiten Platte (3) im Inneren der jeweiligen Platte (2, 3) oder an deren Fläche, die gegen die zweite Platte (3) bzw. die erste Platte (2) gerichtet ist, befestigt ist.
  6. Verschlussvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Überzug (7) aus weichem Material auf der ersten Platte (2) oder/und der zweiten Platte (3) in der Platte (2, 3) abnehmbar angebracht ist.
  7. Verschlussvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Überzug (7) aus einem weichen Material auf der ersten Platte (2) oder/und auf der zweiten Platte (3) aus einem Elastomer, aus einem Silikon oder aus einem Gummi besteht.
  8. Verschlussvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dritte Platte (4) auf ihrer gegen die zweite Platte (3) gerichteten Oberfläche und im Bereich, welcher an der zweiten Stelle der dritten Platte (4) an der mindestens einen Öffnung (5) der beiden anderen Platten (2, 3) liegt, einen Überzug (4.1) aus einem weichen Material aufweist.
  9. Verschlussvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Überzug (4.1) aus weichem Material auf der dritten Platte (4) frei in einem Aufnahmebereich (4.2) liegt, welcher auf der dritten Platte (4) vorgesehen ist, und zwar auf der Fläche, die gegen die zweite Platte (3) zeigt.
  10. Verschlussvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 8 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Überzug (4.1) aus weichem Material auf der dritten Platte (4) ein Elastomer, ein Silikon oder ein Gummi ist.
  11. Verschlussvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Platte (2) und die zweite Platte (3) mehrere kreisförmige Öffnungen (5) aufweisen, deren Durchmesser zwischen 2 und 10 mm liegt, und/oder dass die dritte Platte (4) ein Verbindungsmittel aufweist, welches mit einem gewöhnlichen Staubsauger zusammenwirken kann.
  12. Verschlussvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel (8) zwischen der zweiten Platte (3) und der dritten Platte (4) Gleitschienen und/oder eine Drehachse aufweisen.
  13. Verpackung, mit einer Öffnung (21) und mindestens einer Klappe (23), welche diese Öffnung (21) verschliesst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Verschlussvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche aufweist, deren erste Platte (2) sich unter der Klappe (23) befindet und deren zweite und dritte Platte (3, 4) auf der Klappe (23) angeordnet sind, wobei das mindestens eine Rohr (6) der zweiten Platte (3) oder/und der ersten Platte (2) durch die Klappe (23) zugänglich ist, derart, dass die Verschlussvorrichtung (1) an der Verpackung befestigt ist, und dadurch, dass sie in der Klappe (23) mindestens eine Öffnung aufweist, welche mindestens einer Öffnung (5) der ersten Platte (2) und der zweiten Platte (3) entspricht.
  14. Verpackung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einem weichen Material besteht, quaderförmig ausgeführt ist, und dass deren Öffnung (21) mittels vier Klappen (22, 23, 24, 25) verschlossen ist.
  15. Verwendung einer Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 und 14 zur Aufbewahrung von Nahrungsmitteln in einem teilweisen Vakuum.
